If You are MILITARY Do Not Go Here!
NOT ONLY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME, THEIR IN ABILITY TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME COST ME MONEY!
I showed up, parked my car and went inside. Christian Dufner "Senior Service Advisor" walked me outside to do my FINAL vehicle inspection before leaving my vehicle. I went over the spots that was hit, a full walk around the vehicle and then Chritian directed me to go back inside for billing matters. There was confusion about the amount that was due. The front receptionist gave me a receipt stating what was owed if USAA (best insurance) wouldn't cover the rest. AT THAT MOMENT I WAS AT AGREEMENT OF WHAT MIGHT BE DUE!!!!! if my insurance company doesn't cover. No worries it was a lousy 600 dollars. I wanted my pearly white vehicle in tip top shape there was no issue. However Christian was not there to see that transaction of me getting a receipt. He comes out his office, raising his voice without addressing me formally, agessivly walking at me while I'm in the chair to make sure I have the 600, (mind you, there is my car rental personal and other clients starring at him address me in this manner) (total embarrassment on his misunderstanding) Never in my life have I ever been addressed by a man like that let alone at man who is supposed to be professional and assisting in these matters, as their mission statement reads, geared toward Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life.® We offer the highest quality customer service ,IS NOT WHAT I EXPERIENCED!
I literally had to cut this grown man off cause he just kept going, from disrespecting me in the tone and with the verbiage he was addressing me to tell him, I am at understanding of the amount from the receipt that was just given to me. After receiving the receipt, I asked if there was anything else needed from me at this time and they said I could go, I then filled out paperwork for my rental, which they sat and watched. After walking out the door, there was no way I was leaving without a name. I walked in and got the card of Christian from the receptionist, at that point she was super apologetic and understanding of the level of UNprofessionalism that we all just witnessed and what I had to experience. I left around 4-4-30 I received a text that night saying my vehicle has been received and will get updates as the process goes along. I'll tell you It didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicles of the hands of someone who seemed to not like me, this is how he talks to me, imagine how he works on my car? Very scary when you drop off a 50k vehicle.
I told my husband about the manner in which this man addressed me so from here on out he can deal with it because I was beyond exhausted, upset, and stressed after what I experienced, and didn't want to go get my vehicle when it was finished. The next morning my husband called and complained about Christian being rude and unprofessional demanding money, when no work was done, and AFTER I received a receipt, and the owner/gm seemed to got an ear full from a SSG (Staff Sergeant in the US ARMY) about his wife's experience. This actually upset the owner/gm and seemed to not care about how his Senior Advisor's isnt delivering their mission statement is being delivered to every customer let alone Military, and was very rude himself.
So at this point I'm understanding he does not stand on their mission statement either, and it seems to be an accepted standard.
Hours later(around 1, right before heading to work) I received a call from the owner/gm saying my walk through wasn't complete (Christians ONE JOB!)and before they could start I had to go back down there.(so the text was also wrong) It would have been 2 days before I could do so. So meantime I'm in a car rental that's not being covered. NOT ONLY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME, THEIR IN ABILITY TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME COST ME MONEY!
at that point I was done. I picked up my vehicle and dropped off my rental and will take my business, and military money to a company who works for their PAYING CUSTOMER! read more
