What an amazing place. At first you think that no one can be this happy about their job and the work they do, but, they do! Brought the truck in to just repaint both rear quarter panels. Rust was working in and I want to get a jump on it. Kevin personally called and said they would do it. Took about 3.5 week and it came out fantastic. I was able to have them do the front bumper to help make the truck look nice. Thank you to the whole staff! I took my daughter's care to Iron Mountain after her accident, from a referral from the owner's nephew. They received the vehicle on Friday, Oct 31st, 2025. On Tuesday, Nov 4th, I received an estimate for the wheels, tires, and alignment to be completed to make the vehicle drivable for evaluation and further estimates of damage. It took until Wednesday, November 12th, to have the tires and wheels, and alignment completed, at which time I received a further estimate of charges for repairs. I had questions about the repairs and spoke to Will (co-owner) to go over them, as they totaled almost $5,000. I received a new estimate on Thursday, Nov 13th, at 2:16 pm that prioritized repairs. I had follow-up questions trying to understand everything that was needed with his priority, but I was not allowed to speak to Will again, and after numerous attempts, I received a text on Friday, November 15th (at 1:32 - less than 24 hours after my estimate) stating that "Kevin has made an executive decision for NOCO Mechanical to discontinue any more services on your vehicle at this time." When I tried to find out what happened, I was told that "this is not a debate over the situation" and that I needed to pick up my car or I would be charged for storage starting Monday, November 17th. I was continually told by the owner, Kevin, that EVERYTHING could be handled for the insurance claim, both repairs and body work. Unfortunately, I had to pay $983.41 and left with a car in need of repairs and body work. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TAKING A VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY. read more

Iron Mountain Collision is an excellent place to bring your car if you've been in an accident! Kevin and his team are very trustworthy and will do absolutely everything they can to make you happy! He instantly got me a rental car so I wasn't left without a vehicle commute to work and from work. On December 22nd of 2022, I was in an accident that was not my fault. The person I collided with was working for Amazon during the accident which made everything into a nightmare. Amazon's Insurance (Sedgwick) was difficult to deal with as they would never respond. After nine months after the accident, I still had not received payment for my settlement. Iron Mountain Collision, did not give up on me and helped me greatly. Luckily, Kevin is very knowledgeable about what insurance companies can and can't do. With Iron Mountain Collision, on my side I was able to get a high settlement for my vehicle and was even able to buy it back. Although my truck was still drivable Kevin decided to tow my truck to my house for free to assure my safety. I appreciate Iron Mountain Collision's patience and hard help. Unreliable, Incompetent, and Dismissive - A Nightmare Experience My experience with Iron Mountain Collision can only be described as a complete nightmare. From their unreliability to their incompetence and dismissive attitude, every aspect of their service left me utterly dismayed. To begin with, I was promised that the repairs on my bus would be completed within three weeks. However, their inability to stick to their own timeline is nothing short of astonishing. When I tried to follow up one week before the arranged pick-up date, I was met with complete silence and was blatantly ignored. It was only after multiple attempts that I managed to reach them, and to my dismay, I was informed that the work would be delayed by an additional three weeks. Their lack of communication and disregard for their customers' time is utterly unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, the quality of their workmanship is abysmal. Not only were the drip runs on the back of the bus ignored, but there was also visible debris stuck under the paint, as if they didn't bother with proper preparation. Furthermore, they left the front and rear fiberglass of my bus unattended, painting over it with a wavy, oversanded substrate. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for delivering a satisfactory result is appalling. When I brought these concerns to their attention, their response was dismissive and unsympathetic. They made it clear that due to the price point and absence of a warranty, they were unwilling to perform any further repairs. This blatant refusal to take responsibility for their shoddy work only exemplifies their lack of professionalism and accountability. I implore anyone considering Iron Mountain Collision to think twice. Their unreliability, incompetence, and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make them unworthy of your trust. Spare yourself the frustration, wasted time, and disappointment by seeking out a reputable autobody shop that values their customers and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. I am unfortunately now in the process of hiring an attorney, putting together all emails, text messages, recorded conversations both in person and via phone calls and will be attempting to recollect the close to $7500 they took from me and hopefully the additional losses they caused due to drastically extended time line. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. As I'm writing this I am very curious how they will reply, whether it will be honest or more lies. We are in the middle of suing Iron Mountain because they tried to charge us 15 days of storage, when our truck was never stored based on their own paperwork and contracts. They held the truck for 15 days before they completed and submitted an estimate to our insurance for 25K which our ins denied. Then after filing suit they claimed they deemed the truck unfixable. If you have had any problems with this shop, get in touch with me! We will use you as a witness to show that this company is taking advantage of people. read more

I will hands down be recommending all my clients, family & friends to take their vehicles to Iron Mountain Collision! This is the first auto body shop I can say I truly trust. Previous to Iron Mountain, I took my 2014 Jeep to State Farm's DRP(direct repair shop) in 2021 for repairs, as I was scared into it by potential charges not being covered by their insurance. Well, fast forward and I was hit again by another State Farm insurance carrier in 2023. This time I took it to Iron Mountain. I explained the terrible process I had gone through with the previous shop and how the vehicle never felt right since. It had over $18,400 completed in repairs with still three open repairs remaining back from 2021. With that, Iron Mountain not only remained in contact with State Farm for the 2023 repairs needed, but they wrote up an entire repair inspection report on my Jeep for the repairs the other shop did. I was mortified when Iron Mountain provided me a walk around and pointed out every single safety concern and repair issues from the prior shop. My seat was not even secured properly, I had buckles in the cab bars, and severe rust due to poor quality repairs. Kevin (owner) and Brian (Chief Operating Officer) worked extremely hard going to bat against the insurance company for me. They made it a point to get the prior shops GM of collision out on sight to view in person the atrocious craftsmanship errors they were putting people and their families in! Iron Mountain filmed the other shops GM on camera agreeing and stating how horrible of a job their shop completed and that they need to make right by me...which that other shop attempted to buy their way out for $5000 less than what the insurance company ended up paying me out for. So once again, Iron Mountain reached out, and contacted people with State Farm and guided me during this entire process. A State Farm estimator came out and deemed the Jeep an Operational Loss, meaning it was a total due to the severe craftsmanship issues done by the other shop. Iron Mountain truly cares about the quality of work and craftsmanship completed on a person vehicle. If they cannot make it safe, they will fight for the insurance company to do right by the claimant. If they can repair it, they do so at the highest standard. Their shop bays are the cleanest I have ever seen for an auto body shop. You can tell the owner, Kevin cares about each client. He is hands on and is personally speaking with each client. Their COO Brian, is well versed in all things automotive and is extremely educated. Brian continuously remained in contact with me during the process, as well as Kevin! I received weekly check-ins via email so I always had a form of documentation. Iron Mountain is very thorough and detailed from start to finish. They rebuilt my trust with the automotive industry with the high standard they set. I am happy to say my family is finally back in a safe vehicle all thanks to Iron Mountains due diligence and willingness to right by their customers! The work was decent. I was involved in a hit and run. Gieco insures me and that Itself was a pain in the .... Because the shop banned the adjuster during my project. ( extensive complications with a multi million dollar company...who is the problem...?) but communication lacked heavily which I rely on in a business environment. Example being the extensive emails I sent yet the details I asked of were not only not answered but also not valued or executed on my truck. Tires mounted incorrectly, bed mounted out of line which damaged the existing Bedliner, no wash/detail after being told specifically it was in detail, after 8 months...Great people, solid hearts & efforts face to face, but not customer first oriented. Got screwed on the payout after saving the shop hundreds if not into thousands of dollars on parts I outsourced myself for my truck, then did not get the benefits of the savings, paid every penny and a few more to get my truck back after 8 1/2 months...but I appreciate getting my truck back. read more

our truck was towed there for an estimate to address a a frame that has three breaks in it. after Chevy decided that it was a mfg issue this place sent me a bill for over 2700 for storage which goes against their storage policy. the truck was dropped off the 7th they didn't complete the eatimate until the 17 when they sent it to our insurance for a grand total of 25k! we came to pick our truck up and it was a nightmare. we have filed a small claims suit against them and Kevin Rowley was served legal paperwork for court on April 28th at 830am read more
