I had recently purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX55 only to discover a series of door dings on the right rear door as well as damage to the windshield trim. We are thoroughly impressed with Dent Vision's work on our two Subaru's that were damaged over the summer by hail. The process was very easy - we submitted their online form with our contact information and insurance claim number, and Dent Vision contacted Geico themselves to get our claim information and reached out to us only to schedule our appointment. They also worked directly with Geico to get their payment on the claim which made it so easy for us. They can contact you via phone or email, which is awesome for us since phone is hard to answer during the work day and many auto shops do not email customers to schedule work or ask questions. The location and office is very clean and everything seemed very organized. We were called/emailed when both cars were ready to go and both of them look great. When you have PDR done on you car, you want to make sure that you find someone who has a precise attention to detail; hail can leave minute dings and damages to the vehicle that are hard to pick up and easy to ignore.... My car wasn't in terrible shape, but there were several significant dings that I was worried would not be able to be removed through PDR. I also found several subtle dings that their presence alone bothered me. I read through the reviews for Dent Vision, and decided I would let them give it a shot. As expected, they found damage that the insurance adjuster had "missed." Unfortunately, I was assigned the worst insurance adjuster in the entire insurance company; for almost a week the adjuster ignored e-mails and calls from Dent Vision and only started paying attention when I stepped in... After seeing the unprofessional behavior of the insurance adjuster, I am blown away by the professionalism of Dent Vision. They worked diligently to communicate with the insurance adjuster and get me my vehicle back. Matt was professional and responsive, and without his help I would have likely been without my car for weeks. Beyond Dent Vision's professionalism, the work on my car is sublime. I walked over my car 6-7 times before going in to check-out and I could not find any signs of damage (even the small little dings that I took personal note of prior to dropping the car off as a QA measure), Matt and his team paid explicit attention to every little detail and my car looked better than it did prior to the hail storm! My car was immaculately clean and felt brand new. As a side note, when I received my car back from Matt I found that the car looked better than it did after I had it detailed at a shop in Boulder 6 months ago. I was completely blown away. I saw their sign on Hwy 287 on my way to work and thought I would check them out for hail damage from last years hail storm. Matt made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions clearly. When I dropped off my vehicle for repair, fully expecting to have my rental delivered to Matt's repair shop, to find out that the wrong rental site was selected and doesn't deliver to Loveland. Needless to say I was not happy, but Matt was more than accommodating, and offered to give me a ride to the rental car company. After about 10 days, arrived today to pickup my vehicle and it was detailed inside and out! Did an amazing job with the repair! I was more than pleased with the results! I was trying to figure out how to get the rental back, and Matt called the rental car company and arranged for them to pick it up at his repair shop! Top notch service! This shop grossly underestimated the time they needed to get the repairs completed. I was told 2 weeks but it ended up taking over a month. This shop did not bother calling me to give updates. Finally when my truck was ready, I arrived to find new scratches on the drivers side. Also greases finger prints on my headliner. My impression was that these guys do not pay attention to details. After talking to the manager/owner borderline argument he decided to buff out the scratches and clean the greases finger prints from the headliner. To their credit the repairs look nice. I would not recommend this shop. Horrible customer service!! read more

Look no further than Dent Vision! In this last hail storm, our Avalanche took a beating! On our way home from church I noticed their sign and called them. I was getting the run around with my insurance company and they explained to me why the insurance company did what they did. When I walked into their office, they knew me by name and truck, even though I didn't have an appointment. While there I scheduled for my truck to get fixed by their shop. Best decision ever! It was so easy. They told me to call enterprise and have them pick me up at their shop. I did and didn't have to do anything with enterprise, as they did it all for me at Dent Vision. I didn't have to do a thing during the 2 weeks without my truck. They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company and called me 3 days before the truck was suppose to be done to tell me it was complete! Great guys! Highly recommend Dent vision!! I had bad damage in the rear of car and it was located in the crease of the tailgate. I was told by several dentless repair shops that they couldn't repair the damage due to the location and they all said I would have to take it to an auto body shop. Matt at Dent Vision provided me a quote over the phone from a picture I sent him. He was able to get me into his shop within a few days and it looks absolutely perfect! While walking past my bicycle in the garage, I somehow managed to catch the handlebar on my hoodie and tip the bike over right into the passenger side door on my car. The lovely dent that resulted was in such a way that it really stood out and it drove me crazy as it's a relatively new car...so I looked up PDR options for the area and came across Dent Vision via Google where they had 40+ reviews and still held a full 5-star rating. I brought my car by for a quick inspection, got a quote, set up an appointment and two days later it was fixed in a half hour and you'd never even know it had been there. I'd received other PDR quotes in the past from different companies (on a different vehicle, for multiple dents) and been quoted less, so my only gripe is that I feel like their pricing was a bit on the high side...but I really can't complain with the end result so I feel that for the quality of work, ease of scheduling, and quick turnaround time they still deserve a 5... We had hail damage to a 3 year old Impreza. While Dent Vision's estimate was higher than the insurance company's adjuster by several thousand dollars, Dent Vision said they could do the whole car with PDR, while the insurance company wanted to cut off and replace the roof. We said no to the latter, and Dent Vision worked with the insurance company to obtain fair compensation and performed the entire job with PDR. It took a while, but there were hundreds of dings, and the finished job looked like new. Thanks to Dent Vision for a great job and making the insurance haggling low stress for us.
