SG did a great job on the clear bra on my Tundra. I had the hood, fenders, and part of the bumper done. Despite the complex shapes they were able the lay it down without any bubbles. They last place I went was not able to do as good of a job as SG. I also had the front 2 windows tinted to match the factory back windows and they look great. Received a text messages from this company asking how my tint was doing. I have never used the company and replied requesting to be removed from their system. They said they would remove me from their system. I have received multiple more text messages from them saying the same thing each time. I requested to be removed from their system and they said they would and they continue to send me the same message asking how my tint was doin. read more

I booked an appointment to have just the tint removed from my rear window at 1:00pm a week out. When the time came thirty minutes before my appt, I was told that the customer before me wanted tint removed AND replaced. Which moved my appointment back another hour to 2:00. That won't work for be because I had other appointments and meetings scheduled for the day. Why am I supposed to rearrange all my work for something that was agreed upon a week ago. They should of rescheduled the previous customer another time to have his tint applied. Bad business practice. I don't want to trust them with my car. Went to Tint World where I was treated like a true business treats their customers. Never SG EVER AGAIN. read more

I went ahead and refunded my Groupon and will be cancelling my appointment for Thursday. I understand that the fine print on the Groupon stated for vehicles 2005 and newer and I tried to confirm if my vehicle was too old to receive any tint. I guess I misunderstood the wording in the Groupon stating that it needed to be newer than 2005 in order to even qualify for the Groupon specifically, but my understanding was it was too old for the tint and that's why I reached out via phone call and then email. This is the second time I've dealt with your receptionist or customer service being rude, I had the same problem with her when I took my 2020 bmw 430i in to get tint, she is very dismissive and very condescending when speaking about the fine print on the Groupon. I was hoping that my experience would be different this time and that I could use the Groupon without a problem. My experience with her last time was me setting an appointment and then after was all said and done, I let her know I was using the Groupon and she began to be very rude, so I'm not sure if she gets some sort of commission on these transactions, but it's almost as if she takes her frustration out on the customer when she finds out they are using the Groupon. read more
