In fear that I would now be driving a coffee mobile - I pulled off when I saw Kool Rides. Explained the situation to Taylor (the man, the myth, the legend) and he quickly helped out. Thanks guys and look foward to using you all again when it's not an emergency coffee situation!

I do not like posting negative reviews and right off the bat I will say that I signed their…read morechecklist saying I was satisfied with the work they did. Unfortunately, I was not. I am not looking for a refund or anything like that, I am just sharing my experience. After getting an appointment set in advance for 10 am, I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours. I ended up finally getting the car at 6 pm. 45 minutes prior to this, an employee, who I was told was "in training" pulled the car up front for a final inspection. The senior employee immediately realized the car needed extra work and set about doing it. I was given explanations that they were overbooked and that a person in training had handled the majority of the detail. The problem was, the "details" were not handled. Even after pointing out several issues and having them corrected, more problems were clear. After 8 hours, I just wanted to leave. I was offered a 5% discount and given a few apologies, which were appreciated. My main concern is that they allowed an employee in training to handle a detail with minimal oversight due to being overbooked. I will include photos of the issues and let those reading decide if the work is up to the standards that a $170 detail should require. Sadly, I do not believe I will be able to give additional business to Kool Rides despite the kind people who run the place. I will pay the premium and go to Manhattan Auto Spa.

He is honest, humble and gracious. I stopped in for his help in getting some road paint off my new Lexus. To my surprise, Nick dropped everything when I walked in and went straight out into the parking lot. Got down on his knees and his back and started the work right there and then. He worked for well around thirty minutes and made my Lexus spot free of any road paint. Nick gave me some advice for the future. I am grateful for his dedication to his occupation. Should you need any car detailing service, I cannot recommend Sticklers 4 Details enough. Nick IS the man!! Fully dedicated to his craft and clearly takes a lot of pride in both his work, and his business. Super nice guy and a true professional. There is a reason he has so many 5-star reviews and I'm so glad I stopped in.

We have had Toney work on our vehicles in the past and have been blown away by the quality and care…read morewe have received. Most recently, we decided to purchase a Honda Accord which was our first new car in over 7 years. Having declined the dealership push for special coatings and treatments, I drove directly over to Tony who gave me a fair price on tint, a clear mask, and a ceramic coating. Tony took his time and explained the options, including being honest about where he would and wouldn't recommend spending some extra cash. In the end, we did the mid-level ceramic coating, 24" clear mask, and ceramic tint on our 2019 Accord Hybrid. Just to be sure I was getting a fair deal, I even priced another detailer in FoCo but couldn't pin them down on a number. In an email, they said one price but when I showed up, somehow the price doubled due to "prep work" that would be required. Prep work? The car is brand new! Toney was clear on pricing from the beginning and has never tried to pull a bait and switch. He communicates quickly and clearly via email and text and is realistic about scheduling and price/value for his services. We will be bringing any and all of our current and future cars to OCD for their TLC.
