When I went to pick up the windows were dirty with handprints on both inside and out. This was corrected but the statement was made-"it's on the inside"--okay??? Blown away by this shop…read more I hit a turkey on the interstate. No kidding, a turkey and it went through the grill. The shop kept me informed along the way, allowed me to leave the rental car with them, and most importantly took good care of my vehicle. The repairs look perfect, the car drives great, and then even detailed the inside. I hope I never have to get a collision repair done again, but if I do, I am going to Classic Collision.

With that being said, I can do nothing except compliment the men who helped me. Christian(sales), Travis(manager), Ernie(sound installer) and Joe S(detailer) were all equally excellent. Customer service-a lost art- was practiced each day I was there from buying the components needed to the installation and detailing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for sound systems for cars, safety equipment for cars, installation of stereos, and detailing with ceramic hardener. Many thanks to all four of the men listed above.

Hate to write a bad review but I asked for owner to call me, which is who repaired my auto chip…read moreoriginally and I never heard from him. Had chip repaired a few years ago, within a short time frame (a few weeks) I felt it was still spreading, so I had taken the car back, he looked at it and told me it was fine. He further told me if it ever did spread, he would put price I paid toward a new windshield. I called a month ago, someone else answered, didn't get his name. I explained the situation and asked if I could bring it by for them to look at, he basically said no and since it had been a few years then I was just SOL, further that I shouldn't expect a chip repair to last very long and there was no guarantee to begin with. I asked if he could have owner call me, he said he would, but I never heard from him. So bottom line don't expect the repair to last and don't expect them to honor what they say.
