*Edited to add* after reading numerous reviews of people sharing the same experiences and seeing the owner batrate them as well instead of calling to make things right, she confirmed my conclusion that I will not return nor recommend them to anyone. It's very disappointing since I love supporting small local businesses. Sad. I hope sure learners and can improve her customer service model. I'm VERY disappointed by Ander's they came highly recommend but I'm not sure why. We waited while they worked on my windshield. We heard plastic break and the tech start to cuss. I understand that things break, but they didn't mention anything to us when they said it was done. We checked the windshield before we left and pointed out that my truck was now missing the plastic weatherstrip wiper cowls on BOTH sides (like he broke one so he didn't put the other one back on in hopes we wouldn't notice). The plastic weather striping is also damaged AND missing clips so it's not held down properly. We pointed this out. We were told the tech was at lunch but they would call us when he returned... shockingly they never called us, so we called them. They said the tech claimed he never saw the cowls and they must've not been there (despite us pointing out obvious rub marks from them being present for 20 years.) They admitted that some of the clips holding the weather strip down broke which is common. They told us that we needed to take my truck to a Ford dealership to get an estimate for the parts. They said they would replace the missing cowls but they wouldn't do anything about my damaged weather stripping because it was "common" that this piece breaks (this was not mentioned before the service). 1) why would you say you'll replace the cowls if your tech didn't break them? 2) if it's common for a part to get damaged, why not keep it on hand to fix? 3) if something breaks why hide it from the customer? We're not that upset that parts were broken, we understand that things break. What pisses us off is that they tried to hide it instead of making it right. I love my truck, I should've just used Glass Doctor or Safelight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! read more

I was traveling from Falcon to Wellington today and around Windsor my rear view mirror fell off the windshield. After that I saw Anders Auto Glass and decided I would stop after completing by business in Wellington. On the way back I stopped into Anders and explained what had happened. The woman at the counter went in back and soon a young man was pulling my truck into a bay. A few minutes later a new mirror mount was on the windshield and I was told to wait 24 hours before mounting the mirror. When I went to pay I was told the was no charge. I would 100% recommend Anders Auto Glass...here's my story: With my badly cracked windshield stressing me out, I searched for quotes. They ranged form $800 to $155. (You guessed it, Anders Auto Glass was the most inexpensive!) I was a bit leary of what to expect for such a low price, but hey, what did I have to lose? I called Ander's Auto Glass back to find out the "out the door" price so I would know what to expect, thinking there would be hidden fees after installation and was told $167.70 in total with tax. I'm all in! There was no attitude about me asking, I felt accommodated and appreciated. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, dropped off the keys and waited, thinking it would take a few hours. I signed into the free wifi, got some work done and within 50 minutes, my car was done and ready to go! I grabbed a few cards, payed the $167.70 and was given a few cautionary details, such as not washing the car for a few days, keeping my windows down to avoid pressure change in the heat, and not removing the blue tape for a day or two. I didn't have to wait long and I figured there would be people waiting because of covid, but there wasn't anyone in the waiting room and that really helped calm my nerves! I called 3 places and these guys were by far the cheapest so I thought I would give them a shot. Easy access right off I25/Hwy392 and ample parking. After showing up for my appointment it took around an hour and a half. Nice staff, but the waiting room was so very hot and not to comfortable. I am giving only a star because there is no way to give a zero or negative rating. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. The lady in front office named Tamara does not know how to treat her customers. She is a liar, rude and fraud, who can change her words anytime, seeing who is a customer and where he/she is coming from. I got a quote from this place via yelp for a windshield replacement. Tamara sent me an email saying she would charge $200 for a Pilkington made Acoustic interlayer windshield. I liked the price and gave a call on 04-22-19 to schedule my appointment. The lady I spoke with told the cost of replacement was $175. I double checked with her if the cost was for Pilkington made acoustic interlayer glass. She said yes. I scheduled my appointment for 04-27-19 and she would order the same glass I wanted. I drove from Laramie, WY, to this place (1.5 hrs drive one way). When I got into her office, I did not feel welcomed by her (Tamara) at all. She seemed rude. When I asked about the glass ordered for my car, she told, to my surprise, she did not have any Pilkington glass and it was unavailable. She said only some basic windshield from a very new manufacturer was available. When I insisted about the windshield I wanted, she told me it would cost $250. I explained her about the quote from the phone. She got rude and blamed the lady I talked on phone was a new employee, who did not know the price. And when I showed her email she sent me, she got angry and shouted at me to re-schedule. Which I denied and left. I just wasted my time. Later, I went to Safelite in Cheyenne and got the job done. This place does not have one fair price. They can charge you anything they want for the same part depending upon who you are and where you are coming from. Good thing is I asked her about the cost prior to work. Else, she could charge me anything she wanted if I had their service. I felt cheated and was treated badly by this place. Completely smashed my windshield over the weekend, tried to book appointments through safelight auto glass at multiple locations (Fort Collins to Arvada) where everything was completely booked when I found Anders online and booked an immidiate appointment through them. Couldn't resist writing a follow-up to my Yelp review a few days back praising Anders for all their initial help in pointing me towards replacing my damaged driver's-side mirror housing, which was blocking my window from closing. After I purchased the part from an auto parts store, Anders, in the persons of Michael and Kenny (right name?) immediately got the work done so expertly that there's no sign of damage. On taking out my wallet, I was stunned to hear that there'd be no charge, that since I'd paid for the part everything was cool. The three guys that just replaced my windows on my two Ford F-150 trucks were friendly, courteous and professional. I like the fact that they are mobile and they come to you to replace your glass. We just had our windshield replaced here at the Ft Collins location. I have never in my life even heard of worse service. After installing our windshield we noticed the seal wasn't even sitting correctly, the frame kit is all bent, they tore the seal and glued it back together. After asking for it to be redone the owners wife (I didn't get her name) said to come back tomorrow and pick up my car. When I returned she said her husband (the owner) said "Its only cosmetic"... It wasn't "Cosmetic" when I dropped it off... They refused to correct their mistake and told me to "Get off their property". I am looking into an attorney shortly.
