*Edited to add* after reading numerous reviews of people sharing the same experiences and seeing the owner batrate them as well instead of calling to make things right, she confirmed my conclusion that I will not return nor recommend them to anyone. It's very disappointing since I love supporting small local businesses. Sad. I hope sure learners and can improve her customer service model. I'm VERY disappointed by Ander's they came highly recommend but I'm not sure why. We waited while they worked on my windshield. We heard plastic break and the tech start to cuss. I understand that things break, but they didn't mention anything to us when they said it was done. We checked the windshield before we left and pointed out that my truck was now missing the plastic weatherstrip wiper cowls on BOTH sides (like he broke one so he didn't put the other one back on in hopes we wouldn't notice). The plastic weather striping is also damaged AND missing clips so it's not held down properly. We pointed this out. We were told the tech was at lunch but they would call us when he returned... shockingly they never called us, so we called them. They said the tech claimed he never saw the cowls and they must've not been there (despite us pointing out obvious rub marks from them being present for 20 years.) They admitted that some of the clips holding the weather strip down broke which is common. They told us that we needed to take my truck to a Ford dealership to get an estimate for the parts. They said they would replace the missing cowls but they wouldn't do anything about my damaged weather stripping because it was "common" that this piece breaks (this was not mentioned before the service). 1) why would you say you'll replace the cowls if your tech didn't break them? 2) if it's common for a part to get damaged, why not keep it on hand to fix? 3) if something breaks why hide it from the customer? We're not that upset that parts were broken, we understand that things break. What pisses us off is that they tried to hide it instead of making it right. I love my truck, I should've just used Glass Doctor or Safelight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! read more

They did a great job with my Explorer! It was about $200 cheaper than anywhere in Cheyenne! They also got me in same day! Will definitely return if needed on any of my other cars! read more

Anders Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

I had my back window on my SUV blown out by all the wind on Thursday. I called them Thursday afternoon. They were able to get me in on Friday morning right at 9 o'clock took about an hour and 15 minutes and they were absolutely amazing very professional, nice clean office and waiting room and the ladies in the office were very kind and respectful Thank you, Anders Glass for helping me and all the crazy wind that we had in Northern Colorado. You did a great job on my window. read more

I was traveling from Falcon to Wellington today and around Windsor my rear view mirror fell off the windshield. After that I saw Anders Auto Glass and decided I would stop after completing by business in Wellington. On the way back I stopped into Anders and explained what had happened. The woman at the counter went in back and soon a young man was pulling my truck into a bay. A few minutes later a new mirror mount was on the windshield and I was told to wait 24 hours before mounting the mirror. When I went to pay I was told the was no charge. Anders performed the service knowing I didn't live in the area and did it for free. This is the type of local business that wants and deserves your business! Thanks for the help! Ron read more

I would give zero stars but that isn't an option did the chips for tips and realized why they do it for tips I work in the service industry so tipped nicely before seeing the "fix" it looked the same I called and talked to a "manager" who was nothing but rude took it to another glass place Polaris (gotten work from them in the past should of went back) they confirmed not knowing where I took it, thinking I tried to do it myself ... but confirmed that it was a awful job and was unsure if they could fix it read more

The reviews I enjoy writing the most are when I can heap praise on a business. Based on recently having 3 windshields replaced, Anders Auto Glass deserves such praise. I'm a big fan of their "Throwback Thursday" promotion: low straightforward pricing and no gimmicks - an outstanding value. All 3 vehicles were done quickly and professionally. If you need windshield replacement, I strongly recommend Anders. p.s. I did not feel that my safety was in jeopardy at any time! read more

Stopped in today for a chip. There were a few people ahead of me, but the waiting area was nice so not a problem. The chip repairs are free and then you can leave a tip for the person who repaired it. Was in and out in under 45 minutes, highly recommend! read more

I had my son's windshield replaced on his old jeep XJ. Great service. Quality work. Very convenient service. Thank you.

They are great ! They worked around my schedule and did a great job installing my windshield.

Quick and reliable service. I will use them again. They scheduled everything right here on Yelp!

I would 100% recommend Anders Auto Glass...here's my story: With my badly cracked windshield stressing me out, I searched for quotes. They ranged form $800 to $155. (You guessed it, Anders Auto Glass was the most inexpensive!) I was a bit leary of what to expect for such a low price, but hey, what did I have to lose? I called Ander's Auto Glass back to find out the "out the door" price so I would know what to expect, thinking there would be hidden fees after installation and was told $167.70 in total with tax. I'm all in! There was no attitude about me asking, I felt accommodated and appreciated. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, dropped off the keys and waited, thinking it would take a few hours. I signed into the free wifi, got some work done and within 50 minutes, my car was done and ready to go! I grabbed a few cards, payed the $167.70 and was given a few cautionary details, such as not washing the car for a few days, keeping my windows down to avoid pressure change in the heat, and not removing the blue tape for a day or two. I now have a beautiful new windshield with no flaws that I can notice. Great customer service, great results. They kept true to their slogan, "They want your money, We want your business!" read more

I didn't have to wait long and I figured there would be people waiting because of covid, but there wasn't anyone in the waiting room and that really helped calm my nerves! It took about an hour and a half but my new front windshield is perfect! And can't beat that price. I love that this feels and is a local business. I'm happy to give my money to the people here versus a big windshield place. Thanks guys! read more

Haven't been there yet, but the customer service is outstanding and I received an amazing quote

Nice people, reliable and quick service. Gotten chips repaired here mutliple times. No frills , but more importantly no BS.

Super fast response! Super quick install! Cheap prices at high quality work. I'll definitely be coming back if I need more work.

I called 3 places and these guys were by far the cheapest so I thought I would give them a shot. Easy access right off I25/Hwy392 and ample parking. After showing up for my appointment it took around an hour and a half. Nice staff, but the waiting room was so very hot and not to comfortable. That being said I'll take it if saving as much as I did. Thank you Anders! read more

10/10 will recommend to all my friends and family. I've been known to procrastinate anything that has to do with my car. I definitely waited far too long to get my windshield replaced and the only reason I did get it replaced was because I didn't want to get a ticket. Doing anything auto related as a woman can be frustrating and make any woman uneasy because so many places try to upsell women and take advantage of the fact that they may not know as much about cars as their father, brother, husband or boyfriend. At Anders the staff is super kind and knowledgeable. The front office staff is all women and they are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I didn't have a worry in the world. They replaced my windshield in 50 minutes. They have a comfy couch and beverages. AND my windshield looks amazing and I actually enjoy driving my car now. I will definitely be back for all of my auto glass needs! read more

Quality work at a great price! My windshield had a crack that I had been putting off replacing because I knew it would cost a fortune. A popular corporate company quoted me a replacement costing almost $400!!! Anders did it for under $200. Super fast and they were so pleasant. Local really is always better. read more

They did a good job and got me the glass I wanted at the price they told me. It was a little inconvenient to have to leave my truck at their shop but they offered to drive and drop me off if I wanted to go somewhere close by. Overall everything looks great and performs well. I would use them again. read more

Very impressed with them! Everyone else was at least twice the price. We did wait for Throwback Thursday The last Thursday of the month. I am giving only a star because there is no way to give a zero or negative rating. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. The lady in front office named Tamara does not know how to treat her customers. She is a liar, rude and fraud, who can change her words anytime, seeing who is a customer and where he/she is coming from. I got a quote from this place via yelp for a windshield replacement. Tamara sent me an email saying she would charge $200 for a Pilkington made Acoustic interlayer windshield. I liked the price and gave a call on 04-22-19 to schedule my appointment. The lady I spoke with told the cost of replacement was $175. I double checked with her if the cost was for Pilkington made acoustic interlayer glass. She said yes. I scheduled my appointment for 04-27-19 and she would order the same glass I wanted. I drove from Laramie, WY, to this place (1.5 hrs drive one way). When I got into her office, I did not feel welcomed by her (Tamara) at all. She seemed rude. When I asked about the glass ordered for my car, she told, to my surprise, she did not have any Pilkington glass and it was unavailable. She said only some basic windshield from a very new manufacturer was available. When I insisted about the windshield I wanted, she told me it would cost $250. I explained her about the quote from the phone. She got rude and blamed the lady I talked on phone was a new employee, who did not know the price. And when I showed her email she sent me, she got angry and shouted at me to re-schedule. Which I denied and left. I just wasted my time. Later, I went to Safelite in Cheyenne and got the job done. This place does not have one fair price. They can charge you anything they want for the same part depending upon who you are and where you are coming from. Good thing is I asked her about the cost prior to work. Else, she could charge me anything she wanted if I had their service. I felt cheated and was treated badly by this place. I do not recommend this place at all for any kind of service. Stay away from this place. read more

Completely smashed my windshield over the weekend, tried to book appointments through safelight auto glass at multiple locations (Fort Collins to Arvada) where everything was completely booked when I found Anders online and booked an immidiate appointment through them. Found out safelight ended up quoting me 2.5x higher than what Anders quoted me. Very glad fate worked out as it did. Extremely friendly staff and a very fast turn around. I'll refer everyone I can to them from now on. Cheers Cody B read more

Couldn't resist writing a follow-up to my Yelp review a few days back praising Anders for all their initial help in pointing me towards replacing my damaged driver's-side mirror housing, which was blocking my window from closing. After I purchased the part from an auto parts store, Anders, in the persons of Michael and Kenny (right name?) immediately got the work done so expertly that there's no sign of damage. On taking out my wallet, I was stunned to hear that there'd be no charge, that since I'd paid for the part everything was cool. No service charge for the work of two employees on a Saturday with no wait? I'm touched by their warmth and generosity, and of course I recommend Anders with great enthusiasm and appreciation! read more

I've worked with Andre's a couple times and they've always been super friendly and efficient! The cost is more affordable than others glass repairs in the area, plus I love supporting family business. The best part is their waiting room though! Nothing fancy, but they have a nice TV and offer free popcorn and coffee. The wait flies by! read more

Exceptional businesses deserve recognition. That said, Anders Auto Glass is quite the hidden gem! After much frustration paying $200-300 getting my windshield replaced numerous times at Safelite, a good friend of mine recommended Anders. I didn't believe the stories i was being told, thinking $100 sounded too good to be true. I finally decided to give them a shot and i couldn't be more pleased. They offer reasonable prices, a few different service options depending on your price range and availability and were able to get me taken care of quickly and efficiently with no problems. More importantly, the impression i got was that they genuinely want to get it taken care of for you to your satisfaction. Not only do they do great work but they warranty their work but they also offer an extended one year warranty plan for an extremely fair price. I won't ever go anywhere else- Anders is a small enough business, they offer very competitive prices, take pride in the work that they do and care enough to make the effort to ensure they're customers are 100% satisfied. read more

This will be the fourth time I have used Anders Auto Glass. I have not had any issues with any of the windows that they have replaced. The three guys that just replaced my windows on my two Ford F-150 trucks were friendly, courteous and professional. I like the fact that they are mobile and they come to you to replace your glass. No sitting in a waiting room listening to elevator music. I highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs. Thank you all Who work at Anders Auto Glass P.S. They will be coming up in replacing the window in my work van as well. read more

We just had our windshield replaced here at the Ft Collins location. I have never in my life even heard of worse service. After installing our windshield we noticed the seal wasn't even sitting correctly, the frame kit is all bent, they tore the seal and glued it back together. After asking for it to be redone the owners wife (I didn't get her name) said to come back tomorrow and pick up my car. When I returned she said her husband (the owner) said "Its only cosmetic"... It wasn't "Cosmetic" when I dropped it off... They refused to correct their mistake and told me to "Get off their property". I am looking into an attorney shortly. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like the novel idea of Jay and silent Bob replacing your windshield as if it was their first try at. read more

Although I've had an appointment for over 30 days, they called me just 3 days before my appointment to let me know that they are out of stock for my windshield and asked if I'd like to pay $100+ more for them to order it in from another vendor. They also "couldn't tell me when" they would have the less expensive windshield back in stock. A sham business at its finest. read more
