As the seasons change it's imperative to get this all fixed! I was told to put clear scotch tape over each spot to keep any moisture, condensation etc from seeping in. Everything was repaired in short order and I am very happy with the timeliness of the response and the integrity of the company! I also appreciate that it's a local small business that gives back to the community.

Hate to write a bad review but I asked for owner to call me, which is who repaired my auto chip…read moreoriginally and I never heard from him. Had chip repaired a few years ago, within a short time frame (a few weeks) I felt it was still spreading, so I had taken the car back, he looked at it and told me it was fine. He further told me if it ever did spread, he would put price I paid toward a new windshield. I called a month ago, someone else answered, didn't get his name. I explained the situation and asked if I could bring it by for them to look at, he basically said no and since it had been a few years then I was just SOL, further that I shouldn't expect a chip repair to last very long and there was no guarantee to begin with. I asked if he could have owner call me, he said he would, but I never heard from him. So bottom line don't expect the repair to last and don't expect them to honor what they say.

Price was more then half of what a big nationwide company quoted me. Communication was through messaging on his website and response was always timely and polite. I scheduled an appointment a few days later. I was home earlier then expected, told him he could arrive early if he wanted. He showed up 30 min. Early, was very polite on the phone. I showed him my car and left him to it. 30 to 45 min. Later, He called and he was done! Even transferred all of my parking and tx tag stickers too. He was so nice and very timely - highly recommended and will use him next time I need repairs or a replacement on any of my cars

*Edited to add* after reading numerous reviews of people sharing the same experiences and seeing…read morethe owner batrate them as well instead of calling to make things right, she confirmed my conclusion that I will not return nor recommend them to anyone. It's very disappointing since I love supporting small local businesses. Sad. I hope sure learners and can improve her customer service model. I'm VERY disappointed by Ander's they came highly recommend but I'm not sure why. We waited while they worked on my windshield. We heard plastic break and the tech start to cuss. I understand that things break, but they didn't mention anything to us when they said it was done. We checked the windshield before we left and pointed out that my truck was now missing the plastic weatherstrip wiper cowls on BOTH sides (like he broke one so he didn't put the other one back on in hopes we wouldn't notice). The plastic weather striping is also damaged AND missing clips so it's not held down properly. We pointed this out. We were told the tech was at lunch but they would call us when he returned... shockingly they never called us, so we called them. They said the tech claimed he never saw the cowls and they must've not been there (despite us pointing out obvious rub marks from them being present for 20 years.) They admitted that some of the clips holding the weather strip down broke which is common. They told us that we needed to take my truck to a Ford dealership to get an estimate for the parts. They said they would replace the missing cowls but they wouldn't do anything about my damaged weather stripping because it was "common" that this piece breaks (this was not mentioned before the service). 1) why would you say you'll replace the cowls if your tech didn't break them? 2) if it's common for a part to get damaged, why not keep it on hand to fix? 3) if something breaks why hide it from the customer? We're not that upset that parts were broken, we understand that things break. What pisses us off is that they tried to hide it instead of making it right. I love my truck, I should've just used Glass Doctor or Safelight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Wow. Anchor was exceptional. I called two other auto glass shops to try to get a windshield chip…read morerepaired. One was $100 and the other couldn't figure out a time to schedule me. I called Anchor and was told to come in whenever. I got there ten minutes later and was greeted warmly. The receptionist called a technician immediately who arrived within thirty seconds. My vehicle was taken and completed in under ten minutes. My entire visit to Anchor lasted approximately twelve minutes. It was a clean lobby with comfortable chairs and a pleasant staff. If I have auto glass needs in the future I will not hesitate to go to Anchor and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you! Update 7/5/17-Had trouble with Safelite (Geico's recommendation) so called Anchor. They had me scheduled for the next week through insurance. Windshield was replaced perfectly and done in an hour and a half! I can't say enough good things about Anchor and I won't go anywhere else for auto glass issues.

It took 2.5 months to repair hail damage to my vehicle. Be aware they will not order your parts…read moreuntil they have the vehicle in their possession. This caused additional delays. It was frustrating as insurance would only cover 30 days of a rental. When I got my vehicle back, there were problems/vehicle damage as a result of them taking the vehicle apart to complete the original repairs. Communication during the process was lacking. Apparently the original person overseeing the job left during the process and we paid the price. The hail damage was repaired fairly decently, but beware of the issues related to communication, length of time needed, and additional damage that could result from PDR and replacement of vehicle parts.
