5/5 Stars The service at Caliber Collision on Sterling Dr was absolutely amazing! I brought my car back about a year after they had done some work, taking advantage of their lifetime warranty. The manager Jason, worked with me and my insurance to reopen the claim, and Caliber even covered a rental car for me in the meantime. They went above and beyond -- not only fixing the paint issue from the original repair, but also taking care of a few minor scrapes that weren't even part of the previous work. Jason and his team was so friendly, communicative, and genuinely caring. They were even willing to help resolve the issue even if insurance hadn't reopened the claim. I'm so grateful for their professionalism and customer service. I'll always rave about this location specifically -- they've earned my trust, and I'll only bring my car here for any future needs. I recently had my car here for repairs after an accident where I was not at fault--in fact, I wasn't even in the car when it was hit. Given the circumstances, I hoped for a smooth, efficient repair process, but my experience ended up being frustrating and unacceptable. When I went to pick up my car, I was confused by being asked to sign two claims. One of the invoices included parts that were not part of the original incident. When I questioned this, I was met with the dismissive response, "Oh, sometimes our parking lot can get a little crazy." Then my service agent finally admitted that my car had been hit by a shop employee while in their lot--causing new damage completely unrelated to the original accident. Despite the shop sending me numerous text updates on my vehicle's status, they neglected to disclose that my car had been damaged while in their care. While they did repair the additional damage, including a headlight, the new headlight does not match the other, which is aged. Additionally, the new front bumper is scuffed in areas and not secured tightly. Leading me to believe that the repairs on the damage caused by the shop were done hastily. When I reasonably requested that they replace the other headlight to ensure they matched--especially since my car was damaged on their watch without my knowledge--the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. To make matters worse, no one bothered to review the repairs on the original damage with me or confirm that the work was completed to my satisfaction. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer service I experienced is inexcusable. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any business, especially one responsible for handling customers' vehicles. Given the blatant lack of transparency and how dismissive and nonchalant they were about their error, I am sure this is not the first nor last time this will happen. The least they could have offered was to compensate me or order a new matching headlight. While this may seem small, I take pride in and great care for my vehicle and work to retain its value over time, which will now decrease due to the additional repairs. It is truly disappointing to now have to replace parts myself so that my vehicle looks cohesive. I truly hope future customers are treated with more honesty and respect. read more

Caliber collision kept my car for well over a month for bumper damage. When I dropped my car off, I explained I only had my rental for one month and I was assured the work would be done before then. When they kept it over a month and I was charged for three days rental. I was promised by Drew, the manager that he would reimburse me for those three days which I greatly appreciated. And then he disappeared on me. It's been a month and he never reimbursed me. He doesn't return phone calls or text messages and my issue was not resolved... I would go to another auto body shop. The third time I called this week for Drew I was told once again he was not in the office. I begged the front desk receptionist to please contact him on my behalf so he would call me back and she refused. She told me she has no way of contacting him when he's not there, which is total BS. read more

So far my experience with caliber has been an incredible letdown. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told about 2 1/2 weeks. Every time I've wanted an update I've needed to call the shop and they have only told me more time and now I need to expect roughly a month in total. Pretty disappointed. read more

First experience: Car, a hybrid, is repaired. Looks great. After 15 minutes driving, check engine lot goes on. They forgot to refill the 2nd radiator (for the electric motor) after they had drained it to make the repair. Second experience (yeah, I know, I should never have gone back): Make appointment, get told parts will be ordered before the day is out. Call back day before the appt, (3 weeks later): Parts ordered? What parts? We haven't ordered anything. Don't waste your time here. read more

Wow. I saw the great reviews so gave them a call to set up an appt for some extensive repairs after being hit by a moving truck. The person I spoke to told me my insurance company was giving me "false information" because they had told me to bring their estimate to the collision repair center of my choice. When I said it sounded like they couldn't work with me in this manner, the person said "That is not what I said ma'am" and immediately hung up on me. This just happened 3:08pm on 6/7/22. Sounds like there's no oversight of their customer service reps. Very different from the great reviews I read and the hold message that suggests Caliber understands how hard being in an accident can be and that they're there to help you through. read more

Caliber were great. I used their offices on Sterling Drive, Boulder (they have three body shops in the Boulder/Superior area). In the space of two weeks I had to use them twice. Once through insurance for hail damage and the second time for a damaged side mirror and scrapes to body work that I did directly with them. They were fast, helpful and great to work with. My insurance company recommended them the first time and I went back to them a second time because my first experience was great. read more

I was rear ended and my first repair was not super perfect, but Caliber took the car back, made it perfect and provided a rental on their behalf while the repair took place (a nicer rental than my insurance provided the first time!) My daughter is a student in Boulder, CO. She recently called me (I'm a 1000 miles away) and informed me something was hanging from the bottom of her vehicle. Obviously I couldn't see it, fix or do otherwise being a 1000 miles away. I took a chance and blindly called Caliber Collision (on Sterling Dr) and spoke with Raul. He instructed me to tell my daughter to come in, ask for him and he would take a look. My daughter did just that. She told me that the shop was very busy, but when she got there she asked for Raul. He introduced himself and had her car pulled into the shop. A tech (Jason) took over and identified the problem and fixed the issue. Apparently no parts were needed, just reattached the splash guard and she was on her way. While intimidated to go to a bodyshop on her own, my daughter told me everyone was very nice and made her feel comfortable. Raul and Jason did exactly what they told me they would do and were satisfied with only a thank you. While I obviously don't want my daughter to have a need to take her car back to an auto collision center, if she does I'm telling her to call Raul at Caliber. read more

It took a very long wait to get hail damage repaired from the July 5 2019 hailstorm. We had a glowing recommendation from our neighbors so we waited patiently, looking forward to the same experience. The exterior looked okay on pickup but lots of smudges and looked like a cursory job of washing it. The interior wasn't good either. And there were a few white spots (paint?) on the upholstery that don't come out. The roof was cut off to enable its repair. But one of the worst things - the terrible smell of solvent inside. That plus windows that didn't work meant my husband immediately returned there. Although the people we met when we brought the car in were very pleasant and polite, these (different) people were not helpful, did not return calls in a timely manner. It's been several weeks and they won't help us clean the car out. And the odor is still there, worse when it's warmer outside. Solvents give me headaches, stomach aches and breathing difficulties. Although this is a 2016 Subaru, it's too early for us to try to sell it; I expect the stench will make that difficult. read more
