Someone backed into me in an empty parking lot so of course my entire rear end had to get replaced. It was a tap but the dent was just in one of those spots. Caliber has it down to science for the most part. The only snag was that I really didn't want to drive a rental around for weeks and that's what happened (car was drivable and I could even use the trunk so I wasn't in a hurry). I asked for them to check lead times on parts and it was only supposed to be a few days. A week later I got a text that it was almost done. Called to confirm. Yes almost ready. Then the next day it's "we don't have that part. We will know next week". Then there was a national back order on it. I asked them to put the damaged part back on so I could have my car back. Then had to take it back in again a month later. It was just bad communication. Frustrating all around. It's all done and over now. I would still use them but definitely be on top of them about times/parts. read more

This company has the worst communication and customer service! My car was taken in November, told it would be completed very soon, had very little communication and it was not done until February!!! Then they didn't complete the job, forgot a part; had to order it- received then wrong part, had to order it again and it took another two weeks! I was referred to Caliber Insurance by my Subaru Dealer. I contacted Caliber and they informed that they do work with my insurance but I would need to email my insurance company's estimate for the repair of hail damage. I emailed the quote to their Caliber email address and waited. I didn't hear anything for a month so I called again. I was first informed that they couldn't find my email so I forwarded it again with the quote. Then later was told that the case was being reviewed by their Progressive Insurance rep. The quote was on his desk but he was gone for the day. He was supposed to return my call the next day. It was really confusing and unclear whether they were already reviewing my case or if she just not gave the Progressive rep my email. Another 3 weeks go by and I don't hear a word. I call again. Receptionist with the same voice as last two times says that my email went to her spam folder so they never reviewed it. She says that they cannot schedule me until 7 months down road. I don't understand how my email went to spam when it was confirmed received on my second call. Caliber seems very unorganized and unprofessional. I have already waited almost two months for them to repair my car and now told they are too busy and it will be another 7 months for them to see me. This place is a bad joke. read more

Literally just left here and I would definitely not come to this location. Lady was very rude and did not give me the time of day. Basically just told me they are on appointment only and said she could not help me. She didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment or anything. You guys just lost out on an 2018 Audi repair from insurance. Hopefully you guys find better staff. Update: Rich reached out to me in response to this review and was very professional and apologetic. Ashley and Melissa were both awesome to work with! Above and beyond customer service. They kept me informed, and even went to go pick up parts for my car when they were short-staffed, and delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to ride the bus 3 hours to get my car on a snowy day! Avoid Travis though, he's a grumpy gus that needs to spend some time with Mr. Hanky Poo to learn about Christmas spirit (aka customer service). So far I have noticed nothing wrong with my repair. Caliber performed a $17,000 hail repair and in the process created almost $10,000 worth of additional damage. Below is a list of problems found when I picked my vehicle up related directly to the gross negligence and unprofessional quality of work performed by caliber. Grease spots on both driver and passenger front seats. Grease on driver door trim Multiple grease spots on headliner window cover Carpet on passenger side front not seated correctly Chip on passenger side rear door Scratch in paint next to drivers side F350 emblem, also on top Driver F350 emblem scratched Chip in paint under passenger side mirror Interior of truck overall very dirty. They were super awesome and lovely and made my car look shiny and beautiful! They called and texted me often to let me know how my car was doing and they also have super nice and concerned staff, I never felt under valued. They even told me to drive around my car to get a feel for it and see if anything feels weird, I've only driven a few miles so i don't know if anything has changed much. They did get me a new tire and put it on the front because they said that it needs to be there or else my car will feel weird when it drives so I'm assuming they put it on the area of my car where the tire would get the most wear. I would recommend them for any damages to your vehicle, I'm also pretty sure that they buffed out any little scratches I had on any other part that wasn't even hit so I'm so glad about that. I bought my brand new car in December and shortly after my car got hit pretty hard with hail damage. I was so upset at the sight of my new car all damaged. This was my first experience taking my car in for any type of repair and I couldn't say better things about Caliber. Lauren was very helpful every time I called and had all my questions answered about my car and in addition had wonderful customer service. I arrived my appointment time to discovered no service person was even there to look at my vehicle a young women looked at it and informed me the issue wasnt related to my repairs, I was upset being lead on to believe it would be fixed at my appointment... Our daughter's Subaru Impreza was damaged by another driver in a traffic accident, and we selected Caliber Collision at the Northglenn location because it is affiliated with the Mike Shaw Subaru dealership and is also an Allstate partner collision repair business. Our experience was excellent. They arranged for towing the car to their location, Haley was pleasant, professional and very thorough to deal with and kept us apprised almost daily on the status of the repairs. The car looks as good as new, and they completed the repairs 8 days ahead of their initially anticipated schedule, which was a very good surprise. These guys are horrible after waiting a month just to get the estimate my brother finally got his truck in on May 29th, they told him it was a big job and would take about a month. He called a month later and was sharply told it would be ready on the 6th as he was told ( he hadn't been told that ) the 6th came and went no truck they didn't return repeated calls, when he finally got through to someone they told him the 13th ( today ) he called several times and was told the person he needed to speak to was at lunch ( over a 3 hour period ) We finally went by to see what was going on. When we arrived we found his truck sitting at the far corner of the parking lot 10 feet away from a busy bus stop with the doors unlocked and the windows down, we looked around and in the truck for several minutes and no one even noticed us. We finally asked to see the manager and obviously were both frustrated, the manager told me no less than 3 times to be quiet, when I continued to inquire why it took over 6 weeks to fix the truck he walked away saying he was calling the police. We went back sometime later and the truck is still sitting at the far end of the parking lot next to the bus stop with the windows down. Upon inspection they have damaged the dash board in several spots and the door panel, my brother spoke to the manager again and he told him the haven't done quality assurance on it yet, ( obviously since it is sitting out in the parking lot ). The manager offered no explanation or remedy or even apology for taking way longer than quoted and for making a mess of the truck. Calls to the corporate office have received similar desreguard. The bottom line is these people don't care about you, your vehicle or you business. In the future I will certainly be taking mine elsewhere. read more

Go here with you want you car cleaned. But if you want your car fixed, they will do a decent job but not great. If your car gets painted, caliber collision will leave dust specs under the paint to dry. Don't want to bring it back when I don't have a rental. read more

I have had Hail Damage 2 years in a row!! The year before that, I hit a deer. I've never hit an animal before, a first time in my life and I'm almost 50!! It was a terrible experience and the guys at Calibur Collision we so kind and helpful with the entire process, it was like having an uncle holding my hand the whole time. When they were done with my Jeep, it looked better than it did before I hit the deer. 6 months later, my jeep was pounded in a Hail Storm. I didn't even have to second guess where my jeep was going! Back in and out, looking great with such professional and awesome customer service. I was called every few days, updated on the progress of my jeep and when I could pick it up. Both times, I visited the Robb Location and believe my sales rep was Darren. And on to round 3! Hail damage AGAIN! This time, to my brand new Nissan Rogue. My ENTIRE vehicle was damaged. If you lived in or around Golden, CO in May of 2017- you know the hail storm was deemed a natural catastrophe. I called my insurance company minutes after the storm and was placed on the waiting list at Calibur Collison. I was so frustrated, my brand new car, which I was leasing, looked awful (and that's an understatement!) and I was being bombarded daily by Hail Damage Repair flyers, calls, friends. I almost went with another company... and then Christina called me. Since Calibur has several locations, if I was willing to travel, they could get me in quicker... and boy, was I thrilled!!! She kept me posted via text messaging and when the time/location became available, she was on it!! Such wonderful customer service!! This time I visited the 106th location and Daniel was my rep. Daniel drew soo many circles on my car, I questioned why not just be given a new car!! It WAS that BAD! Daniel was kind, polite and very thorough in telling me what all needed to be done, what that looked like and a good estimate on when it would be done. He called me frequently with updates, I rec'd texts and when I went to pick it up.... It looked brand new again. It took a solid month... they weren't about to let me have my car back until it was perfect! I was soo happy to have my car back...... Daniel and Christina rocked!!!!! Thank you, Calibur Collison!!! I do have to share one additional thing. Please read on. The day I picked up my car, I ended up needing my Gerber Multiple Purpose Knife out of my car. I was so glad to have my car back, but couldn't find it in my car!!! I searched my car up and down. No knife. I called Daniel to inquiry if maybe someone needed to use it... not wishing to accuse anyone of such a thing. And then I noticed a cell phone battery charger was also not in my car, where I had it before I dropped my car off. For 2 wks, I patiently waited to hear back from Daniel and for 2 weeks, I searched my home inside and out. The knife was my uncles and the only thing I had of him from his car accident, in which he died on my aunt's shoulder. I was determined to find it and knew the people at Calibur Collison were good people and honestly, I didn't want to think anyone there took it. But I was beginning to lose hope. This morning, nestled behind my chair in my living room was the basket I use to keep in my car... with all the items from my car. I apparently emptied my car and forgot about that. Horrible!!! Insurence companie sent my car here after I slide into a curb. They replaced the two rims right side and a new strut,control arm, suspension linkage,Steering knuckle) anyway got car back. It was pulling right (never a problem when bought car not evan a month prior) and some rubbing noise in right rear. Took it back twice. They did a alignment both times. just to get the car back that still pulls right and still has has rubbing noise. But the best part. I had to request a new shop after the third visit (second time returning) because while i was looking over the car. I asked the mechanic about a motor mount that was making noise. If it was the mount i thought it was and if that could be from the accident. the mechanic said "oh yeah i noticed when i dropped the... i mean when i let the clutch out" and he missed said it three time in the conversation. Almost saying how he dropped the clutch. and then rep that was standing there too told me how great my car was. How good the clutch was. reminded the rep of his old evo he souped up and had a stage 2 clutch in it. (I was like sweet I must of bought a good one then). Ok then I left drove 3 blocks to get gas and all I could smell the whole time I was pumping Gas was burnt clutch. And I Mean BAD!!! So basically the 5 to 6 times I seen them leave to "test drive it" they were actually Hot Rodding It!!!! Im beside myself. Did they seriously hot rod my f-ing car. I don't have a sti or a evo but the speed6 isn't that bad. And it got enough power to destroy it's self if f-ing around... so I'm never going back here!!! EVER!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE, UNLESS U WANT UR CAR BEAT TO SH*T!!! read more

We live in Westminster, CO, but our Subaru Outback was damaged in an accident in Nevada. A Caliber Center there did repair work, but a couple of warranty items had to be fixed in Colorado. The Northglenn office, particularly Service Advisor Joey Chiles, were very helpful in getting our car in promptly for the warranty work, keeping us posted, and delivering the car--FIXED COMPLETELY--when they promised. Hopefully, we'll never need repair work performed again, but if it happens, I wouldn't hesitate to utilize the Caliber Northglenn location again. read more

This shop has terrible communication and they are ridiculously slow. I dropped my car off four weeks and one day before I left this review and I still do not have my car at the time of this review. I have gotten two calls from them about my car in the four weeks that they have had it and they were both on the same day. If I have not been calling them, I would have no idea what is going on with my car and when I do call, I have to ask very specific questions for them to be answered because they almost don't give me any information at all on their own. It took two weeks for them to call me and give me information about the cosmetic damage that needed to be fixed and they also told me the first time that they were going to take it to a dealer to have the electrical/mechanical issues diagnosed. One week later and they told me that they were going to take it to a dealership to diagnose the electrical/mechanical issues that may have been damaged by my accident again. They have had my car for four weeks now and they barely dropped my car off at the dealership and they are telling me that it will be another week from the time I wrote this review before they will have any answers from the dealership. Luckily I have been able to borrow a family member's car to get to and from work for the past month. I cannot afford a rental because I am under 25 and I live 73+ miles from my job and I drive that distance twice a day five days a week. I still do not have my car at the time of writing this review and I probably won't have it for another two weeks at the rate that they are going. I understand that they have a large number of other cars that they also have to fix, but this is insane. Are they under staffed? Do they work on one car at a time? Why did it take nearly two weeks just for them to send it to the dealer from the time they first decided to do that? I would understand for my car to take about three to four weeks, but five? Maybe six weeks? I don't even know if they have actually done any work on my car yet. If they haven't, then who knows how much longer it could take. You are probably better off taking your car to a small time autobody shop and/or mechanic shop or fixing it yourself. read more

wish there was a zero star option. Where do I start? The worst communication EVER!!!!! We had 2 vehicles damaged by the hail. First vehicle was fixed in about 3 days, but had to leave it again as they missed some very obvious dents, and must have thought we would not notice. The vehicle was very dirty as another person posted. It was full of dust, and came out with more scratches than it went in with. Ryan is the worst person to have to deal with. He doesn't follow through with what he says, and when I called to see if it was ready he just said "I don't know". I asked for him to check because he also said that he thought it was was ready, and I didn't want to keep going back, and forth so I asked for him to check cause his excuse was they had another vehicle like mine so he was not sure if mine was ready. I still need to take my vehicle back because one of the dents was still not taken out. When they cleaned the inside of the vehicle they used a lot of greasy chemicals which eventually turned white, and are a mess to deal with. Now on to my second car...Not once did they communicate in the first 2 weeks even though the car was only supposed to take about 4 days to fix. I finally called, and asked if my car is ready, and they say they are waiting for a supplement from my insurance. I understand that happens, but atleast let me know that. I wait another week after the supplement was approved to see what is going on, and I call and nobody can really tell me what is going on. I finally speak to the manager Rich who promises to have it ready in a few days, and gives the excuse of them being short staffed the past couple of days for all of the problems. The problems by then had started weeks ago not days before. Eventually I get a call from my insurance saying that Caliber is calling to ask for payment, which is odd because I had the check the whole time and they had not asked me for payment. It is 3pm, and the day I was told that the vehicle would be ready when I get a call from Caliber, and am told that they need my insurance has to go see the vehicle before it is released to me. I ask if the vehicle is ready, and they say yes it has been, so then I ask why they wait to call me until an hr before I am supposed to pick up my car to tell me that I should call my insurance to get someone out there to look at the vehicle. I am so frustrated, and upset with this horrible customer service! read more

This is our first time using Caliber for auto body repairs. Our suv was hit in a parking lot, and the other car managed to crease our car from the front door all of the way to the rear quarter panel. It was easy to make an appointment for the estimate, the appointment for repairs was about 6 weeks out due to the summer hail storms. Caliber estimated that they might need the car for up to a week and a half because the damage covered so much of the car, with a pick up date of this Friday. I received calls to give me periodic updates, which was great. The car was finished on Wednesday evening, it looks perfect again, and they even vacuumed the car! Hopefully we won't need to bring any of the cars in again anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely bring them here. read more
