It's a one-hour job at most, with zero prep needed since I already bought the part. I asked the body tech if the schedule was pushed that far out because the job doesn't make them much money, and he basically admitted that's the reason. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Instead, I was left feeling like my business wasn't worth their time, and that's disappointing for a shop with such solid reviews.

Well after almost 2 yrs...I worked up the courage to look for a paintless dent repair (PDR) shop to get the dent fixed, hoping they would also be able to help with the scratches caused by the accident and replace the broken tail light.
