My insurance had chose Caliber for my repairs and I made the first contact with them on 24 Oct to set up an estimate appt in which couldn't be scheduled until 21 Nov. The estimate was completed and I set up the drop off appt at the soonest time which was 12 Dec. I had to take time off from work and coordinate with Enterprise for a rental car in order to drop my vehicle off on this date. When I arrived, I was informed that they failed to order the parts for the repairs and they said they would call me as soon as the parts were in so I could set up the drop off appt again. Caliber never informed me prior to me showing up on 12 Dec that the parts weren't in nor even ordered. I asked if I needed to contact Enterprise to let them know that I would have to change the reservation. They told me that they would call Enterprise to take care of it. I got a phone call later that day from Enterprise asking if I still needed a rental therefore Caliber never called Enterprise like they said they would. After waiting 2 weeks because Caliber didn't call me to let me know if the parts were in, I ended up calling Caliber on 27 Dec to find out that the parts were in and set up another drop off appt for the soonest appt being 4 Jan. I finally was able to drop my vehicle off on 4 Jan and picked it back up on 16 Jan. The whole process obviously took almost 3 MONTHS. I'm not dissatisfied with the final repairs but the process was grueling. read more

Never again. Was rear ended and used this location because my tranny was grinding after the accident and they had less of a wait than the one in Northglenn. My trunk lid wasn't even replaced, my tail lights are off center and so is my back bumper. My Subaru tech immediately was like "who put this back on here? It's not even flush and it's lopsided." My left tail light still has damage from being hit. Then the kicker for me was the tow truck brings my car back after being "fixed" the first thing I noticed is my trunk still has damage on it.. I made the tow truck driver call Ron and all he did was have the driver send him a picture.. great job now my $36,000.00 car can rust with only 35,000 miles on it. My car pretty much got a wipe down and then returned to me. SUBARU HAD TO REPLACE MY TRANSMISSION after their tech claimed my car was fine. Thank goodness for Subaru and my power train warranty.. otherwise my car was going to be a loss. Ron was the person overseeing my "repairs." I'd suggest telling your insurance you want someone other than caliber to work on your car if you're ever in an accident. Oh and they used foam tape to put my wing back on my bumper. Just disgusting.. I drive a performance vehicle and you got foam tape on my shit. Real annoying. read more

Had an accident, I took my car here and boy do I regret it. Body and paint seems to be the easiest part for theses guys but putting it together was another. My parts didn't Match up nor aligned with the bumpers due to poor quality work of adjustments. Looked ugly but easy fix cause of the clips and bolts were just missing to hold the bumper up. Glad it didn't fall off while driving off overall save you a headache and take your vehicle somewhere else. ‍‍‍‍ read more

I was in a light accident, and took my truck to 2 different body shops to get quotes. I was referred to Caliber by my insurance company, the other was a Dealer shop. Calibers analysis was head a shoulders above the Dealers Quote. They saw things broken on my truck the dealers missed. I choose them for this reason. They did a stellar job on my truck. It looks as good as the day I bought it. I cleared out everything thinking that when I got it back I would take it to be detailed. I didn't have to, because Caliber Collision detailed the truck before returning it to me. They are great I would refer anyone to them. read more

I decided to take my 2005 truck to this location due to how close it was to my job, my repair was completed and the side looks great, however someone scratched my hood of my truck I noticed it right away and was told they didn't touch the hood it looks as if something slid off. I then set to let a manager look at it and advise it wasn't there before and something needed to be done. He tried to tell me it was the clear coat coming off, funny how it can happen in that time frame for me to notice it and I am picky with my truck he stated he would get back to me, however that was two weeks ago and nothing. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have been trying for 6 months to get by vehicle fixed correctly. The vehicle was taken to them to have a large dent fixed in the door and in order to repaint it correctly they repainted both doors to blend the color. The paint job turned out fine but in order to paint the doors they took apart the door panels inside the truck, which is fine, but when they were taking it apart they broke serval pieces and when I say several I mean many! When i brought this to their attention they said everything was fine and nothing needed to be fixed. How I knew it needed to be fixed is the noise coming from the door and that the door wouldn't open from the inside. While waiting for my vehicle to be fixed on the third attempt, it began to rain really hard. While it was raining they had my vehicle outside with the windows down and the doors wide open. They gave it back to me with the seats, floor and all the interior soaked and didn't even bother to say anything, they just acted like it didn't happen. Still after all of this nothing was fixed. Finally I forced my insurance company to take it to a different body shop and finally the work was corrected and everything was fixed that Caliber broke. The new company I took it to had to replace the entire passenger door panel and the door handle in order to correct the problem. Its bad enough to have to have work done on your vehicle but even worse when a company treats you and the vehicle you work hard for like crap! read more

Really happy with the experience here. Had to take my car in after it was damaged and luckily I could take it to a place of my choosing since it was covered under the other persons insurance. I had some damage on the rear passenger door that needed to be fixed and was just hoping my door would look like it used to. I dropped my car off and after only two days, it was ready for me to pick it up! It looked like new and they did a great job. The staff was friendly, and kept me in the loop with what was happening with the insurance company at all times. On top of all of this, when I went to leave I discovered that they had taken the liberty to wipe down the inside of the car and vacuumed it for me. Very happy with the results and I will go back if/when in the future I need other repair work to be done. read more

We took our truck in to get fixed and after picking up her vehicle they failed to repair our truck as promised it was not even fixed correctly. I got a call saying it was good to be picked up and to take home but came to find that there was other issues that came up with my truck as well. I drove my truck home and put my vehicle in park and it shut down, my dash lights would not light up and the engine wasn't turning over. My truck was working perfectly before taking it in for REAR END DAMAGE. They had to come back to our house and tow it back to the shop a SECOND TIME. Even when my truck got hit, an hour later and the next day my truck was turning over and it was starting up just fine. I take care of my vehicle's very well. Now the truck is back at the shop they had to re-fix the other things that needed to be fixed properly. However now Caliber Collision and the adjuster with Progressive Insurance is saying that they CAN NOT FIX the issue and how they are not responsible or in the wrong for this issue. This is very upsetting they are saying we have to figure it out on our own. After my truck has been there for almost a month and a half now my truck was running perfectly fine when it was taken into the shop. This is something we are definitely looking into more by contacting lawyers. Caliber Collision SHOULD NOT BE a repair shop of choice. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They told us they would take care of us and they fail to comply. If they truly valued their customers I wouldn't have had to leave such a honest but terrible review. ALLEN HERNANDEZ read more

This was a great experience and I would recommend Caliber at the N. Washington location to anyone needing body work. The damage was covered by a dealership but the this made no difference in the level of service and the excellent outcome. This body shop only cares about the insurance company where they get their business from. You as the customer, you are left hanging if there are any problems. They said my car had previous damaged done and they could not fix it. They were asking for money out of my pocket. When they should have just collect it from the insurance company. Had my car repaired here 3 weeks ago. We'd just had a minor accident and I was dreading the hassle of repair, based on a few experiences many years ago. I was really surprised to read the previous review...that was absolutely not my experience at Caliber. I went there having never heard of them, but they were one of the places that our insurance (Farmer's) had where the estimate could be done there. They were able to schedule us immediately. I thought their customer service was outstanding--from Shay, the receptionist, who arranged a rental car for me to Sean, who handled everything else. Sean called daily with updates on the repair and my car was done before promised. Sean said he'd rather "under-promise and over-deliver." I think most companies do the opposite. The repair was done beautifully and they even washed and vacuumed my car. I found the people there to be professional, very competent, friendly, and people who took pride in their work. If we need any future auto body work done, without a doubt, this is where we'll go! read more
