The timeframe seemed miraculous based on the damage) my car looked brand new, like nothing had happened at all. We received a call yesterday asking if we opened an insurance claim. We told them that we plan to pay out of pocket for the expenses. The employee said he needed to ask his boss if it was ok. Immediately to me, that's a red flag. He comes back and says they ONLY work with insurance. We questioned what difference it would have made if we paid them vs insurance paid them, they gave some B.S. roundabout excuse. I believe this body shop ONLY works with insurance so that they can jack up the prices & likely bill for unnecessary things, so that they get paid more. Otherwise, they would have let us pay out of pocket. Beware of this body shop.

I met with Cameron and he began the process. It should have taken a couple weeks, but the insurance company was not offering enough to get it done with OEM parts. Throughout the process Cameron was courteous, professional, and gave updates as we went along. Top-notch!

We leave car and come back little over a week later. They still couldn't get the pillar and fender to line up. I say it looks like shit. The manager flips out on me yelling and calls me a cocksucker..... wow all because they can't fix the car right.... They are suppOder to be a professional shop but I guess if you call them out on their shoddy work they decide to insult you. So he proceeds to call me a cocksucker again and says I am not allowed on the premises any longer. What a lousy, unprofessional and apparently can't fix your car. It's one thing to just fix or not fix a car but I guess the intelligence level of the manager here is pretty low. I have had other cars repaired at other shops and not once has a shop ever called me any names to me in person. I would not recommend this shop to anyone... they still have my car and it will probably never be right again

I've been using SVE for over a decade after my car(s) were hit from accidents…read more I wanted to give a very positive review based on their warranty work. Typically, when companies offer some sort of "lifetime" warranty, it's with so many strings attached that it's meaningless. My car was repaired 2.5 years ago and started developing rust spots by the fender. I made an appointment anxious if anything would be handled and the owner came out and within 10 months had me on the books to fully repaint and repair the side! No gaslighting or excuses that I "drove my car wrong" or something ridiculous that you see so often today. For this reason. I would highly recommend SVE based off the piece of mind. Thanks so much to the owner making things right!

It has been a VERY long time since I've had that kind of customer service from ANY company. SVE has earned a customer for life!

I was very appreciative they could get me in as quickly as possible due to my upcoming move, but the quality is absolutely horrific. I picked up my vehicle the evening before the movers were coming so I had no chance to inspect my vehicle or request they fix the issues. They had my vehicle for 4 weeks! My passenger rear door was struck and after the repairs it sounds like a wind tunnel in my vehicle now. My interior is jet black leather, but they installed the wrong colors. The door panel is not properly installed and are loose. I would swear the parts are not OEM and were acquired from second hand sources due to their appearance. The weatherstripping isn't attached, and won't connect to the door. Absolutely horrible work!

They claim it was because the $3,000 supplement they submitted didn't get approved by my insurance for four weeks, but they already had an approved repair estimate in their hands worth $16,000 that should have been started in that time. There was nothing in my contract stating that they wouldn't start repairs until a supplement was approved and the useless front-desk staff led me to believe that those original repairs had been started in that time. Because of this large delay, my rental car coverage of 50 days expired and I was forced to pay a grand total of $650 (plus $185 for tolls) out of my own pocket for the rental car for the last 3 weeks my car was still in the shop. I should also add that I finally had to go into the shop IN PERSON after those first five weeks to finally get answers because you can't get any over the phone, and that's when they showed me my car and I saw it had not been touched. The supplement had been approved a week earlier but they still hadn't started the repairs at this point. I tried to go above Traci and speak to corporate to see if they would at least reimburse me for half of the rental cost since it was their fault and they said they spoke with the owner who told them under NO circumstances will they reimburse for rental cars. I was originally quoted a timeline of 3-4 weeks and my car was there for 10 whole weeks in the end. The shop is blaming my insurance, my insurance is blaming the shop, and I got shafted with this HUGE payment when I did quite literally nothing wrong. These people are rude, slow, and have NO care for their customer at the end of the day. I got screwed over and all they will offer me is that they will "use this experience in future trainings with their staff". I will never come to this shop again and will warn everyone I know against it.

It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.
