After talking to a few Tesla certified shops, they wanted thousands of dollars to repair the damage. I brought my car by Mike's and they looked at it and said it could be repaired. It took a little bit of follow up on my behalf to finalize a date I could drop it off, but once they had it, they completed the work and repainted the bumper to perfection. You would absolutely never know about the scuff, and they completed the work at their original quote which was well under $1000 -- way less than other shops. Although they're not a Tesla certified auto shop, they went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend their work!

From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.

I tried calling repeatedly for a month to be told they were having internet issues. After getting to the first call, they confirmed they would schedule the car once they ordered the parts. I followed up again via email and was told that they would reach out when all the parts were in. Two months later when I followed up again to ask if the parts were in and could we schedule the car, I was told they couldn't schedule my car until two months out from July. Then she came back to the line again and was told "Oh no, we will need to schedule in December." I have wasted 3 - 4 months hoping that somewhere in this once very good company a person would be able to help return it to a better place. I have definitely been disappointed. This is not a good company to bring your car for repair. The ownership has slipped and the staff is very incompetent. I thought as a repeat customer you might be considered good business and want to keep their business. The front office staff truly does not know how to handle people or schedule business.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a shop. Took an older vehicle in to get…read morelooked at. My insurance aha d already previously sent an adjuster and gave me a quote. I did not fully understand that this shop was going to do a counter quote. After dropping off my car and getting my insurance info over (which I should have never done) I get notified two weeks later that my vehicle is totaled because the shop sent a counter quote back to my insurance and stripped a lot of the vehicle down and said it was going to cost upwards of 10,000 to fix in which my insurance totaled the vehicle. Because my insurance totaled the vehicle this shop would not let me have my vehicle back unless my insurance paid them over $3,000 for the "work" that was "performed" and the "daily vehicle storage fee". The car was never repaired, and I was left with a now "totaled" vehicle that only had cosmetic issues and a bent door frame... Beyond the worst experience at any shop I've ever had. Do not take your vehicle here as this shop tries to squeeze money out of insurance and will hold your vehicle hostage. Edit after shop reply 10/30/25: My first mistake was dropping the vehicle off. My second mistake was sending my insurance info over. All I wanted was the door bent back straight and a basic repair. When I dropped my vehicle off I don't remember it being clear that you were going to do a tear down and then charge a storage fee towards insurance. After I finally Received my vehicle back from your shop I put my own vehicle back together after I got it back and it took me about 2hrs. Charging my insurance $3000 for no actual repair work is insane. I remember quote for quote what you said to insurance since they hadn't paid you yet and they were only willing to pay you around $1200 for vehicle storage and the "work" preformed.. you said "that's not good enough." because you wanted over $3000 from my insurance for this "work" that was preformed and storage fees... aka just a tear down of the inner fender, the outer fender flair the front bumper and grill taken off and lights off. (The only reason I brought this vehicle in is because wind pulled the driver door open and bent the hinges and slightly cracked where the hinges are welded to the A pillar. A simple fix is all I asked for not a full a pillar replacement...." you bent the front fender while getting the door open (which I could have done myself but wanted to try and not bend anything more which is why I took this to a shop in the first place...) and then did a full tear down of the driver side door including taking the glass out.. I don't even care about that Jeep anymore and was willing to just give it away at that point in this process because of how pissed off I was and still am about this whole thing. You should have called me before sending any "supplement" to my insurance. Moral of the story for anyone who is considering this shop: don't involve insurance with this shop or you will be sitting between a shop feud with your insurance as the shop is trying to squeeze money out of the insurance company. They might like to do repair work but all this shop sees when you have insurance involved is dollar signs.

The insurance company advised this was a preferred vendor, and now I can see why! Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences with this place. They employees are compassionate, understanding, and most importantly, they are honest about timetables. Communication is key and they have a set schedule for calling you with updates on any repairs. If it's going to be longer than quoted, they let you know as soon as possible so you can make arrangements. And they were always happy to answer my calls any time between those updates and field my bajillion questions about the repairs being done, parts ordered, coverage, their warranty, etc. They even gave me a ride to *rental car company* because *rcc* did not send a car (after I confirmed with them twice, had Gerber confirm with them as I was on my way AND had Gerber call when I was there-as no car was there. *rcc* is less than 5 minutes from Gerber, for the record). I have taken my vehicle twice to them for repairs and wish I was not moving so far away, as this location has the best, most attentive, helpful and friendly staff I've seen at any car repair place. Not to mention my car looked great when done. The paint matching was incredible; looks exactly the same as before. Unfortunately, I can't speak to price, as I was not out of pocket for any of the repairs, but guaranteed it is worth the money. Trust them with your car. They are your friendly neighborhood car repair shop.
