Great work, same day service. My sunroof and windshield both damaged and repaired. Had to take it their shop but it was worth it to get it done. Insurance processed, no issues. read more

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He assisted us through the insurance process and took the time to carefully explain the windshield calibration process, even though it was clear it was a busy day for the shop. 5 stars! Excellent. read more

I had my back windshield replaced at Bright Auto Glass in September of last year, and less than a year later, it randomly shattered while my car was parked in my driveway. I was on vacation at the time, and I have video proof from multiple Ring cameras and flood lights showing that nothing happened to my car -- no one touched it, no debris hit it, nothing. When I contacted Bright Auto Glass, they refused to warranty the work. Their warranty only covers labor for leaks or similar issues, not the actual glass itself. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since the car had been sitting unused when it broke. To me, this points to either poor quality glass, bad installation, or both. A back windshield shouldn't fail like this, especially less than a year after being replaced. If you need auto glass work, go somewhere that will actually warranty the windshield -- not just the labor. Safelite, for example, offers a lifetime warranty on both the glass and installation. I wish I had gone there instead. read more

Got my windshield done today and I'm satisfied with the outcome. They were priced really well. Extremely fast. And they were even nice enough to install new windshield wipers that I had with me. I'll definitely be sending referrals to this company! read more

Great experience and great service. Best of all professional and fast!!!! I will return for my auto glass needs and their reliability.

Frank answered the phone call right away and gave me a great price and a same day appointment, I sent a text that I was running late because of traffic, and it was not a problem. Dropped off my key and went across the street to run a quick errand, then I got a phone call from Frank telling me my car was done! I complemented him on the easy process, and my car looks amazing. Thanks again, Frank!! I celebrated with a visit to yak and yeti across the street ;) read more

I went to Bright Auto Glass today & would highly recommend them. I originally had an appointment with Safelite to replace my windshield & recalibration. I checked out their reviews & they were pretty bad. One of their reviews recommended Bright Auto Glass. I checked out their reviews, which were pretty solid. Made an appointment with Bright Auto Glass immediately. They followed up with appt. reminder emails, which I appreciate. I wasn't there more than 30 minutes & my windshield was replaced & my car was recalibrated. The whole experience from beginning to end was chef's kiss. The gentleman in the front was pleasant & informative, my wait time was practically nothing & the price that I paid was less than my deductible, so I paid out of pocket. I will absolutely recommend them to friends & family. Don't go to Safelite !! Go to Bright Auto Glass !!! read more

We used this shop this week and they were great to work with on our 2015 Ford Explorer. We had a specific goal for our sunroof and it was met. The price was right and their team responded to all of our questions. Just a great experience and we will use them again. read more

My car was broken into on a Saturday morning. I thought there was simply no way I could have it repaired on a weekend; the stress of my vehicle being unsecured over night with snow forecasted had me googling like a mad woman. I called around until I found these guys and let me tell you: they had the most affordable price, were well worth the drive, so polite, and the service only took an hour and a half. They even went so far as to vacuum the broken glass out of my back seat. The new window was perfect, it made this morning feel as if it had never happened. Thanks guys. read more

Needed a windshield chip repaired. They weren't the fastest to send me a quote through Yelp, but they gave the best price and said I didn't need an appt. They got me in right away. Took about 45 min because they needed the car's windshield to cool down before doing the resin. They did a great job and were super kind and friendly. I thought it was weird they asked for a tip at checkout with a c.card, but they were great and deserved one. read more

I arrived about 10 mins early, the front desk guy knew who I was (based on the time of arrival) and the technicians started on the replacement in under 5 minutes. (Does it get any better than that?) Everything went smooth as can be. Slight "glitch" - a tech had left his gloves inside the car -- no biggie. I took the gloves inside and gave them to the front desk guy. Easy peasy. Price was almost the cheapest, only a few bucks different, but their shop is more convenient for me. read more

Bright Auto Glass was extremely professional and did excellent work! Scheduling my service was easy and they even came to me! Their Technician was knowledgeable and quick. Great service by the entire team! I was having a hard time finding a front windshield replacement for my SUV but they had one in stock. They gave me an appointment same day and it was completed in around 1.5 hours with camera calibration which many places refused to do. read more

These guys are amazing! Thought I just had a chip in my windshield but it was spreading so I had to replace the glass. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Brought my car in around 11:15 and they had it done by 1:00. Couldn't recommend them enough and will def be returning when the inevitable happens again. Thank you! read more

Today I am a repeat customer due to having experienced good work and a good value and easy to get along folks in years past. What i am objecting to is their payment policy. For a $300.00 installation they offer up a payment pad asking for a tip of 10% - 25%. ($30.00 - $75.00 in this case). It is easy for me to tap NO TIP because I know it is ridiculous for that nature of business to solicit tips. If you can't afford paying your techs a living wage, up your prices. I feel some customers may feel intimidated and feel they should tip due to the way they present it and watch you. read more

If you're looking to replace or fix your windshield, I highly recommend Bright Auto Glass. My windshield had a terrible crack in it and needed to be replaced. I put my information about the car in their online form and submitted it. Almost immediately, I received a call back and was able to arrange a convenient date for the service. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. From their initial contact by phone, until they completed the service on my car, they were polite, responsive, efficient, transparent about the work they were doing, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! The quality of their work is outstanding. They went above and beyond by cleaning all my car windows and mirrors, which were very dirty from tree sap, and they vacuumed the inside of the car. I highly recommend Bright Auto Glass for their commitment to excellence. If I need this service again, I will most definitely choose them. They're the best! read more

I am so grateful for this place! My car was broken into and my front driver window was shattered. I had looked at several places to have this window replaced and the request was pushed out 1 to 4 weeks with multiple days of snow forecasted. I had an upcoming trip into the mountiains with my older parents and needed a front driver window. I called Bright Auto Glass and not only did I get an actual human on the other end of the line, they scheduled me the same day I requested an appointment. The appointment only took an hour and come to find out, they were fully booked that day but willing to stretch a bit more to fit me in. They worked flawlessly with my insurance and I could not be happier! THANK YOU!!! read more

Got there a little early and they started on the windshield right away. Technician was friendly and efficient . Would go there again if I need to. read more

Frank, integrity in a business is important- I waited weeks for a part. I was promised something that you couldn't deliver on and instead of honesty from you, I got excuses. If you can't afford to give a part for free as you promised for the insane wait time and mistakes that were made by you and the shipping company, then don't offer it. Do better. The only reason you get a three is is the sunroof continues to be functional and doesn't leak when I wash my car. Regardless, I won't be back for any reason because while I absolutely agree with you, that you can't run a business offering free things when something goes wrong- you shouldn't offer it to begin with, and worst of all, you should not make the consumer look like a Karen when you change your mind in the middle of a crowded space. That is shameful. I wish you learn from this and your business does well enough that when the time comes to make something right in the future for your customer, you can actually do that. read more
