Today, while driving down a Colorado highway, an object flew up and hit my windshield, leaving a crack. I knew I needed to get it fixed before it spread. I searched for an auto glass company and came across Rocky AutoGlass. I submitted a request online and received an almost immediate response. I sent them a picture and explained what happened--all without even having to make a phone call. Their service was outstanding. They completed the repair within two hours from my initial request. Fast, professional, and hassle-free value great . Highly recommend! read more

Wonderful experience! My highest recommendation. My driver side window was shattered due to a break-in on a Sunday afternoon and I reached out to several businesses (most were closed). The team responded within a few minutes and came out the next day during the time that worked best for me. They were in and out in 15 minutes! Amazing service! Quick, kind, great communication, and professional! Much gratitude. Thank you! read more

I needed a new windshield for my classic car. I was surprised to hear that Sharif had one in stock, so I scheduled an appointment. I'm very satisfied with the work and it was completed in less than an hour. I will recommend Rocky's Auto Glass in the future. read more

This guy is not legit, DO NOT USE HIM!!! Cost me $1,000 to repair his unprofessional job, he completely messed up my new car, had to crawl out the back door as he messed up the driver panel. Also had to replace the side mirror and repaint the door he left with deep scratches. He should be out of business. To say that I called him 10 x's in BS, he doesn't give out his phone number, it's only online chat and yes he did not show up at the time he scheduled so I sent a message to check on his status. read more

I hate to have to write a negative review. I like to support small business owners. But, after 3 attempts to get Rocky's auto glass to come fix a leak in the top of my front windshield, which they installed July 2024, they have not made the repair. They have told me two times now to text them my address and they will come make the repair, but did not come on the days or times they said they would. My front window started leaking after the first really cold day with snow. The glue did not keep a seal and the snow melt leaked into my car. There wasn't much water, but it definitely was not condensation as the who.e area across the top of the window was wet, the interior roof material. Also, the quality of the front windshield was poor, wavy glass. The price was cheap so I am willing to overlook it. But, you should know they use poor quality windshields. I think the ownership changed after I had my windshield installed because each time I called, the person that answered was not Mohammed but sounded Hispanic. Maybe that is why they haven't made the repair. I will now have to see if Safelite can seal the windshiel. If not, I will have to buy a new windshield and take a loss of $260 dollars. read more

Great service! He came to me which was amazing since I have a little one at home. Super friendly even when I made a mistake (I accidentally said it was 2006 instead of 2016) he had to leave and come back with a different windshield . He came back within 30minutes! Very reasonably priced too. I waited a bit to write a review to make sure the quality was good. No issues! Definitely would recommend read more

Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future should I need another windshield. read more

Very fast and on time to the set appointment! Would highly recommend. My new windshield looks great.

They were very responsive and helped us after getting our windows smashed overnight--especially on a Saturday morning we were pleasantly surprised at their quick response and willingness to assist. Their prices are fair and lower compared to other places we checked out. Thank you Rocky's Auto Glass for saving the day! read more

The crew was on time and the work was performed well and the valve was excellent. Unfortunately due to the difficulty in removing the old glass there was a significant amount of glass shards both in the vehicle and on the driveway which were not cleaned up requiring almost an hour of my time cleaning up afterwords. read more

I got a stone chip in my Subaru's windshield while I was visiting my Daughter in Boulder. I called around to the local repair shops and most of them seemed like chains with an appointment scheduler. Then I called Rocky's Auto Glass. Rocky answered the phone and listened to my request for windshield repair. After he asked me a few questions we settled on a price and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time and brought an assistant so he could get the job done quickly. They were able to explained what they were doing in a friendly professional way and they got the new windshield installed correctly. Rocky's prices are very competitive and his service is superb! I would not hesitate to call Rocky's Auto Glass again. read more

This guy is unprofessional and caused almost $800 worth of damage to my car! I had a broken window and motor, he was going to charge me $375 for both. He fixed my window but in the process completely broke my door! So I went from having a broken window, to a window that works but a door that won't open. It was completely stuck. He didn't charge me for the service and said he would cover half of the repair costs, which I agreed was fair. I took it to the dealership, and it cost $792 to fix the broken door. I figured that if I could get him to pay his half of the repair costs ($396), I would essentially break even. However, when he went to pay me, he only gave me $21, stating that he 'subtracted the cost of the window he replaced". So now I'm $771 in the hole, and this guy is ignoring all of my texts and calls. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TOUCH YOUR CAR! HE WILL MESS IT UP AND WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! I saw some other questionable reviews and figured "it's just a window, how bad could he possibly mess it up" but I didn't expect all this. He also left a bunch of small scratches all over my door but my car is old and I don't even care about that, I'm mad that I'm down almost $800 and had to wrestle with this fiasco trying to fix his mess! read more
