Fast service and fair pricing. Quality of the glass and quality of the installation were both very good.

Very competitive pricing to replace a seal around a window. One of the few companies who would use the seal I already bought and not make me replace the existing glass (with tint) to do the job. Would highly recommend! read more

Thank you! Super quick repair and I hardly notice the chip anymore. Will definitely come back for future rock chips.

Absolute replaced my glass with a factory windshield for my Bronco and I couldn't be happier! The techs were awesome and I had the replacement done in 5 days with a holiday weekend in the middle. Absolute took care of the insurance claim, easy peasy! read more

Very happy with our experience today! My windshield got a big crack from a highway rock. I called and they got me in right away. I was also told to cover the crack with a piece of clear packing tape until I could make it there for the repair. I'm shocked that they fixed it to the point of it almost being unnoticeable. Will 100% go back if I get anymore chips! read more

They arrived early and did a good job. I would refer my friends and use them in the future.

I made an appointment, showed up on time and they completed it about 15 minutes early! The windshield looks great, the calibration was spot-on. I really appreciated being shown the calibration report, other glass places tried to talk me out of calibrating it. I'd definitely recommend and use them again! read more

The technician called ahead to provide an eta, which was right at the beginning of the window they said they'd come, and I loved that! Took about 1.5-2 hours and the technician cleaned up my dash and reattached all my decals before leaving. Great service! read more

A Five Star rating is especially important when it ISN'T achieved because everything went smoothly. Calls were answered quickly by AAG, and the price quoted was excellent. A VIN number to my car was requested so that the correct part could be ordered. The windshield came in on time. Because I travel for a living, my son-in-law was going to manage the appointment for me. Within the hour I am receiving a call from Tom/Absolute Auto Glass, to say that the new windshield was not correct, that the auto manufacturer had switched part numbers. In addition, the new windshield cracked when they tried to install it. After he had finally been able to locate the correct windshield, they stated that it would be as long as two weeks for the windshield to get to them. Tom shared with me that the new windshield was quite a bit more costly, but that I would not be charged more than the original quote. Business integrity to the max! I know that this was not a profitable job for them. But they have earned my business in the future. With two cars, two trucks, and Colorado hailstorms, I will go back to the Absolute Auto Glass in the future. Hopefully, they will profit from future replacements. Excellent job to everyone at Absolute Auto Glass! You managed the situation beautifully, kept me in the loop while collaborating with my son-in-law, and resolved a sticky situation timely and with professionalism. read more

Needed front passenger window replaced in Nissan quest minivan. Scheduled the work to be done at my home. Tech contacted me ahead of time giving me an estimate is arrival time. He arrived within that window. He completed the work and confirmed with me that everything was fine before he left. A top notch experience! read more

They quoted a fair price to me so I went with them. The communication was excellent from the office, dispatch and the installer. There were a few things wrong from the last install done by a different company( missing screws, missing glue, etc. )and the installer fixed those and installed my new windshield. The installer was very polite and took the time to explain what he was going to do and afterwards what was done. Very professional and I can highly reccomend their service. I have my new windshield and my camper van will be back in action soon. read more

I needed glass repair on a 20 year old vehicle - some shops said they couldn't find the glass, some said they found it but with the wrong tint. I contacted Absolute Auto Glass and David quoted me a great price almost immediately using the correct glass. I went to the Green Mountain (Lakewood) location on W. Alameda and Tom & Lily were helpful, courteous and professional. The shop was super clean with a waiting area and there was plenty of parking. Tom did a fantastic job and I was on the road within an hour. I highly recommend Absolute Auto Glass. read more

They were able to work directly with my insurance making it super easy and hassle free for me. They also squeezed me in on a weekend at the shop when I found out my mobile appointment conflicted with another priority that I had. They were also able to diagnose a leak in my wheel well. They are a little hidden which makes them difficult to find but it is worth the drive for the friendly and quick service. read more

It was easy to schedule with Absolute Auto Glass using Yelp to request a quote. The quote was delivered quickly and my appointment scheduled for when and where I needed it to happen. The team arrived on-time early in the appointment delivery window. The team was clear on what they were going to do and they completed the work in their estimated time to complete window. The work was successfully completed and I am pleased with my new windshield. I recommend Absolute Auto Glass read more

Showed up when they said they would, and did a marvelous job installing the new windshield.

After two months and four attempts to find the correct windshield for an older vehicle I finally gave up on Safe Lite and opened a request with Absolute. At 5:30 AM on a Friday morning I opened a request with Absolute and by 5:45 received response from the owner! The following Monday Adrian had replaced the windshield! Safe Lite is the worst experience I've ever had! Stick with Absolute. Absolute doesn't mess around. Courteous, efficient and quick to respond! read more

Second time using Absolute Auto Glass to replace a windshield in the past year. First go around was great! Service technicians were able to undo some sloppy work from a previous windshield replacement and the final product was more than I could have asked for. Unfortunately, that windshield was damaged beyond repair (20+ separate spots damaged by hail impact) so I once again had Absolute replace my windshield. Service tech Adrian was on time, quick and very easy to deal with despite the fact that I had to take off after he showed up. Finished product definitely looks professional. Price was right in the middle of all of the quotes I had obtained but I don't mind paying for quality work which is exactly what I received. Will without a doubt hit them up for future glass replacement and recommend that everybody else does as well. Thanks for the stellar service Absolute Auto Glass! read more

I left my car on Colfax for 30 minutes and came out to find a giant hole in my right rear passenger window. Shite. Not wanting to deal with a police report or insurance, I prayed for a reasonably priced savior. I went to Yelp to request quotes from various auto glass providers. Absolute responded in about an hour with a quote for mobile service that was $40-110 less than anyone else and they were available the next morning. Perfect! David, the owner, was friendly and professional. I was given a four-hour window and the tech arrived less than an hour in to it. He quickly removed the broken glass inside my car and replaced the window. Fast. Friendly. Solid work. Quality glass. I'd hire them again, whether paying cash or using insurance. Highly recommended. Also, the Yelp quote request process worked like magic, getting me five responses in less than an hour. I recommend that, too. read more

Thanks to freak mishap (items in my hatchback tried to escape), I had a glass repair to an unusual part of my car. I shattered not the hatchback window but the skinny little window below it on my Honda Insight. It's an unusual piece of glass, I found. I got at least 3 quotes. Absolute Auto Glass wasn't the very cheapest, but the price was fair and they understood which glass I needed. Others kept trying to quote the large hatchback glass or did not offer defroster wires, and it made me wonder if they didn't really know my car or what to order. I opted to bring my car in rather than have them come to me (my garage access would be a challenge for them). The glass was ready the day after I made my appointment, and they fixed it while I waited. The technician apologized for the high price (still cheaper than most of the competition--even those with Groupons or other online deals) and said that they only see that type of glass replacement a few times a year. I got glass that matches the car and has a defroster, which I'm not sure anyone else would have gotten right. I'll learn to better secure lawn equipment next time I transport it in my vehicle. But if I need another glass repair, I'd use Absolute Auto Glass again. read more

I am visiting a friend in Denver and i got a 3 foot crack across my entire windshield a day before I'm supposed to be driving out of town. I called a few places closer to my location and they were booked out until a few days later or didn't call me back. So lucky I found Absolute Auto Glass. They made me a same day appointment and were able to get a replacement windshield for me (i have a rain sensor and a windshield that isn't always in stock). The woman i spoke to on the phone was beyond patient and helpful when i called in the morning and was just as kind in person when i dropped my car off. I also briefly met the technician who would be helping replace the glass and he was very nice and knowledgeable. They got the job done in less than the quoted time, but i couldn't get back before they closed so they're holding my car until tomorrow with no hesitations. They also offer service to come to you, but I opted to go there since I was in such a rush. A+ customer service and job well done. Thank you so much to the Absolute team. Can't recommend enough! read more

They were very quick to respond to my quote request on Yelp. We discussed windshield replacement options for my vehicle, and I found the pricing competitive. Ended up taking my car to them - it saved a lot. Great service, professional, good waiting room and a good product overall.

I had the windshield on my 2004 Tundra Access cab replaced by absolute auto glass. The tech arrived at my house and after removing the windshield discovered they brought the wrong windshield. The manager called me to inform me that after putting my Vin number into there system it brings up a double cab Tundra not my access cab Tundra. After a short while another tech showed up with the correct windshield. Both techs installed the windshield. I Noticed after they installed my windshield at the top seal was messed up. The tech told me that it'll probably fix itself by the heat of the sun. After a few days, the seal did not fix itself so I contacted their office. They scheduled a windshield to be brought out and replaced because you can't just replace the seal. I set aside some time on the day for the second windshield to be installed. I get a text message saying they cannot come over due to the weather. I informed them I have a three car garage that they can install the windshield in. I was then informed that my garage is too small and they cannot do the replacement windshield in my garage. (I've had a few windshield replaced on a couple different vehicles inside my current garage by the competitor of Absolute Auto Glass) The tech also text me that I had the option of driving my truck down to the shop to have them fix it there. I told the tech that that would not work due to the fact that I would use probably 4 gallons of gas (round trip) And that I should not have to drive to their shop to fix the issue that they created. I contacted the manager who also confirmed they could not do it in my garage. The manager informed me that the seal that was messed up is strictly aesthetic, for looks, and the windshield would not leak. if that's the case, it did not look good. Also the gap on the seal, would let water get in behind the seal, possibly leading to a rust issue. All this messaging was done through Yelp. Then David the owner, told me that there was no reason why it couldn't be changed in my garage and that my garage was big enough. after some back-and-forth with the owner, he gave me a choice of living with the issues of the new windshield and refunding my money completely or just coming out and replacing it. I wasted a lot of time on this. First several hours for the first install after they brought the wrong windshield, waiting around the house for the second appointment to only be told that they couldn't come over because my garage was too small (even though it was a three car garage) and the weather was bad. It did not snow that day, it was 42°. I decided to accept the offer of the owner for a full refund. What frustrated me most about this company, was their lack of attention of detail. They brought the wrong windshield and said that was due to their computer showing my vehicle model being different after inputting the Vin (if that's the case, then my insurance company would have my truck different, the motor vehicle department would have my truck model different than my Vin says, etc.), then installing my wiper way too low, and the time that I wasted. This was the first time I had ever went with Absolute Auto Glass for any windshield. A first time customer. read more

My rule of thumb for So Cal holds true in Denver: skip Safelite and find an independent business for auto glass. I had a great experience with Absolute Auto Glass. My car windshield got a chip on it this morning. It was a big one. I was so worried the entire windshield will need to be replaced. Went to Absolute auto glass in the early afternoon. This place initially caught my eye when I was shopping around to gauge price and quality on a windshield crack repair. I messaged several business. Absolute responded promptly and with a detailed and I formative message (others just told me the price). Their competitive price and detailed information ultimately led me to picking this shop - which is out of my way so that's saying something. Upon arrival (I got there a few minutes after they open at 8am and there was no wait), someone helped me immediately. They looked at the crack, explained the process/risk, and took my car in the shop. He said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. 21 minutes later, I was back in my car. If the crack repair doesn't work and leads to needing a full replaced windshield, they will put the money you pay for the crack repair ($40) towards the windshield. Overall, very positive experience and competitive pricing. I will return for any future needs. read more
