Super grateful for my service from this company! They provided same day service, traveled to me, and sent a very friendly technician out to fix my window (Kevin!) who triple checked to ensure everything worked properly. He even cleaned off the duct tape residue stuck to my car that after having to temporarily seal my window with cardboard. Pay him all the monies please. Before Precision, I got a quotes from Safelite and another company. I didn't know what to compare them to but I could see their reviews were poor. I figured if I was going to pay that much that I'd go with a local company with better reviews. I was delighted when Precision quoted me $100 less than Safelite! read more

I need a chip repaired ASAP. I got a reasonable quote from them and they were able to come in just a few hours. Got an "on the way" call which I appreciated. Installer - Kevin - was so nice and helpful. He even let me watch since I had never seen it done before. I really appreciated how much Kevin cared about the job he did and went out of his way to make it as perfect as could be. I didn't know they could make the cracks disappear. More than happy with the job. Thanks Precision! read more

I have two giant cracks in my windshield. I called based on my friend's great experiences. It was a super quick process to get a quote and book. Less than a week out and they came to my house, OEE glass and price was less than if I'd gone through insurance. The tech called right at the beginning of my wine Dow to let me know he was on the way, he finished in under an hour and it looks great! read more

Kevin from the Morrison location was great! He showed up early, and went above and beyond even cleaning some smoothie off of my dash before replacing the windshield :). They also gave me the lowest price out of three places that I got a quote from. read more

Jeremy B. came out and replaced our 2007 Silverado windshield it only took less than an hour. He was professional and competent made the process easy and friendly. Price was lower compared to Safelite 5 stars. read more

Kevin came to my home and installed a new windshield on one of our vehicles. Kevin arrived when he said he would, was friendly and professional. He did a great job on the windshield and he is a great ambassador for his company. I got quotes from 4 companies and Precision gave me the best price. I highly recommend Precision and specifically Kevin and I will call them the next time we need a new windshield. read more

I found this place from Yelp reviews and I think I should recommend precision auto glass to others. It's professional service and quick response. I called in the morning around 9am and it's done by 10.30am. Jeramy did a good job fixing my Tesla windshield. I will definitely use precision auto glass again in the future. read more

No problem making an appointment, getting them to come out and having them run the claim through my insurance. Taking off one star because they would not repair my van windshield because it's a camper van conversion -- even though that conversion has zero impact on the entire van, including the windshield, and my insurance has full glass coverage. read more

They were great, on time. Brought the wrong windshield and promptly brought back the correct one. Very speedy and excellent service!

From start to finish Precision Auto Glass was an outstanding experience. Let me start with my first point of contact Amber, she answered my inquiry, quickly provided a quote, and answered numerous other questions I had. She was polite in her emails and on the phone. I requested same-day service and she delivered. Kevin arrived for our appointment on time. Kevin was professional, answered my husband's questions, cleaned up the car and the driveway after the removal of the shattered glass, and finished within an hour. Would I recommend using Precision again, yes. What a pleasure to deal with a company that lives, breathes, and walks customer service. read more

Kevin, thank you for repairing my window that was caused by a thief.Kevin's work was excellent. Additionally, he was on time and he vacuumed all of the glass. read more

So in the usual battle of "Windshield vs. Mother Nature" mother nature claimed another victory on my Prius and it was time for another Windshield. So let's break it down for Precision auto glass: Price: I priced out 2 others as well, Precision not only had the lowest price, but probably the best Price to Positive Yelp Review Ratio (I Should try to calculate something like that someday). So I'll save you the comparison shopping now but your experience may vary :-) Service: Technician was abundantly friendly and professional. Showed up in quoted time window and was done pretty fast! Quality: 2 days later it's succeeded in keeping the bugs out of my mouth and rain out of my face so I'd say we're doing good here :-p though more to it, haven't noticed any leaks yet or anything. Overall: Next time Mother nature puts a rock or crack in my windshield I'll be calling them! read more

Unfortunately, my car was broken into. On the brighter side of things, I was able to make an appointment with precision glass so easily the next day! The staff was amazing and made this super easy for me being that I have never had an issue like this before and had no idea where to start. The service for having the technician come out to my location definitely took some weight of my shoulders! My technician Jeremy did an amazing job and got the job done so quickly. Easily a five star rating! read more

Precision Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield. Customer service was excellent. Rep was courteous, contacted my auto insurance company for coverage. Jeremy arrived next day and quickly replaced the windshield. He was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Auto Glass. Had a great experience. Originally they had the wrong year windshield for my audi, the newer once would have cost more but they matched the price of the original quote and installed the windshield. The tech that did the job showed up at my house on the dial and was pro status in every aspect. Definitely give these guys a call before hitting up Safelite or any other shop. read more

Excellent price, service and quality. After getting quotes for several different companies for windshield replacement, I contacted Precision Auto Glass through Yelp. I heard back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment the next day. The technician, Evan, arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. The best part of all. They beat all other quotes by $60-120! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of auto glass replacement. read more

I was passing through town when my truck started making a horrible noise. They were willing to stop what they were doing to take a quick peek at it so I could get on the road again. Ended up being a very simple fix, and I am super grateful for their knowledge and helpfulness. read more

Getting my windshield replaced ended up being way simpler than I expected, thanks to Precision Auto Glass. When I discovered a big crack in my windshield I reached out to them on Yelp for a quote. They got back to me quickly and helped me find a time that worked for all of us. The actual installation went very smoothly and on time, and it cost less than I was expecting, which was a nice bonus! I've been driving the car for several days now, and everything seems great. They even transferred over my window stickers (parking permit for work, oil change reminder, etc.). Nice work, efficiently done. I'm happy! read more

Last Christmas Eve someone decided to break into my car, by way of my driver side back window. I called Precision as soon as they opened in hopes I could get a replacement since we were expecting cold weather and snow. Jen walked me thru determining if I had factory or after market tinted windows and gave me an affordable quote. She also told me the best way to seal the window and not to use duct tape on the inside of the car. (I wish I could share the faux window my boyfriend made because it was cut exactly to size and was completely air tight. I actually missed it a little. *proud girlfriend moment*) Because it was Christmas Eve, the office was closing early, and would also be closed on Friday (Christmas Day) as well as thru the weekend. While that meant no window for me until Monday, I can't fault them for the delay. Precision was able to come out to my place of employment to fix my window, and did a great job. The guys doing the job made sure to check the tint to make sure everything matched and made sure to vacuum up the broken glass that was left behind. For an overall crappy situation, I was happy to do business with this company, and while I hope to never need them again, I'll call if I do! read more

I'll just add right on to the excellent reviews! No one wants to have to call them but when you need a windshield replaced/fixed give them a call. James was really friendly, VERY quick and my favorite part is: what they originally quote you is what you actually pay! None of this bait and switch, which I was nervous about. We had to post pone one day because of rain (and I don't have covered parking at work, hence the needing a windshield replaced) and rescheduled for between 11AM-2PM another day. James came a little early! Which is unheard of. And had my windshield done in under 30 minutes I think. Full replacement. Woot! read more

Jeremy is professional, prompt, and more than fair with his prices. We've had nothing but great experiences. read more

My rain-sensing wipers had not worked for four years (when my windshield was last replaced). Not only did Jeremy come out on a Saturday, on time with a call 15 minutes before arriving, he fixed the wipers at no extra cost and offered to come back if they didn't work after his fix. I have recommended them and won't call anyone else the next time I need a windshield replaced. read more

Great company - friendly service. Installers have been on time, professional and efficient. I first worked with them to replace the windshield on our Tacoma. They did a great job and integrated seamlessly with my insurance company. When I got a chip in that same windshield (gotta love CO, right?!) I had them out to fix it - they came right to my office. The mobile installer was fantastic and explained the process to me. They were also nice enough to clean the entire windshield and gave me a bottle of cleaner to use in the future. I will keep going back! read more

Bummed out. They showed up to replace my rear truck window (one slider was broke) and they had trouble getting the old glass out. They broke out the other side, left my street full of broken glass, and then gave up and tried to reschedule for a week later to finish the job because the person here couldn't get the old window out. I was not expecting this sort of service--I have 2 broken now windows instead of 1, and I can't drive my truck for a week unless I find someone else to do the work. Bummer. read more

I needed to replace my Subaru Legacy's windshield and, thinking my auto insurance included this coverage, I gave my broker a call. After happily informing me that the damage is not covered by my policy, she offered, in the name of virtuous customer service I assume, to contact Safelite on my behalf and schedule an appointment for a mobile windshield replacement. An hour later, I received a call from a friendly safelite representative who informed me that, although they'd be happy to help, the next available appointment was more than a week away and it would cost nearly $400 for them to do the job. I decided I ought to shop around. Fortunately for me, the internet was invented and, subsequently, so was Yelp. Searched Auto Glass Repair near South-East Denver, sorted by rating, and was presented with Precision Auto Glass. According to numerous happy customers, these guys are local, fast and affordable, and most importantly, do top-quality work. I called, was quoted a price of $290, and was told that they could be at my place the next morning. Done deal. I'm pleased to report that my expectations were totally met. The tech arrived on time, did a great job in what amounted to about a half hour, and charged precisely the amount quoted. Job well done, Precision Auto Glass! I will be contacting you alone for all my auto glass needs from here on out. read more

I called on a Thursday and Jen got me an appointment for the next day. Kevin came out to my workplace and replaced my windshielf in an hour. He did a great job and he's a really nice guy! After the install I had a couple questions and they were great at answering them, even had James call me back to help me. I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with Precision. Customer service is on point and they have the best prices compared to a few other places I called. Highly recommended. read more

Jeremy and his team did a great job replacing our Lexus RX400h windshield. Online correspondence was always timely and they provided the most cost effective options. Over the phone, Jeremy was friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet us in a parking lot because it was the most convenient option for us. We definitely recommend this service for auto glass services. read more

A crack came out of nowhere on my windshield. Weird how that happens. Anyway, I contacted Precision Auto Glass because they had such good reviews. Spoke to Jeremy on the phone...he was courteous, informative, and professional. We scheduled for them to come to my house and replace my windshield. They came on time, and the installer was also courteous and professional. My biggest concern was that we were going on an 800 mile road trip the day after the install, so I was sure hoping he did a good job on it. Well, we went on the road trip, got rained on several times, got heat in the desert, and all went well. We are back now and I ran it through a car wash, and all is looking good. So, as far as I am concerned, if I need a new windshield or if anyone I know needs a new windshield, I will be using Precision and I will be recommending Precision Auto Glass to them. I can't give a better review than this, and I gave it five stars! read more

Just had Jeremy from Precision replace the windshield on my Audi. He did a fantastic job - fast, really personable, worked in the parking garage of my building. Highly recommend Precision. They worked really well with my Insurance company. One thing - If you want OEM glass, you need to make sure you tell them and you may have to wait a couple days. I did and it was worth it. read more

I would highly recommend Precision Auto Glass for any/all auto glass repair/replacements. From the time Jeremy followed up with an email, on my over-the-weekend inquiry, to the time Andrew arrived--on time...preparing, cleaning the car, installing the glass, and providing me instruction, and a complimentary can of glass cleaner...I could not have been happier. I felt fairly and professionally treated. I know the glass installed, is that of quality, and I am thrilled with the price as it was initially out-of-pocket. I am sure glad, I called around and allowed some time for research of pricing. For whatever your reason, having a car window broken--in my case, vandalism--can be stressful. Save yourself some stress, but go ahead and do your own research--however, this review--I'm telling you--should save you the time and trouble. Great job, guys...and thank you. read more

I originally chose Precision Auto Glass because of a review on their website, guess I should have come here as well! James was absolutely awesome, super quick, and very knowledgeable! When I had originally scheduled my service we ran into a bit of an issue with the glass, but needless to say James and Jen made it a great experience. After making sure we had the right glass for the job, James came back today and did another amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend Precision Auto Glass to anyone and everyone! The prices are unbeatable and the service comes with a genuine smile. Side note: I'm sure other technicians are just as great as James, but he was like really good! read more

Gave me a price before the service, showed up as promised, worked quickly, what more can I say? They were maybe not the cheapest but highest rated. read more

I decided to request a quote online from Precision Auto Glass last week to see if they could come out and replace my windshield in Brighton. They replied to me shortly that same day with the cost. The following day (Thursday) I followed up and was told that the soonest they could come to me was today (Monday) between 3-6 which was sooner than Safelite and their quote was less expensive. The installer, Andrew, called me around 4:15pm to let me know he was on his way and he showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very friendly and was able to replace my windshield in 30 minutes. Transaction was easy and the cost was very reasonable. The entire process was easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend contacting Precision Auto Glass for your car glass needs! read more

They did a quick and fine job of installing my new windshield, the price was about what I expected(far). They messed up the window I ordered the first time though, it was supposed to be tinted but it wasn't. Would have been 5 stars had they gotten it right the first time. 5 stars is for perfection. read more

Excellent because Jeremy was quick to respond, professional and asked all the relevant questions so that he could line me up with the right product and price.
