Craig is incredibly professional and dedicated to doing what's right. I had concerns about cosmetic damage to my vehicle on the interior and exterior after getting a new windshield installed. My car gotten broken into (big bummer). Naturally I took it to the dealer to get it fixed since it was brand spanken new. What was supposed to be fixed in three days turned into a month. A backordered window from Japan would not be in for another month (so two months sitting at the dealership). Patience got the best of me... A replacement window for my vehicle runs less than $30, on average (not including labor), and I was charged over $230 to replace one window. The estimate seemed ridiculously high to me, but a storm was coming in, I don't have a garage, and I had to get it fixed quickly. When I asked why the bill wasn't broken down into parts and labor, Craig acted like it was a bizarre thing for me to ask. Why would anyone need an itemized bill? That's crazy talk! If I was going to insist, he'd do it, but whoa, talk about high-maintenance customers! I was so disgusted, I wanted to get the hell out of there, so I paid and left. I feel like an idiot for not insisting and a bigger idiot for not making more of an effort to shop around. Subpar service and shady business practices. read more

Beyond impressed. Nothing but good things to write about this place. Not my first repair here but this time I needed to replace a cracked windshield for my 2015 Lexus (I had to wait a week for the windshield as I went with the original manufacturer and it is a dealership part only). Very convenient and very reasonable priced. Start to finish Craig did an excellent job. Had no issues whatsoever. Can't tell that the glass was ever replaced and they left my car super clean and smells great!! Came to my work and arrived well within the given window. Thumbs up! Although a little tricky to find, since they are in a Good Year building, A+ is worth the search! Craig and his crew fixed my Honda civic windshield in well under 30 min and the price was similar to the glass by itself. I came back because the rubber lining around the windshield was coming off and it was fixed in a few min with no extra cost. I brought my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado to them to repair a broken windshield. When I left, a plastic piece from my truck was broken off(near the windsheild) and there were two scratches on the hood. I went back to talk to them and they were closed, so I went back the next morning and complained. All they did was deny the fact that they completely scratched my truck. I noticed it when I left A+, so I know for a fact it was them. I also watched them lay their dewalt drill on the hood and there were fresh paint chips on the truck. I could go on forever.. Bottom line, they completely lied to me about it and now I have to fix my hood. I have no respect for dishonest people! read more

Not really sure who came to fix my 78 jimmy's windshield but they did a fantastic job! There were actually two guys that came out, I think they were done in under 45 minutes. Here is the kicker I thought and told them I needed the gasket too, when they took it out it was fine and they saved me like 70 bucks because that gasket didn't need to be replaced. most people would of billed you for it. I had my windshield replaced last July when visiting the mountains and obtaining a crack in our old windshield. They came out to where I was staying and replaced it quickly and with fantastic customer service. Somehow, it developed a leak near the roof of the car. We were upset because we had just had it fixed but it was a tiny drop so we just left it until we could get back to CO to get it fixed. Over time it got a lot worse to the point where we had to have a bucket in the car. We finally made it back to Denver to get it repaired and they ushered us right in, fixed it for free with once again fantastic customer service. So, I give them 4 stars for amazing customer service, taking away 1 star for the leak. I would use them again though, because they back their work and I had no issues getting everything taken care of. They were awesome and apologetic and that is customer service that is extremely hard to find these days!! Thanks! Would def recommend! read more
