I've had to replace my glass on my BMW and Jeep. A+ Auto glass went above and beyond on both occasions. I do a lot of long distance driving and I've had no issues with their craftsmanship. Thanks Craig and the A+ team for your great service! read more

The staff at A+ Auto Glass were friendly, flexible, and professional. My wife and I had two vehicles (crazy story, don't ask!) which needed back windows. A+ Auto Glass were very helpful and accommodating. In a rush to get the windows replaced, we contacted multiple auto glass companies; A+ had the first and best response, and were the least expensive out of the companies we contacted. We would have worked with them even if they had not had the best price because of the 'user friendly' sense they had about them. read more

Someone had hit my passenger window of my Infiniti SUV and made a two-inch crack near the top. I was given the name of A+ Auto Glass and scheduled an appointment with Stan. I am so pleased with the whole process of fixing my window, from meeting my time for the repair to be done, being on time to my appointment and replacing the window in a very efficient and timely manner!! I would strongly recommend Stan or his partner, Craig to anyone needing glass replacement on their car. The customer service is A+ !! Rod M. read more

Craig was great through the whole process. After completing an online inquiry, I received a quick call back and friendly assistance. Craig was forthcoming about my options, cost ratio, and risk when considering repair VS replacement. He had next day appointments for me and was willing to be accommodating for my scheduling restrictions. The price was fair, and communication was easy. The business delivered on the cost, time, and even the auto mechanic crew sharing the workspace were friendly. If you're looking for a no stress, customer focused experience: choose this business! read more

We needed a windshield repair and were 1000 miles from home. Stan and Craig accommodated us same day, got us in and out in just over an hour - exactly the time that had been estimated. It didn't matter for me as we used our insurance but the price quoted by Stan was $60 cheaper than a local competitor quoted us. We were relieved to find a shop that could repair our windshield quickly and very thankful that the guys at the shop were kind and friendly. Thanks again! read more

He does amazing work! I have had him replace multiple windows for my vehicles and have been impressed every time! He does amazing work (did I already say that?). They come to you so the convenience is there and they are great when working with insurance. Call them today! read more

Craig is incredibly professional and dedicated to doing what's right. I had concerns about cosmetic damage to my vehicle on the interior and exterior after getting a new windshield installed. Craig ordered a replacement interior trim piece immediately and installed it the next day, taking my car back to its original state. He also ordered touch up paint for me to fix the chip spots. We all make mistakes, but how we recover from them is what defines our reputations. I'd come back here and will recommend A+ Auto Glass to my friends in the Denver Metro. Thank you, Craig and Stan! read more

My car gotten broken into (big bummer). Naturally I took it to the dealer to get it fixed since it was brand spanken new. What was supposed to be fixed in three days turned into a month. A backordered window from Japan would not be in for another month (so two months sitting at the dealership). Patience got the best of me... My amazing auto broker at H.M. brown (George Beck-yeah I name dropped) recommended Craig and his team. They were able to get me in next day and was finished in 30 minutes. Why didn't I call them sooner? Lesson learned. Great customer service. Fast service. Knowledgeable! read more

Craig is very professional and does great work. He will be handling all my windshield & glass needs in the future.

A replacement window for my vehicle runs less than $30, on average (not including labor), and I was charged over $230 to replace one window. The estimate seemed ridiculously high to me, but a storm was coming in, I don't have a garage, and I had to get it fixed quickly. When I asked why the bill wasn't broken down into parts and labor, Craig acted like it was a bizarre thing for me to ask. Why would anyone need an itemized bill? That's crazy talk! If I was going to insist, he'd do it, but whoa, talk about high-maintenance customers! I was so disgusted, I wanted to get the hell out of there, so I paid and left. I feel like an idiot for not insisting and a bigger idiot for not making more of an effort to shop around. Subpar service and shady business practices. read more

Beyond impressed. Nothing but good things to write about this place. Not my first repair here but this time I needed to replace a cracked windshield for my 2015 Lexus (I had to wait a week for the windshield as I went with the original manufacturer and it is a dealership part only). Very convenient and very reasonable priced. Start to finish Craig did an excellent job. Had no issues whatsoever. Can't tell that the glass was ever replaced and they left my car super clean and smells great!! Came to my work and arrived well within the given window. Thumbs up! Craig was super polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Another thumbs up. Finished in about a half hour. One more thumbs up even though I'm out of thumbs. I just recommended them to my entire office... I Will definitely be coming back again!! read more

Book with A+ and don't call anyone else! They have the best price and service in town. I got the runaround with several other Windshield repair services until I was lucky enough to find these guys. They are straight up awesome! They came to my house in the snow and installed my windshield without and destination or disposal fees. I would recommend them to anyone I know!! read more

So my morning was not off to a great start. Not only did I have one but 2 quarter size damages to my windshield. Twice in one week by two different trucks. I called Craig at A+ Autoglass out of the Aurora location . I was exceptionally pleased with his work and professionalism. I unfortunately was on hold with my insurance company for over and hour. Craig patiently waited the whole time. He made sure I was happy and did not once get upset or impatient. So I definitely would recommend this company. I'm one happy Customer. read more

I had a very frustrating experience, with my insurance company, regarding a small chip in my windshield turning into a major crack in a matter of a few hours. The only thing positive about the entire experience was reaching out to Craig. Craig was very helpful from the first moment we connected on the phone. He provided me with a fair quote within 5 minutes, placed an order for the glass immediately, and scheduled my windshield installation for the following day. He was helpful and had a great sense of urgency. Stan completed the installation and it went seamlessly. Thank you Craig and Stan, I look forward to recommending your shop! read more

Although a little tricky to find, since they are in a Good Year building, A+ is worth the search! Craig and his crew fixed my Honda civic windshield in well under 30 min and the price was similar to the glass by itself. I came back because the rubber lining around the windshield was coming off and it was fixed in a few min with no extra cost. I shall be back for all my vehicular laminated safely glass needs. read more

As an insurance agent, I refer all of my customers to A+ . Craig is prompt, friendly and guarantees his work. The best thing is, they're mobile and come to you and file the claims for you. read more

I brought my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado to them to repair a broken windshield. When I left, a plastic piece from my truck was broken off(near the windsheild) and there were two scratches on the hood. I went back to talk to them and they were closed, so I went back the next morning and complained. All they did was deny the fact that they completely scratched my truck. I noticed it when I left A+, so I know for a fact it was them. I also watched them lay their dewalt drill on the hood and there were fresh paint chips on the truck. I could go on forever.. Bottom line, they completely lied to me about it and now I have to fix my hood. I have no respect for dishonest people! read more

Not really sure who came to fix my 78 jimmy's windshield but they did a fantastic job! There were actually two guys that came out, I think they were done in under 45 minutes. Here is the kicker I thought and told them I needed the gasket too, when they took it out it was fine and they saved me like 70 bucks because that gasket didn't need to be replaced. most people would of billed you for it. Thanks guys when I need another glass replacement you guys will be called.... read more

I called here for a chip repair after safelite gave us bad customer service. Craig at A+ Autoglass was courteous and repaired my chipped windshield in less than 15 minutes and for $29 less than the other place. They are in the Goodyear building so don't miss them when you drive by. read more

Knowledgeable, Friendly, Affordable and Extremely FAST. Replaced my Silverado windshield in 20 minutes. Would Recommend to anyone.

I had my windshield replaced last July when visiting the mountains and obtaining a crack in our old windshield. They came out to where I was staying and replaced it quickly and with fantastic customer service. Somehow, it developed a leak near the roof of the car. We were upset because we had just had it fixed but it was a tiny drop so we just left it until we could get back to CO to get it fixed. Over time it got a lot worse to the point where we had to have a bucket in the car. We finally made it back to Denver to get it repaired and they ushered us right in, fixed it for free with once again fantastic customer service. So, I give them 4 stars for amazing customer service, taking away 1 star for the leak. I would use them again though, because they back their work and I had no issues getting everything taken care of. They were awesome and apologetic and that is customer service that is extremely hard to find these days!! Thanks! Would def recommend! read more
