Then he noticed my windshield had a crack in it as well, and showed me how it was in danger of spidering and getting worse. He ended up fixing that as well on the spot free of charge! (With insurance). Apparently most car insurance covers that sort of thing with no out of pocket expense, and thanks to Jeremy's knowledge of that benefit I was able to address that as well.
