First, let me say the techs were great. Travis and Hans were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly, once they could. What does that mean, once they could? Well, first it was a week out before they could schedule a field repair. Ok, I can deal with that. When they came out though, they couldn't do the repair because the glass they brought was broken. They found this out when they started doing the work. Better late than never? A week later, when they were able to reorder the glass, they came out and got it installed. Then noticed the scratches all over one corner. It looks like something with claws was trying to grab it and left long etch marks in the glass. Sorry, but why the heck doesn't someone there check the product BEFORE it goes out to a customer? The tech did say that it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty, but damn it, I don't have time for this. It isn't likely to obstruct my view so I'll live with it, but a bit angry that it's this hard to get a piece of glass replaced. So high marks for service, but minus points for poor products.

By 4pm I hadn't heard from anyone and I called customer support who tried calling both the tech, the shop, and sent the manager an email which they said he had to respond to. Bottom line is that nobody ever showed up. I didn't get an email from the manager and I got a call from the tech a 1/2 hour after my window ended saying that the parts didn't come in. My wait for a new appointment was going to be another 10 days. I called back to Travelers and had them switch me to Novua Glass. They only have me a 1 hour window and are coming out next day to complete the project that Safelite could not do. This is the second time I've had same thing happen. I will not use them again
