Easy to make an appointment on the weekend, arrived at 7:55 am and I was on my way in 10 minutes. We're very happy with the work completed by Crack Attack Auto Glass and recommend them to others…read more Vadim was quick to respond to my voicemail, quoted a reasonable rate for convenient service at my home, and scheduled my appointment sooner than most of his competitors. He very skillfully and carefully replaced a windshield and recalibrated lane departure on one car plus repaired multiple rock chips on another car. For our windshield replacement, Vadim coached us to buy the aftermarket glass to save money and we're glad we did. It's been months later and his windshield replacement as well as his rock chip repair have proven to be perfect. For the windshield, we've not seen any defects in the glass, not seen any leaks, and not heard any additional wind noise from the new windshield. For the rock chips, we have not seen any spread from these and his repair work has held up well. Thank you Vadim!

Something fell on the windshield of my brand-new car. When I received quotes from several companies…read moreSafelite was the only company that explained the windshield replacement required recalibration to make the safety features work with the new windshield. The car was new so I had no idea. The quotes from the other companies were cheaper so I am pretty sure they didn't understand this needed to be done or didn't have the capacity to do it. None of the other companies mentioned that the safety features would not work without the recalibration. The dealership verified that Safelite was correct this needed to be done. In addition, Safelite was able to come to my home to do the work very quickly and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I wish I had written down his name - I would call him out in this review if I could. I will always use Safelite in the future for this work - they know what they are doing.

If this would have been the end of it, I probably would have given 2, maybe 3 stars. The tech said Safelite would be contacting me to schedule time in the shop for my windshield replacement. It has been 3 days and I have not heard a thing. Trust the reviews and take your business else where if you can.

Locally owned, Quality Auto Glass , was a dream experience. The kind that often only happened when…read moreFull Service Gas Stations existed. This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations.
