Great service and staff, quality work, seemed to be honest with me and my windshield needs, and affordable!

50 bucks....yeah you read that right. Welp my new car broke it's cherry driving to Estes park with a lovely chip in the glass. Used Yelp and found Absolute Auto Glass and it was fantastic. 20 minutes and 50 bucks later the chip is all but gone. Amazing knowledgeable service. Very Friendly. You got a chip see these guys. read more

Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable. Talked me through options and then booked an appt the same day to get my windshield replaced. I drive a 4runner so they have plenty in stock, and use much higher quality glass than other places I've been to. The frame around my windshield was scratched by a previous installer (SL) before I bought the vehicle. It was about 3inches of missing paint with some rust in the center. Tom assured me he would remove the rust and prime over it (luckily my vehicle is black to match their primer) and that once they properly install the glass, the gasket should be covering the scratch anyway -- another L for the previous installers. read more

Set up a mobile appointment. No one showed. Manager pretended like we were starting from scratch- no acknowledgment, no apology. Poor service. read more

I needed my windshield replaced and stopped in and talked to Tom. He lined me up with an appointment the next morning. Nate showed up at 8:00 and was finished an hour later. Excellent service! read more

Our back window on our car shattered this morning, which came as a shock to my husband and I because we just were not expecting this to happen right before we both had work this afternoon. We frantically looked at many places to fix this for us so that we wouldn't have to go days with an open entry to our car where we have street parking in our neighborhood. We called a couple places and I found Absolute with a high rating, as quality is just as important to me as value. Dion picked up which was refreshing not having to go through and automated system and she was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. She got me an immediate quote and it did not burn a hole in my wallet! She got us in within 2 hours and the car was fixed up good as new before heading to work! This was so worth it, not only in price, but ease of mind, personable service, and promptness. We have had so many headaches with vehicles in the past, so this really made a lasting positive impression on us. Please come to Absolute with any of your auto glass needs! You will not be disappointed! read more

Excellent customer service and repair on my cracked windshield. Thanks again! ............ read more

I've had plenty of windshields replaced in my lifetime and few were memorable on the positive side. Absolute Auto Glass is now the big exception. I had them replace a cracked windshield on my BMW E39 and specifically asked for the OEM/BMW part only, because the rain sensor does not come with aftermarket windshields. They sourced it and installed it in my garage in about an hour. No sealant overruns, no scratches or anything anywhere that wasn't already there. They are super professional and experts in doing auto glass. I then had them replace the windshield on my 2010 911 and again, with OEM glass. They had no problem, took care of all of the insurance hassle, and got the job done wonderfully. I'm writing this review because they just did my son's Genesis G80 passenger window broken from an attempted break in. They sourced the Hyundai OEM glass from Korea, installed it a week later, and it took them 20 minutes. These guys, in my experience in 3 different instances, are the best I have ever seen. Thank you guys for doing what you say you are going to do, and making the experience seamless. read more

Great job, great service. They got me in right away. Took care of it. Goodprice. Thank You read more

This company was the best to work with. The personnel from the front desk to the mechanics in the back were friendly and informative. If I need auto glass work again, I will definitely go back to Absolute. I highly recommend this company. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give a review of their service, as I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed up. I checked and found Yelp was the only way the tried to contact me only to find the product I was quoted is no longer available and their only option left is nearly double the quoted price. I understand product availability can be fluid, but when an appointment is created I expected them to keep the product I scheduled and at the very least attempt calling me to discuss the change as opposed to only leaving Yelp messages which I didn't think was needed since an appointment was scheduled. read more

They're the real deal, and I definitely understand why they have a perfect 5 star rating on Google. The techs were very knowledgeable, service was fast, and the price was way more affordable than anywhere else I had gotten quotes (including Safelite). We're moving out of state next week, but if we were staying in CO, this would be my family's go to place for any windshield repairs. read more

I recently had a chip in my windshield repaired at Absolute Auto Glass. This company is beyond easy to work with. I received a quick response to my quote request, was able to schedule an appointment same day, and the repair took less than 25 minutes. Great service, at a fair price. This is my new go to auto glass shop. Highly recommend! read more

I must've called about 20 places to get my smashed in my left rear side and needed it fixed immediately!!! They called their other location to get the correct piece and bam! Told me to come in and fixed it within no time! They're extremely thorough and very kind! Thank you absolute auto glass! read more

$250 to install... no glass. Told me I needed to find the glass. Not mobile. Requires in-shop for that price. Not a good value at all. Would not do business with them. read more

I needed a broken window replaced and Tom and Lily at the W Alameda location were absolutely professional and courteous throughout. The location is great and there is plenty of parking. That may sound dumb but it really makes things easier. My experience was totally hassle free. I HIGHLY recommend Absolute Auto Glass! read more

Having an independent ship replace your Tesla windshield is not recommended, but after some initial confusion these guys made it as easy as possible, and did a great job. read more

My front passenger window would not go up. I called Absolute Glass, and they were awesome. They gave me an option to save money and got me in right away. They quoted me a final cost if there were no issues. No issues and honored that quote. I was shocked it went so smoothly. It's nice to see some companies still can be trusted. read more

Fast, friendly and affordable. 10/10 recommend them for quality windshield repair. So glad I shopped around and found this place. Thanks for the awesome experience and great service! Y'all are excellent. read more

I called around for quotes and these guys were less than half the price of the big name competitors in Lakewood. They gave me a quick appointment, got me in early and finished in less time than they told me. The quality was outstanding and they gave me coupons for free repairs for the next year and a coupon for another new windshield which I plan to use next month on another vehicle. read more

We have a1992 Chevy pickup that needed work on the drivers side. I could not find an auto glass place that would work on it. it was always too old or too new to work on depending upon the Shop. Brian said bring it on in, he repaired the window in 1 1/2 hours. So now it rolls up and down like new. I would highly recommend Absolute Glass on North Broadway. Knowledgeable and reasonable. read more

Had a quote and the price was very competitive. Came in based on other reviews. When I picked up my car, they said there was some rust from the last replacement that had scratched metal but was not buffed and primed. I was thinking, "Here we go, how much is this gonna cost?" They said they buffed out the rust and primed it before putting in the new windshield. That's it! No extra charge, no up sell, just full disclosure about the work they did. I recommend this business to do good work as quoted, with no upscale or surprises. read more

Once again I'm warning people about not using Absolute Auto Glass because they damaged the gear shifter on my Audi's auto transmission. I'm wondering if the owner removed my first review. Oh I got my windshield, and they got their $251.00. But Dave the owner and Tom Burgess the tech. who jammed the gear shifter could care less about how my vehicle is now. I purchased this vehicle brand new and this is the only time I've had to replace it. They don't want to admit it was their fault, now I'm going to have to get legal counsel. Trying to save a few bucks getting a cheaper windshield cost me the use of my ride. These guys are just downright dishonest. Not responsible or careful either. Saying they didn't do anything wrong is admitting they're liars. Please think twice about using this glass company. They've already proven their quality and I just want to spare others this disappointment that I'm going through. read more

So appreciated that Vadim came to my home, explained what all needed to be done and was on time. My deductible is high so i had to pay out of pocket but it was a reasonable price for the high tech windshields we now have and i appreciate how prompt and efficient he was. read more

I got a good sized chip in my windshield last week. Yesterday I took my car into Safelite. They wanted to charge me $138 and I couldn't get in for a week! Thank goodness, I found Abolute and I'm so glad! They fixed it on the spot for only $40! I stood in SaFelipe for a half hour while the surly attendant sat on his computer. I was in and out of Absolute in less time! Great service! read more
