The team was friendly and responded quickly to my messages on Yelp. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a rather spartan waiting room and it is in a rather maze-like garage complex. My job took two hours which I passed by walking to the Costco at 52nd & Wadsworth. There is also a microbrewery (Someplace Else) nearby to pass the time. Pricing for glass replacement was competitive, but it was the ready availability of the replacement glass and the quick scheduling that secured the deal.

Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). As I have very limited time off I show up early and they tell me after a week between making the appointment and walking in the front door that they do not have the right color piece and if I want done today I have to go with whatever they have. Obviously the manager of the store was not made aware of my situation until after I showed up and honestly I thought she was very kind and made sure to call me after multiple times to let me know what we could do and how to solve this issue. For the store itself I say they crushed it and did the best they could with what they had so that's a great value in my book. They took about 2.5 hrs for a windshield install and I cannot be happier about the glass itself. Great job all around besides the communication which is no fault of the store itself.
