Their "lifetime warranty" is a total lie. I purchased a rear window for my car from them in January. In March, sitting idle doing nothing, the window burst in the way that flawed tempered glass sometimes does. When their tech arrived he said he could not tell and never can tell with tempered glass what happened. So they refused to honor their warranty and charged me for a replacement window on their replacement window that flew to pieces for no reason. read more

GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T CHOSE 0. I got a windshield at the beginning of January. It cracked and split across the entire thing. The company told me to bring it in and see if the warranty would cover it. I brought it in and the employees told me it was a stress crack and that they would replace it after THEY inspected it. I checked and as well saw no chips in the windshield. Today (2/28/23) the tech came to my home to replace it. He calls me outside and shows me that there is " now" a chip in the glass and that they wont replace it, even though they already inspected it and approved it. I just got this windshield and now they are trying to charge me for another new one, even though they previously stated that they would cover it. read more

In response to your reply Alex: Once you try to remove the windshield I think the seal would automatically be broken so I wouldn't think there would be a way to tell if the seal was leaking once you remove it. Also, if the windshield is "accidentally" broken during removal, we would be responsible for it? That doesn't sound like a great deal or good warranty to me, it sounds like a total gamble on our end. It also sounds like a way for you to appear that your upholding your warranty with no risk what so ever. My original review still stands. It shouldn't be this hard to get a company to do the right thing and honor their warranty. read more

Took my Lexus IS250 to this place for a windshield repair after reading the reviews and what a disappointment it was!! DO NOT EVER go to this place. Car a pillar on the outside was scratched (deep) and they denied the damage being done by his technician. These scratches were NOT on the vehicle prior to taking it in. The best they can do is split half and half the bill with me even when they caused the scratches? Good customer service guys! This auto glass business does a low quality job, leaving your car dirty when returned. I keep my car detailed at all times and I received my car back dirty with debris and stained by dirty hands. They didn't vacuum or have clean hands/shoes. Black marks all over my front buckets seats, and black marks on my floor plastic. Cherry on top is that they also damaged my cowling! I didn't have to go without a car for a day (they came to me) and I felt as if the prices were more than fair (other quotes I got were well over $100 more). They also provided impeccable customer service. The technician Justin was running a bit behind the time they'd given me, but he called a few hours ahead to let me know and ask what I wanted to do. He was friendly and light-hearted, which put me at ease. Rob, whom I understand to be the owner, was also excellent to deal with when I called for an estimate. This shop replaced my windshield while my car was at Kara's autobody and installed the windsheild on top of the heating unit harness. Causing the element not being able to be plugged in. I found this some time later. They looked at it and accused me of cutting the harness and wouldn't back fixing their installation error. read more
