THEIR WORK IS AMAZING AND THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS !!! I had just replaced the windshield in my son's, Hyundai, Santa Fe. Literally 10 minutes after installation and as my son drove back to school, a rock hit the windshield and cracked the new windshield on the driver side. The crack quickly migrated to about 12 inches long. I called the original windshield installer and they said they could not fix a crack that long. He said the windshield was not repairable and I would need to replace it with another $800 windshield. Keep in mind, the new Windshield was only 10 minutes old when it cracked. I then called three other places to see if they could fix the crack. All of them said it was not possible to fix the crack and I'd have to purchase a new windshield. Having checked on YouTube, I knew these longer cracks could be fixed, but it requires someone with a high-level of skill. I finally found my way to Crack Attack Autoglass and spoke with Vladim. He said he could drive to my house and fix the windshield in my driveway. I made an appointment but didn't realize that my son had to work that day at Starbucks. When Vladim arrived at my home, no one was there to meet him and the car was not there. He called me and I quickly found out where my son's car was. I was embarrassed, but he was so at ease with the whole thing. I apologize profusely for making him come out on a trip without the vehicle being available. He said no problem and that he would drive the extra 10 minutes and locate my son's car and make the repair in the parking lot. The end result was amazing and was everything I hoped for. The crack had been secured and repaired. Vladim saved me the cost of a new $800 windshield and charged me only $120 for finding the car and repairing the long crack, which is very difficult to do. I tipped him an extra $30 because of the job he did. My son's car had a chip that turned to a large crack. I called and Crack Attack came to our home the next day. The gentleman and I talked about the options but because the crack was in the driver's line of sight, we decided to replace the windshield rather than just fix the crack. The new windshield is great. It was installed perfectly and we have been super happy with it. The guy we dealt with was super helpful, really knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. I was also glad I asked if he could clear the headlights. My son's car is older and the headlight restoration was nothing short of amazing. The headlights are so much brighter now. Their installer came out and did a sufficient job on my new truck. I also required new glass on my old truck, at the same time.
