After being kicked out of their shop for "not being very kind," I went to a different glass shop and found two key problems with Right Choice: 1) They told me I had to drive the 30 miles to their shop, as my car would have to be recalibrated, which had to happen in-house. Not true. The car recalibrates itself with a drive around the block. The good glass shop that did replace my windshield came to my house to do it. 2) The big fuss they made over me asking if they could get my toll transponder off to attach to the new windshield (they told me how stupid I was to think I could do that) was also dead wrong. When I got the new windshield, the guy came to the door to tell me he was done, and said, "I put your transponder in about the same place." When I expressed surprise, he looked confused and said, "Yeah, we have a little heat tool we run on the window and it comes right off." A call to the E-470 people confirmed there was no issue with moving the transponder to a new windshield on the same car. So they were rude and inconvenient for no reason other than they wanted to be. read more

My second review- I had my windshield replaced on another vehicle back in November. Melissa was great (again) about getting back to me about pricing and scheduling an appointment. This time, I brought it to their building location since it needed calibration. The waiting room has a nice plushy couch, and I brought some books to read. My windshield was replaced in less time than anticipated, which was great!! They were also able to move over all my windshield stickers (toll tag, parking permits, etc) so I didn't need to get new ones!! I called this company to fix a big crack in my windshield from being behind a semi truck. I drive all around Denver Metro and with the weather being so cold and warm, the drastic temperature changes made me nervous that the crack would spread fast. I called them at 1pm, we set a time to have them come to my house and set the repair for 430pm same day.
