Avoid !! trashed my new Lucid. Went for window tinting and was upsold to add a clear bra. Was called later in the day and told the tint would not stay on the windows as Lucid must have done something on the windows of the 2024. Got the clear bra installed which began to bubble and peal four days later. Took it back to have the clear bra fixed. They cut the old material off and marked the mirrors and paint. They did not know how to use the fob to unlock the car and they thought it was a dead battery. They changed the battery and tripped the security system which wiped the settings and required a PIN to drive. Took the car to Lucid who reported the cut marks on the car as well as tool marks on the window sills and the old glue was scrapped and left in the car. Had the Messer installed clear bra removed and replaced. Tried to contact Messer to refund what I paid as he stated " he stands by his work and would make it right" . He did not respond to repeated texts or calls. Will pursue at later date read more

I'm pretty disappointed in the quality and support that I have received. I have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I have had all of the windows and windshield tinted. There are still bubbles in the windows. They broke the windshield when tinting it the first time. They did replace the windshield and tinted it again. The windshield has some small bubbles in it. I had to go back and have the rear window tinted again because the original tint they did failed. They aren't returning messages anymore. Highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Went in and got my Tesla Model Y done and it looks great. Opted for the 3m ceramic, very happy. I walked in thinking i knew what i needed to get 15% all the way around, and the gentleman working the front disagreed and offered his opinion. He was right and it looked money once it was all set and done. May go back to get a windshield done later. read more

I came in one morning to get my car tinted(unaware that I had to make an appointment) and they said they would be able to squeeze me in and that my car would be done a little later than usual. They ended up being two hours behind but being that I was a walk in, I was understanding. There was one little scratch like thing on my window so I went back in a month or so later and the manager or owner was super kind and had no problem redoing the window. He scheduled an appointment for me and they got it done. The customer service alone gets this place 5 stars. I'll definitely be recommending them to family and friends :) read more

They have window tinted my BMW and my wife's Tesla. They also applied fender stripes to my BMW. I've had fantastic service. My wife did not (they didn't explain to her care and also left some garbage in the car), though the actual tinting was fantastic. So 4 stars because the actual tinting was great. read more

So Disappointed! I found Messer Window Tinting when the guy I used for years became injured. Had them do the front windows on my wife's Rang Rover. Came out OK with a few small bubbles, which after 4 months are still there. Brought my daughters Mercedes C300 in for a front door, rear door and back window tint. Paid $275 for the work. Dropped the car off for a full day and when picked the car up there were two windows with a lot of bubbles, one with a scratch in the tint, 3/4 inch gaps between the tint and trim on 2 windows and dirt on the just detailed car. There were runs of the tint liquid on both the inside and outside of the doors. When I showed them these issues they were nice, embarrassed and scheduled me to bring the car in a second time to redo two of the windows. I dropped the car off for 4 hours on the redo appointment. When I picked it up the same gaps were there, the was tint peeling from the bottom of one window and more bubbles were there than the first time. Again, they were nice and scheduled me bring the car back for them a third time to redo again. I waited at their shop when I brought it back for the third time and was told it was done right this time. Now, the gap moved from the back of the window to the front, even more bubbles and the tint is already peeling on a different window. The windows were not rolled down for a week on each instance the peeling occurred. Absolutely the worst tint job I have ever had with well over 10 cars done to date. Overall, an amateur tint job that I'll get redone someplace else. A true waste of my $275 and 13 hours of my time. read more

Then when I showed up I was told "I don't know who would tell you that". I've gone to messer for all of my vehicles since I found them and have had nothing but great things to say. I have recommended them to all of my friends and all of my siblings and they all have had a decent experience too.... I went in a couple months ago to get a windshield visor added to my current tint and besides not being updated when my truck was done I didn't have a bad time. That was until i got into my truck and noticed that they had done some weird cut on the tint and had a huge chunk missing around the rear view mirror. I went back the next day to see if they could RE do it correctly and the guy behind the counter didn't really want to help so I asked to speak to Adam who got me on the schedule a week out to have it fixed. When it was fixed they didn't clean all the adhesive off of the window and with the new tint you could see what looked like a bunch of tape residue all over underneath the tint. I went back and he got be back on the schedule and ended up having to re do the whole windshield. When that was done I noticed the Same issue where they hadn't cleaned the window properly and left adhesive all over my windshield. Again had to make another appointment and go back a week out. This time I guess they thought it would be funny and thought that I wouldn't notice that they put lighter tint on my windshield. I noticed it at first but figured it might have just been a bright day. Fast forward I got pulled over in Kansas and the cop decided to test my windshield for illegal tint.... My windshield came back at 50% which was great because I didn't get a ticket but real irritating since I paid for 30%. I have since tried calling Adam and the shop several times of the course of the last 3 weeks and have gotten no calls back and no texts. I hope this gets their attention so they can fix their funny joke read more

I really did like this auto glass place. The job they did was good.... UNTIL I called about a week and a half after to ask about my rear defrost which was no longer working. I was told they couldn't possibly have done it and check the fuse. I did, and then took the car to a mechanic to verify it wasn't a loose wire or fuse or anything other then the grid. It was determined that there was no other possibility except damage to the grid. I had this car for only a week prior to this work being done. The rear defrost worked perfectly until the rear window was worked on. They did have to remove some very old and bubbled tint. It was what I actually took the car in for. The subsequent new tint was put on by accident as I hadn't actually ordered it. So unfortunately my whole experience went from very happy to not at all happy. I have costs for removing tint, having a mechanic look at the car to eventually having to replace the entire back windshield. As a single mother, not an expense I can really afford. I felt dismissed by Messer and they have not made any attempt to right this wrong. I have tried to call several times. I keep getting voicemail with a full mailbox. Very disappointing. read more

They tinted two vehicles for me and so far so good. There is a tiny bubble on each car which is to be expected. As they said the bubble likely will disappear and it did. Will reach out to you and get you in the door. But if you have problems don't expect anyone to pick up a phone and call you. Filling out a warranty claim does nothing. Sending email you won't get a response. Customer service is lacking unless you show up at their door. The work itself had to bring the car back twice for clear bra issues. Window tint I can see small imperfections on almost every window. Looks okay at a quick glance. Work is just okay. They provide a good value but I don't have time to just drop in every time I find an issue. I dont live near PARKER so just dropping in is a pain. I won't be taking another car back. read more
