He very skillfully and carefully replaced a windshield and recalibrated lane departure on one car plus repaired multiple rock chips on another car. For our windshield replacement, Vadim coached us to buy the aftermarket glass to save money and we're glad we did. It's been months later and his windshield replacement as well as his rock chip repair have proven to be perfect. For the windshield, we've not seen any defects in the glass, not seen any leaks, and not heard any additional wind noise from the new windshield. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Fast forward a couple years later he told me he went into a partnership for a tint shop and that's how we ended up to today. Enter Messer Window Tinting. Professionally laid out shop with a vibrant waiting room with TV's and an introduction to their tint service as well as paint protection film and many other services. I was quickly greeted by Elijah again. Took me a minute to recognize him since it been so long. He quickly took the car to the back and started working on it. 40 minutes later he pulled my car out. Same ceramic tint quality, guarantee on the tint/workmanship and above all super professional and courteous.
