Safelite Mobile Service Repair was quick and easy to deal with. I was able to get an appointment through my insurance the next day, and the technician, Raul, showed up on time, completed the work within a reasonable timeframe, and explained everything I needed to do to ensure my full windshield replacement would be successful. All safety features were recalibrated, and I received a certificate. Service was also warrantied against defects in materials or workmanship. Bonus: my deductible was covered, so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. read more

They were prompt in starting the work. The vehicle was finished right on time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have had good, affordable service from Safelite in the past but a $60 crack repair is now $200. I should have purchased glue repair and done it myself. Too expensive. read more

I went in as I believed my windshield was leaking water with the rain. It turns out, it was my sunroof. They opened it, removed any excess water and discovered why it was not draining. They don't fix sunroofs, but they took the extra steps to fix my issue. Great service, super helpful and explained everything. read more

Fixed my windshield but broke the driving safety systems. Not something you wanna hear after waiting 3 plus hours and seeing your car sitting outside with nothing being done about it. read more

Took my Rivian there onsite for new rear glass. I recieved great service from both the manager and technican there.

Everyone at the Buckley location from the front desk to the installation team was personable as well as knowledgeable. They got my car in on time and finished in the promised timeframe. Mike took extra care to remove my car wash and transponder stickers which I appreciated. Great team! Would use them again. read more

The staff is knowledgeable and professional beyond any auto parts business I've ever been to. My wife was getting her windshield replaced and when they noticed a very small flaw with the replacement glass before installation, they called to let us know and said they'd ordered two backups that would be there tomorrow. Above and beyond - I'll be getting all of my auto glass work done here from now on. read more

Do not waste your time. Go to Right Choice Auto Glass. Price is better, and so is service. Every time I try to give these guys my service, they have an issue. 1st time scheduled appt, left car there half a day, and they call stating they don't have my glass, rescheduled another day. 2nd Visit, they want to give a camera calibration charge even though it is not required for my vehicle, extra $300+. Other glass places, including the manufacturer of my vehicle, allow you to opt out via a waiver. Rain sensing windshield wipers is not a needed calibration; don't let them BS you. They keep my vehicle half the day and then tell me there are Error codes upon accepting my vehicle for repair. No codes or lights in my car. Have them show you real time the codes, as I went to the dealership and there were no codes. Lazy douche doesn't want to work on my vehicle. They will never get my business again, effort is two ways, I should not have to push getting service done and pay the price. See ya. read more

Thank you Eric for the great service! I had 2 windshields repaired. Great communication and very friendly. I will you them again.

Had a windshield replaced in our Tesla, and they did not put roof trim back in place, during the repair they broke one of the sun visor clips and did not tell us. Over all the windshield is good but everything else, we had to put back in place ourselves and order the parts they broke. Will not ever use this company again! read more

I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the quality of service they provide. Specifically speaking, Santana and Jonie at the front have helped me on two different claims. I have a BMW X7 that needed windshield replacement. I was concerned about the aftermarket windshield as online forums had reported blurryness and trouble with recalibration of the drivers assistance plus features and the heads up display, specifically for this vehicle. Santana heard my concerns and we brainstormed a solution. But it didn't stop there, She did further research and consulted upper management and they were able get an OE windsheild installed. The result was amazing. Heads up display is crisp and sharp, and the drivers assistance continue to work flawlessly. Jonie is also an awesome representative. I brought in my Toyota RAV4 for the same job. She Was courteous, kind, and respectful. I would name drop the techs who worked on my cars as they did also did an awesome job. After their work was complete they road tested the cars to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Truly grateful for the skilled and professional team operating here. read more

I scheduled a chip repair on my windshield. I scheduled it for 11 o'clockon a Friday. I showed up a half hour early. They took my truck 10 minutes later. Excellent work. The chip repair will keep me from having to repair or replace entire windshield so I suggest Safelite for your window repairs. And the value for the money on a chip repair is awesome because it keeps you from spending the money on a whole windshield. read more

I've been to this location before. Made an appointment online and on the day of traffic was lighter than I thought so I was running early. I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment as I couldn't go online to modify my appointment. She checked and told me I could come a half hour earlier which was perfect. I parked my car and checked in at the front desk. Gave her my keys and they drove my car into the work area. The technician came to ask me to show him where the chip in the windshield was. I did and was informed that the chip was nothing to worry about. That was a relief. The process was smoother with an appointment made online instead of trying to walk in. And the tech was very friendly. The waiting area was clean and there was plenty of parking outside. read more

Don't use Safelite. They lie. The tech who came to my house went on and on about they have the best, most ironclad, lifetime warranty backed up by a money back guarantee. Well, the repair failed. The tech created a bigger crack than was there by "throwing the crack," in his words and said it would disappear "within days of the repair." It never disappeared and the other day it cracked all the way across the windshield. I called and reported it today and asked for a refund. Then I was told they don't do refunds. I was going to let them replace the windshield but after the BS about no refunds (even with a "lifetime, ironclad money back guarantee), that isn't happening. Picked a different company. They'll be here Monday. See you in court, Safelite. But I already cost you more than your idiotic lies tried to save. Two friends who were about to get their windshields replaced at Safelite cancelled when I told them what happened. I'm not only going to beat the crap out of you in small claims, I will take 100x out of your pocket what you cost me. read more

Safelite has had my car since 9:30 AM and has yet to start working on it. At noon, I received a call stating that due to the weather, the technician would begin replacing the windshield and that I had the option to get the repair done first and return later for the calibration. The technician assured me that he was starting on my car immediately. However, at 1:00 PM, I received another call informing me that just as he was about to begin, his manager instructed him not to proceed due to safety concerns. When I questioned why my car was only now being worked on, despite the earlier assurance, I was told that his manager had sent him to lunch. Given the delays and lack of communication, I will be taking my car to another Safelite location, hoping they will honor my appointment and their commitment. read more

Just had my windshield replaced two days ago. Just drove my car for the first time since this weekend and noticed the side was never glued back on? Had an appointment today at 3:15, driving up from Castle Rock. Ways told me I was going to be a few minutes late, so I called in to let them know and make sure I was still ok for my time slot. I arrived 12 minutes past, yes 12 minutes past 3:15 and was given the riot act by what appeared to be the manager on duty, and was told that I would have to reschedule because I would be creating a snowball effect for customers scheduled at 4PM. I fully understand and appreciate the fact that I was 12 minutes late, and blame that on me for not properly judging the traffic, but the treatment I received from management and forcing me to reschedule over 12 minutes is simply ludicrous. read more

My SUV got a small crack on the windshield recently. I was referred to Safelite by an acquaintence. It was important for me to make sure that the crack did not spread, especially this time of year with snow still coming and drastic weather changes day to day. I was able to make an 8am appointment the night before, showed up early and they got started right away. They were transparent, answered all my questions patiently. Sean, the tech working on my windshield, came out to talk to me after working on the car. He explained everything really well, was patient to answer my questions and let me know how much longer I should expect. When the car was ready, payment was fast, the job was done really well and I feel great about how the team (and Sean) took care of my car. Finished in about 30-40 minutes as promised. read more

This place is awesome, along with the staff! I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance and they constantly gave me reminders. I worked with the technician Colby, he was very informative & nice. He called me when they started on my car and called me about an issue with my wiper blades (without selling me a product). They installed my rear view mirror, added weather trim around my windshield and did an amazing job. The price was firm and I got $60 off my first time. If I ever need a new window or windshield, I know I can call on Safelite! read more

Made a appointment over the phone for 2 small cracks in my windshield and got a appointment pretty fast. Upon arriving I realized I only had 1 crack not 2 so of course I thought the price would be less than quoted over the phone(it wasn't which was strange and annoying). However, I mentioned it to them and they ended up not charging me to fix the crack when I went to pay. I felt bad because no one should work for free but that's a honest and great business practice. Also, the job they did on the crack was a lot better then going to other non glass specialty shops. I have done that and the results were not nearly as good. This shop is pricier than some other places but you get what you pay for. I will definitely recommend this place and will go back in the future!! read more

Unfortunately my Mercedes got a huge crack from a rock and it split my windshield in two. I just got it done again at Safelite. They used OEM glass and they did another great job. I also sent my son's car there to get replaced on the same day. 4 cars and now one more on the way. Great place and I trust them to do a great job. If they did a bad job I would definitely say so. read more

Save yourself the time and money. You will just have an issue after the issue, and the glass they use is crap.

I had scheduled an AM appointment for Saturday 11/19/2022. The employee working the desk during dropoff informed me that it would be an all day appointment. After receiving no updates throughout the day, I called at 2pm for a status update. The employee told me my vehicle was in the bay being worked on as we speak and would be done shortly. After 2 more hours with no update, I went back to the location and found my truck still in the parking lot untouched despite them guaranteeing it being done by 5pm. (It was 4:10pm) While waiting for an employee to assist me at the front desk I could see through the window into the shop and observed 2 total vehicles inside. 1 tech was working on one of the vehicles and 4 other techs standing in a circle doing nothing with at least 4 empty bays. I told the employee at the front desk I just wanted my vehicle and would go somewhere else for a windshield. He gave me my keys without any attempt at an apology or explanation for the fact that I went an entire day without my vehicle for nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible read more

Absolute terrible customer service, got a new windshield from them, had a stress crack break immediately right after. Spoke with the office had me come back and had the shop look at it, they said it was not my fault. Came back to have the windshield replaced with a appt .Show up to the appt and tell me it is my fault and I have to pay for the windshield now even though the other manager said it was not my fault! The assistant manager came out this morning and was an absolute utter jerk terrible customer service terrible freaking attitude!! On top of it when I made the appointment they told me they had the windshield to replace and they would put it in this morning they didn't even have it!! They said they would have to now order it! Holy God was this the worst company ever to try and call in to talk to customer service. They have the automated machine that asks for why you are calling before they connect you to someone. But they only give a few options to choose from. When you say one of their options they say "hmm we we are still working on that, check the website" they constantly push you to the website to the point they said "go to our website and talk to a representative" like THATS WHAT'S IM CALLING FOR!! I can't even rate their work becaise I can't even get to a real person. But based on calling in help they get a 0 star. read more

Windshield install was very professional and no signs of a new windshield BUT the calibration of the ADAS system wasn't done, or done correctly, because the speeds on the HUD are off by 5mph or it doesn't read signs at all. They have stopped responding to me and won't honor the warranty! read more

Waited in line and they totally let people walk in and take them before you. This place is a mess, no one knows what going on.

Came in for a windshield repair that took way longer than expected. That was okay, but later I realized they forgot to put two pieces back on my 4 runner. The cowl shields left and right. I had to do all the research to find that they parts were called and now pay to replace. Please be diligent in your work and make sure the care is fully put together. Really disappointed. read more

And they broke my windshield wiper and left glass all in the door. This place sucks and is the most expensive

I got my windshield replaced through my warranty which went through Safelite. I have worked with this particular Safelite before when I got my window replaced with my previous car and had a great experience overall, nothing stellar or above and beyond but still a great experience. When I got my windshield replaced this time, because of my newer vehicle the windshield was not in stock and needed to be shipped here. It took some time however Safelite was very communicative with me letting me know updates on when to expect it which was so courteous of them. Finally got here and replaced it which they were able to do pretty quickly! I picked it up the same evening and drove home. The next day, I was driving and sprayed some washer fluid onto my car and realized my wipers didn't work. I planned to call them later that day but Safelite beat me to it and my technician called letting me know he forgot to put back a piece of my vehicle. However, he came out to me to my job so he could quickly fix it! Overall, both experiences I've had here have been great and nothing really to complain about! I would recommend this place! read more

I dropped off my Audi S6 for windshield replacement on July 17. The car was in perfect working order that morning and has been since I have owned it. Approximately 15 minutes later a tech went out to my car in the parking lot, started it and drove it into a bay to begin work. Obviously the car worked fine at that point. I then leave for the day. The Safelite tech called me an hour later to tell me that my car would not start after they plugged their equipment into the diagnostics port for pre-calibration of the camera. The manager, Chris Newman, took no direct responsibility nor offered any solution at that time so I was left with no choice other than to pay to tow the car to an Audi dealership for troubleshooting. After 2 weeks, said Audi dealership was unable to determine the cause of the issue, and the car still will not start. I then paid to tow the car to an independent Audi repair shop who started their troubleshooting process and found after two weeks that mechanically the car was in perfect shape, however the ECM (Engine Control Module) had been adversely affected by the non-OEM equipment used at Safelite. The internal programming had been essentially scrambled and they were unable to communicate correctly with the ECM. The required fix is to special order a new ECM from Audi that is programmed to my car's specific VIN. The cost of this diagnostic process and the new ECM is in excess of $3600, this in addition to the $1400 I have already paid out of pocket in towing expenses and paying the Audi dealership fee. I am now at 5 weeks without the use of my car. There is no doubt at this time that this issue was caused by Safelite and their equipment. In order to get the special order ECM, payment must be made up front to the repair shop. I am now requesting that safelite pay for expenses going forward and reimburse me for my expenses so far in addition to lost use of my vehicle. Safelite branch manager has now expressed that they will not be taking responsibility for the damage to the ECM. read more

Went in for a chip repair. They told me it could spread. Didn't realize spread would be in feet rather than inches. AND. They want $150 MORE THAN another windshield dealer to replace it. I had to have someone come to my house to change out my cracked windshield (I have five people I am the caregiver for in my home) and this was who my auto insurance wanted me to set it up with. I am pleased with their choice! I did have to fit it into my calendar so it took almost two weeks to find a mutual time that would work out, but that is not their fault.
