They were able to clean and fix my sun roof leaking in under an hour ! they were very nice and competent !

A fiber optics company working on lines above my Blazer dropped a large piece of metal through my sunroof. John's Sunroof was able to get the glass in less than a week, when all other places said it would take a couple of months, due to a computer hack on ordering systems. The work took less than 3 hours and it looks and works like it just came from the factory. All the broken glass gone and no leaks! I highly recommend John's Sunroofs, they truly are the sunroof guru! read more

My sunroof mysteriously exploded while driving, and my insurance set me up with John's Sunroofs. Apparently random explosions are a thing (and lawsuit waiting to happen). While I couldn't book with them until the glass came in, they proactively called me to get me in ASAP, which was appreciated, and one less thing I needed to doI was blown away by how quickly they fixed the roof, vacuumed out the glass, and it maybe took 15-20 mins max, and with a busy work schedule, this was huge! They also did a great job with the install, and it has not had any issues and has been quiet on the ride. No corners cut here! I'd highly recommend them, and would come back if this happens again. After owning and driving my 2013 Ford pickup for 8 yrs , my sunroof broke. I called a few places to see if they repaired sunroofs. Some Dealer repair shops said they would look and see if they could repair it but they would charge me a $200 "diagnostic" fee and if they could repair it, it would cost me an additional up to $3000 to repair it. I called around to find a better deal and was about to give up and bring it to a Dealer when I contacted a friend who advised me to call "John's Sunroof." On Tuesday, I called and talked with Darrell Martinez, the owner of this business, John's Sunroofs". Darrell was very professional and friendly and when I described my sunroof problem, Darrell told me he had the parts in stock and If could bring my truck in at noon on Thursday, he could fix the sunroof problem and I would be able to pick up my truck in about 3 hrs. Darrell also quoted me a price of $900, parts and labor. I dropped off my vehicle at noon and Darrell called me at 1pm saying he fixed my window and that it was fully operational and has a 1 yr warranty. I picked up my truck and tested my window, even at a car wash. Everything worked fine and the job was professionally done. I Want to thank Darrell for helping me come out of a panic mode by quickly, professionally and economically fixing my sunroof. I highly recommend "Jonh's Sunroof". read more

I found this shop through an insurance claim to replace the all glass roof on our 2017 Ford Edge. They were very flexible and were able to work on our car when I was in the area. It's great to watch people who are experts at a specific task and have all the associated tools and expertise. Everybody there was happy on a Monday morning and hard at work making customers happy. John was great to deal with and I can't really think of anything that could be improved. Highly recommended. read more

Call 4 times to talk to someone about getting an sunroof fixed. They ask for all my information and never returned my call. Spoke with 2 employees. They said they could not help because the owner has it all in his email and took the day off. That's after I talked to him 3 times. The employee also said that the person would call me back the next day. That did not happen and it's been over a week and still no call back or follow up. read more

I have an after-market electric sunroof which needs to be replaced. I went to John's Sunroofs and learned that the company that manufactured my sunroof was out-of-business. They were able to show me another company's after-market sunroof on the owner's own vehicle and supposedly order me one, estimating the job would cost around $1500. Over 1.5 years later and multiple calls to the business with promises of callbacks ... dead silence. read more

So I accidentally broke my sunroof while trying to put something on my roof rack. I had no idea how few places can fix these! After calling numerous auto glass companies and being told they didn't fix sunroofs, this shop was able to get it done in the time it took me to get coffee, and for 1/3 of what the dealership wanted to charge. read more

So I noticed as I was leaving that they "restore" plastic headlight lenses. The lenses on my wife's Subaru really needed it. So I went back the next day and wow! What a difference! About 1/3 the price of original replacement lenses. It took about an hour and a half. If you read about doing this the proper way is to sand with finer and finer degrees of sand paper and then you have to finish with a UV protectant or the sanding will simply speed up the yellowing. These guys sand (instead of buff) and have a 2 part epoxy they apply and let dry to give it a UV shield. It's amazing how different the lenses look. read more

Wasn't one bit interested in my business... read all the review and drove 45 min to the shop and without even looking at it his comment was its broke and will be 1000 dollars if a new roof could be found... I insisted mine was just stuck but he obviously wanted nothing to do with it. Again, didn't even look at it or what it was or wasn't doing!! read more

This place is the go to for clear film installation. Darrell did a superb job covering my hood and fenders once the hail damage was fixed on my 2016 Subaru. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Definitely check into this place if you need any 3m film applications done. read more

Go here!!! My sunroof got shattered in a hail storm. I was dealing with safelite at first because I heard they are good to go to and I had the complete opposite experience. They gave me the runaround for over a month, asking me the same questions over and over again that the ppl I spoke with before said they would take care of. I eventually went to a safelite to get to the bottom of it and they told me they aren't the best for sunroofs. Wish I knew that the whole month I was dealing with them! I googled and found Johns Sunroof. They got great reviews! I called them and told them my whole story. First of all the price they quoted me was about $500 less then what safelite would have charged me. They told me they can get my sunroof glass in in a couple days. A couple days later they called me telling me it's in, I scheduled it for the next day, they put the glass in, cleaned everything out in about 30 mins. My sunroof looks and works like new!!! Really nice people who work there too! If you need something done, go to them first! Thanks guys! read more

Called to see if this place could fix my skyslider on my Jeep (after being referred to this place). The guy told me he could take a look at it and to bring it in the next day. Drove 45 minutes to get to this place. When I got there, the guy didn't even look at it! He just said there was nothing he could do. That's fine and all but it would've been nice if he had just told me that over the phone! Waste of time and gas! Thanks guys. read more

Called today with a stuck moon roof and was able to come in right away.I had another quote for over $150 to fix this same problem and Dave charged me $49, cleaned out the tracks AND greased them as a bonus and the whole process took about 15 minutes. I was totally satisfied and impressed. Within less than 24 hours I had the appt scheduled, the work done, and on my way! They have quality work, superb customer service, and reasonable prices. We were referred by Safelite as they thought a water drainage problem in our RAV4 was most likely due to plugged drain tubes from the sun roof rather than a leaky windshield. John's took us in without an appointment, showed us how there was insufficient water drainage from the sunroof and immediately remedied the situation. Very friendly guys! read more

I had a shattered sunroof from the recent hail storm in Colorado Springs. I called several places in town and they either didn't replace sunroofs or weren't sure if they could order the factory glass for my 2018 Ram 1500. I called John's Sunroofs and spoke to Darryl, who is attentive and very nice. He called me back in about an hour and said he could pick up the factory glass and replace it that same day. I was extremely happy with the results and took less than an hour!!! If you need a sunroof expertly replaced in no time, look no further. read more

I called late on a Friday afternoon to set up an appointment. Even though they were on the verge of closing, they put me on the calendar for Monday morning, a nice surprise. I just left John's after having them check out why my sunroof was leaking. My car was taken into the shop and checked out immediately. The gentleman who took care of me was awesome! He figured out what had happened, tightened some screws and fixed the issue! Then he told me there was no charge!! I immediately went to the car wash and nervously watched the high pressure spray pass over with no leak! All those 5 star reviews were absolutely correct! I would highly recommend this shop! read more
