Brought my new 2020 Expedition (yes the GD thing already got a chip and crack) here after receiving multiple recommendations. Safelite quoted $829 and action was $410. Obviously the price was a major factor in choosing but them but going forward it will also be because of service. Lloyd was very friendly and they team got the job done in 20 minutes. I had to wait another 30 for adhesives to dry but I don't mind. 35 minutes South but will definitely comeback if needed. Impulsively, we leased a new car last weekend through a pull-ahead offer at our dealership. That meant we needed to turn in the old car that day, but there was a problem: the car had a cracked windshield that we didn't have a chance to replace prior to turning it back in. The Lease Returns Manager at our dealership told me to give Lloyd at Action Auto Glass a call. Lloyd was able to get over to the dealership and install a new windshield in no time, just barely beating the Leasing Company's inspector. We were right on the wire - 30 minutes later and we would've gotten a bill from Ford Leasing for probably 3-4x what Lloyd charged. Suffice it to say he saved the day! On top of it all, this rapidly installed windshield cost a grand total of $205. Safelite wanted $389. TL;DR: Lloyd is half the cost of the conglomerate as-seen-on-tv auto glass company, and massively beat them in customer service too. read more

Had a great experience with Lloyd at Action Auto Glass. I needed a piece of the rubber windshield molding on my 99' Sienna replaced after it eventually dried out and broke off. He told me I could only get the part at the dealer or a junk yard. I chose the latter as the dealer wanted almost $300 for the part. Picked it up at the local u-pull-it yard for $8. Lloyd then installed it, riveting it into the metal frame for only $10. I called him the night before and he got me in the next day. He also replaced the power window regulator in the driver side door, taking care not damage the aging plastic clips that hold the plastic interior door panels on. I also got this part at a junk yard. I appreciate that he was willing to work with used parts that I provided. Many repair shops don't want to do this because they can't make money on marking up the parts. read more

Called Action next (at around 10:00am), they got me an appointment at 2:00pm SAME DAY, for $175. They were done in less than half an hour, and the work was done with high quality.
