This company came very highly rated on the neighborhood website, and I can see why. They got me in quickly, charged very reasonable rates, and showed me exactly what they were doing - including grinding down and re-primering some rust under the windshield from a previous poorly done job. (It was obvious that this had to be done - definitely not an upsell.) The owner and employees take pride in providing excellent value with commitment to great customer service. read more

Action Auto Glass - Photo taken through my nice new windshield! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Highlands Ranch, Colorado

I called to get pricing on replacing a windshield and rear slider for my truck. They answered the phone politely and while I was explaining what I needed I was put on hold without any warnings... this happened 3 separate times. Ultimately the guy said he could find part number for a rear slider and hung up. I know things can be busy but they dropped the ball by being so rude. read more

SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO SAFELITE FOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. Pay the $90 more with Safelite, you will thank me later. Unless you want to pay $160 each visit for a faulty window installation. Lloyd replaced my windshield in March 2020 and it cracked from the bottom crevice up and tried to say a rock hit it there where the WINDSHIELD wiper is He had a $160 deal incentive for paying cash evidently in which he probably just pocketed the profit. When I went back for Lloyd's help he tried to offer me a repeat deal for the $160 cash, laughable. . His attitude was very disrespectful. Said he could do it the next day or couldn't do it for weeks. Everything about the interaction was extremely unpleasant . read more

Amazing service, amazing quality, highly recommend! I've been here twice and Casey is awesome! He is super friendly, thorough and his customer service is great! Wonderful experience with Action Auto Glass! First off, they were about $100 less expensive than Safelite and secondly, they are super friendly and helpful. I love to use local businesses and this is an awesome example of a great business in the neighborhood. They even remembered to replace my state parks pass and oil sticker! read more

Brought my new 2020 Expedition (yes the GD thing already got a chip and crack) here after receiving multiple recommendations. Safelite quoted $829 and action was $410. Obviously the price was a major factor in choosing but them but going forward it will also be because of service. Lloyd was very friendly and they team got the job done in 20 minutes. I had to wait another 30 for adhesives to dry but I don't mind. 35 minutes South but will definitely comeback if needed. If you need a windshield replacement or chip repair, this is the place the come. read more

Loyd the owner was very professional and cool. What he quoted me was exactly what I paid, o be. I highly recommend this place if you need a new windshield. Prices are the lowest in Denver. They had it done in under an half hour but you have to wait another half hour to let it cure. In and out in an hour. It was cool watching them replaced it so fast. Great job Loyd! read more

Put a tinted window on my car when none of the other windows are tinted, called them on it and the guy literally said , "sorry to put it so bluntly, but I can't do anything for you". I followed up by asking "so your not going to fix the mistake? Nope. Also the window they put in was one they had sitting in the shop so basically they pawned the wrong window off on me and charged me 300 dollars. Coooool.... read more

We run a fleet of vehicles here in Denver. Our company has been using Action for about 20 years. Service is always prompt an reliable as promised. You deal with the OWNERS, not an underpaid manager. These guys care about the quality of service. Every company has issues and makes mistakes, its how they handle them that matters. This crew stands behind its work. read more

Impulsively, we leased a new car last weekend through a pull-ahead offer at our dealership. That meant we needed to turn in the old car that day, but there was a problem: the car had a cracked windshield that we didn't have a chance to replace prior to turning it back in. The Lease Returns Manager at our dealership told me to give Lloyd at Action Auto Glass a call. Lloyd was able to get over to the dealership and install a new windshield in no time, just barely beating the Leasing Company's inspector. We were right on the wire - 30 minutes later and we would've gotten a bill from Ford Leasing for probably 3-4x what Lloyd charged. Suffice it to say he saved the day! On top of it all, this rapidly installed windshield cost a grand total of $205. Safelite wanted $389. TL;DR: Lloyd is half the cost of the conglomerate as-seen-on-tv auto glass company, and massively beat them in customer service too. read more

Great services and pricing!! I called on a Sunday at noon after an icicle caused a huge spider web crack in my windshield... By 4:30pm they had ordered, delivered and installed my new glass!! Fast and reliable and the price was right. I would definitely recommend! read more

I'm not usually the best at writing reviews, but I believe when someone does great work they should be recognized. We had Tim from Action Auto Glass come out yesterday to repair one of our windshields. He arrived on time, was quick, professional and very courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. I also spoke with Lloyd in the office to get everything set up. Their team was great and should we ever need another replacement, I will not hesitate to contact them. Thank you for great service! read more

Really impressed- needed a full front windshield replacement for my '04 Xterra. Called Precision first, got quoted $232, with first appointment available in 3 days. Called Action next (at around 10:00am), they got me an appointment at 2:00pm SAME DAY, for $175. They were done in less than half an hour, and the work was done with high quality. Furthermore, it's not like I was the only guy there... they had several bays, and from the looks of things, were totally booked up and busy. I was super impressed at how well the place seemed to run- the owner seemed to be the guy answering phones- was definitely friendly. Not their first rodeo. read more

Had a great experience with Lloyd at Action Auto Glass. I needed a piece of the rubber windshield molding on my 99' Sienna replaced after it eventually dried out and broke off. He told me I could only get the part at the dealer or a junk yard. I chose the latter as the dealer wanted almost $300 for the part. Picked it up at the local u-pull-it yard for $8. Lloyd then installed it, riveting it into the metal frame for only $10. I called him the night before and he got me in the next day. He also replaced the power window regulator in the driver side door, taking care not damage the aging plastic clips that hold the plastic interior door panels on. I also got this part at a junk yard. I appreciate that he was willing to work with used parts that I provided. Many repair shops don't want to do this because they can't make money on marking up the parts. read more

The windshield cracked in my 2017 Golf Sportwagen during a weekend ski trip. Filed an online insurance claim and selected Action Auto Glass based on proximity to my office. Monday morning I spoke to Lloyd on the phone. He we very friendly and professional, verified the receipt of my claim, and scheduled an install appointment at my office for the next day. The installer arrived on time and completed the work in the parking lot. The new windshield was a perfect match and the workmanship was excellent on the install. No vibrations or wind noise on the drive home. I highly recommend Action Auto Glass from prompt, professional service. read more

I had a last minute need for a replacement windshield that needed to be done today before my son returns to school out of town tomorrow. I called this morning, they got me in this afternoon. Had a huge crack in my Acura TSX and was referred here by the Acura dealership! Best referral ever. The team at Action was extremely pleasant to work with and the service took only 30 minutes. On top of providing top notch service and the best quality new windshield, they also provide lifetime warranty on the rubber moldings and a year warranty on the first chip repair. Best of all they were at least $50 cheaper than any other option and about $100 cheaper than the average estimate that I received! I will see you guys again!! read more
