This company approached me with a sticky note on my car for my minor car damage. I had very light hail damage, was so light I had my car in a car show and no one noticed. I figured for a local company I would give it a shot. They over charged my insurance company and then reported it and dropped the value of my car significantly. The work is good, but they charged over $4k to my car insurance for a days worth of work, and dropped the value of my car $10k. Also made the inside of my Year old car (2017) smell like smoke and oil and touched my presets for radio station. The inside panels are creaky now. read more

Amazing customer service. Fast, good work. And above all they are extremely fair and honest in the way they do business. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but not everybody owns them. Dent Depot did, 100%. 3 years after the work was done an error was discovered on their repair job on my car. These guys repaired my minivan after last July's hail storm, and did an excellent job. After I got it back I couldn't find a single blemish on it. They were even kind enough to fix a non-hail dent for free (not covered by insurance) since they were already in the panel fixing the hail dings. The entire process was super easy; they worked with insurance (I just had to sign a paper and have a 2 minute phone call to Geico saying they will be working on the car), they got me a ride to/from a rental car, they got me a minivan as a free rental so I wasn't driving my kids around in some stupid little car, and I didn't have to pay a dime (free rental car not covered by insurance, and I didn't have to pay my deductible). If we get nailed by hail again, I would come back in a second. read more

Please disregard the naysayers, this place is amazing! I think it's funny people complain about a post-it note being left on their car for the purpose of trying to help them. I too, thought my car had been hit but when you call the number you can tell right away that it's a car service. They were very prompt in responding to me that I hadn't been hit but instead he noticed hail damage in my car. After speaking to him, I was told that they would assess the damage, pay for my $500 deductible, pay for my Lyft/Uber to get to Enterprise and pay for my Rental!!!!! Is this too good to be true, I thought to myself... but nope! BELIEVE IT FOLKS! They did an amazing job on my vehicle, I had a paid rental and didn't pay a single dime out of my pocket!! Being a family owned shop, they really made you feel comfortable. They even went way above and beyond as to fix a dent that wasn't from hail! I'm so glad I got one of those little stickies on my window after that awful hail storm last summer, because it's what led me to Dent Depot. I took my time and waited until after the holidays. They did a great job, secured a rental for me, and helped me to really understand the process. The insurance folks can only do what they can with limited time and lack of facility, plus it's not really their expertise. They had my insurance rep back in to show them all the damage, which was much more than originally thought. I highly recommend them! (I had to quickly edit this. This company doesn't even deserve one star. However, I had to give it one star to review it. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES: Dent Depot (Denver, CO) and Viking Auto Body (Rapid City, SD & Colorado Springs, CO). They do NOT stand behind their work, even AFTER they tell you they will stand behind their work from the get go and IN REALITY - after it was known, there is a problem. Following a hailstorm in Jefferson City, MO - all of the local shops were super busy and both my daughter and I's vehicle needed attention. In both vehicles, the glass was busted and the local body shops were booked two to three months out. Dent Depot and Viking Auto Body came around door to door and said they could get me in tomorrow. Dino, Brent, and Steve are here today and gone tomorrow with their traveling hail disaster team and YOUR MONEY! They made false promises to fix what they didn't do correctly, but they had no follow through. They gave imaginary dates to come back and fix the problem and then they gradually stopped answering their telephone. How convenient! Personally, I should have known better. I even questioned them about my concerns upfront, but I was told they would stand behind their work. I have pictures of their work (or lack there of) - if you would like to see them. Just learn from my mistake and the lesson I was taught by Dino, Brent, and Steve - do your business LOCAL. Don't fall prey to these companies that don't care if they don't take care of their customers or not! Shame on them! If these companies are local to you - beware also. They MAY treat you somewhat better, but I strongly doubt it. These businesses don't cross their t's and dot their i's in the car world of fixing an automobile correctly. I will be making a formal business complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General's Office about these shoddy businesses and their unethical business practices. read more

All I can say is WOW!!! Britt and his team did an amazing job, I couldn't believe it. I had serious hail damage from the storm of May 2017, I waited until last month to take it in and I am glad that I waited and brought it here. This was the third place I got an estimate from and the only ones that seemed trustworthy, were very honest and sat and talked to me until I understood exactly what would happen, how it would happen and it made me feel very comfortable. My insurance company wanted to total my practically brand new car but Britt and his team worked with me and them to get the job done and done perfectly. Not to mention they went the extra mile and buffed out some other little scratches that was on the car. Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful and always available to talk. My car was given back to me clean inside and out. I just cannot say enough about this place and would highly recommend!!! read more

Dent depot did a great job repairing my car and I paid nothing out of pocket. I had already made a claim with my insurance company a year and half ago and they paid me $3300 for hail damage, which I kept. The people at Dent Depot assured me that I had two years to reopen my claim, which is true, and that my insurance rates would not go up for a hail claim, which I believe to be true. Here is how it works...Dent Depot makes an initial claim or reopens your claim, they put your car under bright lights and identify every single hail ping, your insurance adjuster comes out and makes a payment to them (which you have already given Dent Depot the rights to, so don't get mad when they keep the whole payout, that's how they pay for your rental car and deductible), and then they repair your car. The insurance payouts are higher than you would get from an adjuster at your home because they have already identified all the pings. My insurance company paid out an additional $2700, which went to Dent Depot, and they repaired my car (minus the roof, since I had already received a payout that I kept). I recommend them, they did a great job repairing the car, working with my insurance company, and kept their word on everything they said they'd do. They also coordinated my rental car (which was a 20 minute drive away from me), but I got to leave the rental with them when I picked up my car. They did have my car over a week, but I believe it was because my insurance company was very slow to send an adjuster ( they called me and apologized), and because I was not available when they called me to move forward with repairing my car. So four stars for the overall experience because of the distance to the rental car, the overall timeframe. Otherwise, 5 star. read more

I was skeptical in getting this taking care of amidst my busy schedule, but my fiance insisted it seemed like a great deal. Well, he was right! This was one of the easiest, stress free processes in getting so much value back on my car. Dent depot was efficient, friendly, and most importantly, like they promised, I did not pay anything out of pocket. My car looks amazing too btw- I've actually gotten a few compliments on it since picking it up from Dent Depot.
