Horrible!! I needed to fix a small dent in my front valance. Quoted over $2000 as Caliber wanted to replace my fender (not needed) AND replace my front bumper (also not needed). What I actually needed and had done elsewhere was to pop the dent back out in the front valance and pop back into place. 30 min max repair. No where near $2000. The honest repair shop only charged $150. Thats what it should be. I am not stupid Caliber. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, avoid Caliber! Or do your own research to insure you are not astronomically over charged. Horrible business and behavior. I am appalled! read more

Holy Cow, I just had a horrible experience at this branch. First, I showed up a half hour early to my appointment hoping to just drop the car off. The front desk person, Arianna, was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me I had to wait. I informed her that I could'nt. And just have Brenda call me if she needed me. This was apparently unacceptable. So I left, and came back at 9. (we live about a mile away) Where Brenda, started yelling at me that I left mad. And that i needed to be there to be checked in. Becasue she couldnt trust me, and that I may try and make her buy me a new windshield. Which had nothing to do with the damage. She was literally yelling at me for a few minutes. As she was walking around and opening doors, She slammed my door into another car in her lot. Thats when I asked for my keys and left. It was like one of those videos you see on the internet where the feral "karen" goes nuts. The reason I gave this place two stars and not one, is because when i originally got the estimate a few weeks ago, they were very nice and thorough (different people) and when I spoke to their regional manager today to inform him of what happened. He was very nice, and tried to accommodate our needs at another store. Unfortunately, I just cant bring my business to a place that acts this way. Well it all started with a warm greeting from Berkeley at the front desk. She introduced me to Brenda that inspected my vehicle and wrote up my repair order. The completed the work on time and when I came to pic my care Up is was absolutely perfect. On top of that you know when you bring you car into service at most place and the supposedly return it to you all cleaned up, well when I got mine back it was as clean as the day I picked it up when I purchased it. Scheduled an estimate with Danielle Kukucza-White January 31st 2022 and in her questioning I did answer that I was NOT using insurance. Afterwards I spent time uploading photos according to the instructions I was given. Today March 3rd, I was called 45 minutes before the appointment by a lady named Brenda (who refused to provide last name and hung up on me) and told the current policy is ONLY to work with customers using insurance. After being hung up on twice by Brenda, I was able to speak with John Doramus who wouldn't acknowledge his employees mistake or complete the estimate and service without insurance as I was promised in January. I've spent over a month and shared my info with a garage when I could have spent the time and energy going elsewhere without an issue. As a person who does respect peoples time, I felt the story was worth sharing about a business that does NOT respect customer's time. read more

They did a good job fixing our car that got in a hit and run accident recently. They worked with our insurance so we didn't have to do anything. They did forget to install a little button that covers the screw on the car door handle. But once they were alerted of the issue, they sent someone to our home to install that missing piece. Great customer service on their part! The only negative thing I would say about this place is that they can get very busy here. It took a while for them to get the car back to us. read more

Can't say enough good things. Someone hit me from behind causing frame damage to my 2 month old Tahoe. I was apprehensive as to how it would go but these guys were on time and everything has been great!! About 18 months later I had an AC issue that was causing a leak from the repair (shocked and pleased that this has Ben the only issue given the scope of the repair). Thank you Brenda and everyone who helped work on my car, the tire came off of my 2012 Ford Explorer while driving 60 mph on i25 and the insurance process was so painful, but the repair went so smooth. Brenda communication with me was very timely and accurate, the repair was faster tthen the insurance and they didn't give me any hassle when I had to keacr my car there untill the payment was settled. I told her no and then she replied they can't see me until the end of March. I guess I'm not as profitable as going through insurance since I'm paying repairs out of my own pocket. If I could give 0 I would we have tried for 4 weeks to get an estimate on our 2004 vehicle that only had liability insurance wanted and estimate to see how much it would cost to repair sent online was told needed to make an appointment waited 2.5 weeks to get in and called about the tow (due to radiator busted and overheating when drove)-told us we could only drive it in could not tow our vehicle to get an estimate--BUT if we went through insurance we could have it towed there....DISCRIMINATION against us paying cash What the hell. Would not even trust them to fix it now. Already did a sub par on an insurance claim couple years ago...Good riddins Caliber don't be a sucker to these guys. read more

Caliber told me it would be ready in two weeks and it was done in less than that. They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my truck. I just called to get an estimate on hail damage on my car. They immediately asked me what insurance company I was using and said they require a claim number. I told them I needed to know the cost of the repair to see if it's worth opening a claim on my insurance since I have a $1000 deductible. My own insurance company told me to do that before opening a claim for the hail damage! They refused to schedule me an appointment for the estimate. My only gripe about this location is that the adjuster misquoted it because he didn't see or noticed that I had silver panel. So I had to wait another few days until they part and come back. What a joke. Waited two weeks to get an estimate. Had a 4:00 appointment, called ahead of time to confirm. Arrived at 4:00 and check in with receptionist. She calls, then pages Kyle, my estimator. I am the only person in the waiting room. Two more people arrive to settle their claim and pay. The receptionist begins small talk with them and an estimator comes up and begins chatting with the three of them as well and two more people show up. These two people are helped immediately and then the chatty group of four goes back to talking. Person six arrives, a female, and the receptionist asks if we are together?!?! I haven't left her line of sight & she has forgotten handing me a little brochure and getting my file. Now person six is being helped by another estimator. Strange, I was on time and the only person in the waiting area at 4:00, now I am the only person that hasn't been assisted. If that's my first impression, I will go elsewhere. read more

I could not have asked for better customer service than I received. After my new truck was hit in the parking lot of the sheriffs department (hit and run, video camera couldn't see who hit me ... perhaps a sheriff), I was less than happy with another local body shop. I made an appointment with Caliber and I was greeted by Chase. He was right on time and spent a lot of time going over all the specifics of the damage. I had vinyl wrapped bumpers (Toyota TRD) and Chase went out of his way to find the right company to make sure the bumper was done perfectly. Chase was great at staying in touch and keeping me up to date on progress. Hands down, best customer service I have had anywhere in Parker! I had read a few not so good post but I could not be more pleased! I can't recall the name of the gal at the front desk but she is great and super efficient! I should write reviews more often. But rather than ever writing anything negative, I choose to focus on the positive. When I did not have a good experience (I was not a priority simply because I was not going to go through my insurance) at a different Caliber Collision, I was reading the reviews for this Pine Caliber Collision in Parker. I read the interaction between an unsatisfied customer and Justin Dargahi (one of I believe managers at this location). Justin worked to accommodate the unsatisfied customer as well as demonstrate a genuine concern. I called Justin and shared my concerns about the previous Caliber Collision I had worked with, in that, they could not accommodate the timeline I needed to get my car back. My repair was not that big of a job. And to not be able to guarantee I would get it in four days, as I needed it for a trip, with little to no regard about my concern, I reached out to Justin. I understood the reason I could not get a guarantee, was simply because I was paying out of pocket. Justin Dargahi, at the Pine Caliber Collision, was amazing! Truly a leader! 100% cares about Customer Service. He agreed to accommodate my schedule. I dropped off the car this morning, and he took the time to meet me personally. I will forever take my vehicles to this Caliber Collision. This staff is top-notch! Auto repair is always stressful for me after an accident, but this staff keeps you well informed at every step. On the day I was supposed to get my car back, they noticed a scratch and reworked the damaged area. They worked with the rental company so there were no interruptions my ability to get around or extra fees out of my pocket. Fantastic customer service!!! I've had better experiences with other auto body shops. Used this shop only because of my auto insurance. By using insurance selected auto body shops, I get lifetime warranty. I think over all this shop is OK. Workers are very nice and I like weekly updates about the process. However they are not paying attention to customer requests and not paying attention to the parts being installed/used for repairs. Why install wrong parts? It only delays the repair time. Plus no one wants to pick-up their car, just to bring it back so it can be finished. It seems that they are in the rush to get the cars out. Well, repair it properly the 1st time. Make sure that parts are installed correctly and working properly. Then call the customer for pick-up. Or maybe my car was too complicated for this body shop. I want my car to look good. So I know I'll need to spend some time to make some adjustments/correct fitments/etc. Nothing major. :) However I don't think I'll be coming back, unless its warranty related issue. read more
