Everything was well communicated and repairs were great. Great customer service and great work. Would definitely use them again.

1. Bad customer experience. The lady and manager lied about status of the car, in order to push the responsibility, they lied and said my headlights are not OEM parts. But we checked the headlights are OEM. 2. Low quality after market parts, the parts are flimsy and have big gaps, not aligned. 3. Bad labor work, we even noticed there are missing screws. read more

Horrible!! I needed to fix a small dent in my front valance. Quoted over $2000 as Caliber wanted to replace my fender (not needed) AND replace my front bumper (also not needed). What I actually needed and had done elsewhere was to pop the dent back out in the front valance and pop back into place. 30 min max repair. No where near $2000. The honest repair shop only charged $150. Thats what it should be. I am not stupid Caliber. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, avoid Caliber! Or do your own research to insure you are not astronomically over charged. Horrible business and behavior. I am appalled! read more

Caliber Collision - No scratches just mud smears - Body Shops Near Me - Parker, Colorado

Brenda and the team were amazing! It was easy to drop off my car. She treated me as if I was her only customer and they beat the origional estimate on when I'd have my car back. My Bronco looks amazing, like new! Thanks for a job well done! read more

I had a little work done at this location, and the people and service were awesome. Brender and Greg, in particular, made sure the job was done well and on time. ~Williams read more

Holy Cow, I just had a horrible experience at this branch. First, I showed up a half hour early to my appointment hoping to just drop the car off. The front desk person, Arianna, was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me I had to wait. I informed her that I could'nt. And just have Brenda call me if she needed me. This was apparently unacceptable. So I left, and came back at 9. (we live about a mile away) Where Brenda, started yelling at me that I left mad. And that i needed to be there to be checked in. Becasue she couldnt trust me, and that I may try and make her buy me a new windshield. Which had nothing to do with the damage. She was literally yelling at me for a few minutes. As she was walking around and opening doors, She slammed my door into another car in her lot. Thats when I asked for my keys and left. It was like one of those videos you see on the internet where the feral "karen" goes nuts. The reason I gave this place two stars and not one, is because when i originally got the estimate a few weeks ago, they were very nice and thorough (different people) and when I spoke to their regional manager today to inform him of what happened. He was very nice, and tried to accommodate our needs at another store. Unfortunately, I just cant bring my business to a place that acts this way. And its extra inconvenient because this shop is literally a mile down the road. Luckily, I have great insurance, and I can bring the vehicle to another shop. Wth, Mondays :) read more

Well it all started with a warm greeting from Berkeley at the front desk. She introduced me to Brenda that inspected my vehicle and wrote up my repair order. The completed the work on time and when I came to pic my care Up is was absolutely perfect. On top of that you know when you bring you car into service at most place and the supposedly return it to you all cleaned up, well when I got mine back it was as clean as the day I picked it up when I purchased it. It was picture perfect. Berkshire, Brenda and the Team at caliber Collision do a fantastic job. Katherine and Brenda Rock. 5 Stars is not enough to represent my experience. From the minute I walked in my expectations were set and met by Katherine and Brenda. read more

Scheduled an estimate with Danielle Kukucza-White January 31st 2022 and in her questioning I did answer that I was NOT using insurance. Afterwards I spent time uploading photos according to the instructions I was given. Today March 3rd, I was called 45 minutes before the appointment by a lady named Brenda (who refused to provide last name and hung up on me) and told the current policy is ONLY to work with customers using insurance. After being hung up on twice by Brenda, I was able to speak with John Doramus who wouldn't acknowledge his employees mistake or complete the estimate and service without insurance as I was promised in January. I've spent over a month and shared my info with a garage when I could have spent the time and energy going elsewhere without an issue. As a person who does respect peoples time, I felt the story was worth sharing about a business that does NOT respect customer's time. read more

Crystal really answered all of our questions professionally and with courtesy. I highly recommend this store. read more

They did a great job on my hail repair. I was very happy with the shop. Kept me informed and was done in a timely manner.

They did a good job fixing our car that got in a hit and run accident recently. They worked with our insurance so we didn't have to do anything. They did forget to install a little button that covers the screw on the car door handle. But once they were alerted of the issue, they sent someone to our home to install that missing piece. Great customer service on their part! The only negative thing I would say about this place is that they can get very busy here. It took a while for them to get the car back to us. read more

Caliber Collision just completed some warranty work on my Ford Explorer, which was a follow up to a repair from a few years ago. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation, Justin, in particular, was amazing to work with. Their work is excellent and their high level of follow up and support is, honestly, rare these days. I recommend them highly. read more

Can't say enough good things. Someone hit me from behind causing frame damage to my 2 month old Tahoe. I was apprehensive as to how it would go but these guys were on time and everything has been great!! About 18 months later I had an AC issue that was causing a leak from the repair (shocked and pleased that this has Ben the only issue given the scope of the repair). They came picked it up and had everything fixed the same day. Justin is the manager and was great to deal with. No matter how big or small these guys are fantastic!! read more

I have to say, from the time I called to make an appointment for my repair to pick up, Calliber in Parker is the best! I worked with Brenda and not only is she professional, but she is kind and considerate. I like that she updated us every few days, but it only took less than a week for my repair, which I thought would take a lot Longer! read more

Thank you Brenda and everyone who helped work on my car, the tire came off of my 2012 Ford Explorer while driving 60 mph on i25 and the insurance process was so painful, but the repair went so smooth. Brenda communication with me was very timely and accurate, the repair was faster tthen the insurance and they didn't give me any hassle when I had to keacr my car there untill the payment was settled. When I got my car back today the reel air was perfect and it looks like ttgey detailed the entire interior. I am extremely impressed as incredibly grateful. read more

Scheduled an appt via online for an in person quote. Their assistant immediately called me and asked if I was going though insurance. I told her no and then she replied they can't see me until the end of March. I guess I'm not as profitable as going through insurance since I'm paying repairs out of my own pocket. Not a great experience right off the bat. read more

Had a mis-understanding occur on some additional work I wanted done while the car was there for a fender bender. After learning what had happened they went above and beyond to correct the situation and create a Raving Fan! We all make mistakes - it's how we handle them that makes a statement of who we are! Great place - highly recommended:-) read more

If I could give 0 I would we have tried for 4 weeks to get an estimate on our 2004 vehicle that only had liability insurance wanted and estimate to see how much it would cost to repair sent online was told needed to make an appointment waited 2.5 weeks to get in and called about the tow (due to radiator busted and overheating when drove)-told us we could only drive it in could not tow our vehicle to get an estimate--BUT if we went through insurance we could have it towed there....DISCRIMINATION against us paying cash What the hell. Would not even trust them to fix it now. Already did a sub par on an insurance claim couple years ago...Good riddins Caliber don't be a sucker to these guys. read more

What an amazingly good repair experience. I was expecting a months long process since I have an older truck and parts are not made for it anymore. Caliber told me it would be ready in two weeks and it was done in less than that. They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my truck. Christina and Brenda guided me through the process, communicated almost every day about progress, and worked to get my truck home since I travel for a living. 5 stars to the techs who repaired the truck too, excellent paint match for a almost 20 year old truck. THANK YOU! read more

The people at Caliber Collision go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I had a problem with my car after they did a great hail damage repair. I had to bring it back 3 times but they finally got it all fixed and never made me feel like I was being too picky. They sincerely care about customer satisfaction. Jason, the manager was a pleasure to deal with as were everyone else that we had dealings with. Thank you! First time I've ever written any review about anything. read more

My vehicle wasn't the same after I received it back from Caliber. I made an appointment w the Manager Justin to have the Mechanic look over my car. They were to order a strut and wheel bearing over 3 weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. Never again will I do business w this company. read more

This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision for repairs. Once again these folks did an outstanding job. Great communication, great price, and the quality of workmanship was very impressive! Thank you! read more

I just called to get an estimate on hail damage on my car. They immediately asked me what insurance company I was using and said they require a claim number. I told them I needed to know the cost of the repair to see if it's worth opening a claim on my insurance since I have a $1000 deductible. My own insurance company told me to do that before opening a claim for the hail damage! They refused to schedule me an appointment for the estimate. Maybe they think I won't be a big enough check?! read more

After our Honda CRV got rear ended, we took it to Caliber on Pine Lane and from start to finish the customer service and completed work was excellent. The quote was about what we expected so no surprises there. They kept me informed of progress the whole time and finished on time. Highly recommend. read more

Took my wife's car to get the rear bumper repair. Staff was great and courteous. My only gripe about this location is that the adjuster misquoted it because he didn't see or noticed that I had silver panel. So I had to wait another few days until they part and come back. So far the quality of the paint was good and it matched the car. read more

Typical body shop with little to no customer service. Why can't you give me a simple repaint estimate over the phone? Why do you need my address and phone number in order to take my call? read more

Staff was friendly, on time and very good about communicating. Overall, we are very pleased with the work.

Justin and the receptionist were so helpful and friendly. They deserve to be acknowledged. We were taken care of right away and our issue was addressed in a timely manner. Excellent service and would recommend them to anyone. I really appreciated both of them. read more

What luck choosing Caliber Collision in Parker. Even better luck having Brenda as my estimator. She honestly knows what she's doing and gives you the straight scoop. Nothing sugar coated, no high hopes or crazy promises. Just the facts. She did her best and kept the cost at estimate and delivered the car on the date promised. and then.... They detailed my car completely inside and out! WOW. Their not the cheapest nor the most expensive, what they are........ is the best. read more

They did a fantastic job on our car!!! Our car was stolen and completely trashed, it looks new now. The customer service was superior, and the updates to let us know the progress was phenominal. We will definitely be recommending Caliber Collision. read more

This place is efficient with their appointments and getting the job done quickly. This was the quickest I have ever seen body work done on any of my cars so I was worried it wouldn't look good, but it looks like absolute perfection. This was a huge mess on our side, but they made the process as easy as possible with their contribution. read more

I asked the lady behind the counter if someone could give me an estimate to repair my passenger side mirror on my Buick SUV. She told me it would be two weeks before I could get this estimate. She also told me I needed to make an appointment to have it done! I've done business with these guys before and never had to make an appointment to get an estimate. Unbelievable way to do business. I went to Abbra and it took 10 minutes and I was treated well. THANKS ABBRA! read more

What a joke. Waited two weeks to get an estimate. Had a 4:00 appointment, called ahead of time to confirm. Arrived at 4:00 and check in with receptionist. She calls, then pages Kyle, my estimator. I am the only person in the waiting room. Two more people arrive to settle their claim and pay. The receptionist begins small talk with them and an estimator comes up and begins chatting with the three of them as well and two more people show up. These two people are helped immediately and then the chatty group of four goes back to talking. Person six arrives, a female, and the receptionist asks if we are together?!?! I haven't left her line of sight & she has forgotten handing me a little brochure and getting my file. Now person six is being helped by another estimator. Strange, I was on time and the only person in the waiting area at 4:00, now I am the only person that hasn't been assisted. If that's my first impression, I will go elsewhere. read more

I could not have asked for better customer service than I received. After my new truck was hit in the parking lot of the sheriffs department (hit and run, video camera couldn't see who hit me ... perhaps a sheriff), I was less than happy with another local body shop. I made an appointment with Caliber and I was greeted by Chase. He was right on time and spent a lot of time going over all the specifics of the damage. I had vinyl wrapped bumpers (Toyota TRD) and Chase went out of his way to find the right company to make sure the bumper was done perfectly. Chase was great at staying in touch and keeping me up to date on progress. Hands down, best customer service I have had anywhere in Parker! I had read a few not so good post but I could not be more pleased! I can't recall the name of the gal at the front desk but she is great and super efficient! She's very knowledgeable about all of the insurance as well. Caliber took care of everything with my insurance company! Thanks for a great experience! read more

I had a rough experience dealing with the company that damaged my car, but they had me deal with Calliber Collision and Chris was outstanding! He was patient and informative and helpful throughout the process. He even stayed very late so that he could accommodate my pick up time since I have a job that potentially causes me to stay late. I can't thank him enough. Great job! Great customer service!! (And my car looks great too!) read more

This staff is top-notch! Auto repair is always stressful for me after an accident, but this staff keeps you well informed at every step. On the day I was supposed to get my car back, they noticed a scratch and reworked the damaged area. They worked with the rental company so there were no interruptions my ability to get around or extra fees out of my pocket. Fantastic customer service!!! The work completed was great and my car looks new again. I'm definitely coming back if the "great" CO drivers decide that my car should look differently again. read more

I should write reviews more often. But rather than ever writing anything negative, I choose to focus on the positive. When I did not have a good experience (I was not a priority simply because I was not going to go through my insurance) at a different Caliber Collision, I was reading the reviews for this Pine Caliber Collision in Parker. I read the interaction between an unsatisfied customer and Justin Dargahi (one of I believe managers at this location). Justin worked to accommodate the unsatisfied customer as well as demonstrate a genuine concern. I called Justin and shared my concerns about the previous Caliber Collision I had worked with, in that, they could not accommodate the timeline I needed to get my car back. My repair was not that big of a job. And to not be able to guarantee I would get it in four days, as I needed it for a trip, with little to no regard about my concern, I reached out to Justin. I understood the reason I could not get a guarantee, was simply because I was paying out of pocket. Justin Dargahi, at the Pine Caliber Collision, was amazing! Truly a leader! 100% cares about Customer Service. He agreed to accommodate my schedule. I dropped off the car this morning, and he took the time to meet me personally. I will forever take my vehicles to this Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision has a reputation for doing good work, but if the customer service is not appropriate, it really drops the overall respect for a company. Thanks JUSTIN! YOU ROCK!!! read more

I have State Farm insurance and this was one of the body shops they work with. My rear gate was crushed after being rear ended by an SUV. I had a wonderful experience with their staff and the service they provided was excellent. They kept me updated and had me back in my car before their original estimated time. I'll be happy to return here if I ever need body work again. read more

Wonderful, helpful people. Had a minor repair issue that they handled with no charge.

I have used this location a number of times and have had nothing but great experiences. They not only repair my car in the estimated timeframe, but the quality of work and service is spectacular! Justin is extremely helpful and is excellent at keeping the communication open. He does not make promises he can't keep and he does great work. I do and would recommend this location to anyone! read more
