The whole shop was great helping my family out when we were in a tight spot with our minivan. Justin made sure the repairs were done right and didn't over charge me. Very friendly atmosphere. read more

I've been waiting almost 8 weeks for a job that was supposed to take 3 weeks. I was told they could start working on my car immediately, which is why I brought my car to Caliber in the first place. After 2 weeks, I finally got the call that they had just started to work on it. I have had to pay for a rental car for this entire time and still don't have my car. Even though repairs are completed, they said they will not release the car because they haven't received payment from my insurance. Today, my insurance agent said the reason they haven't paid the remainder of the claim is because Caliber only billed them for it yesterday. This has been beyond frustrating, with one delay after another. Blame has been placed on my insurance, the busy season, and parts that are taking an unusually long time to arrive. It's a Ford Fusion, not a Model T. How difficult can it be? Unless they have done a stellar job repairing my car AND offer to help me cover my extended car rental costs, I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I've had better experiences with other auto body shops. Used this shop only because of my auto insurance. By using insurance selected auto body shops, I get lifetime warranty. I think over all this shop is OK. Workers are very nice and I like weekly updates about the process. However they are not paying attention to customer requests and not paying attention to the parts being installed/used for repairs. Why install wrong parts? It only delays the repair time. Plus no one wants to pick-up their car, just to bring it back so it can be finished. It seems that they are in the rush to get the cars out. Well, repair it properly the 1st time. Make sure that parts are installed correctly and working properly. Then call the customer for pick-up. Or maybe my car was too complicated for this body shop. I want my car to look good. So I know I'll need to spend some time to make some adjustments/correct fitments/etc. Nothing major. :) However I don't think I'll be coming back, unless its warranty related issue. read more

The work done on my vehicle was done very professionally and it looks like a brand new vehicle after the repair was done on it. Also I appreciate the time they took to clean my vehicle inside and out. Thank you for all you did!!!! read more

I had an accident recently where I was run off the road and I side swiped a metal reflector post on the side of the road, and my passenger side mirror was completely knocked off. The person who ran me off the road stopped and took responsibility, so his insurance fully covered all repairs. American Family gave me a list of preferred repair shops near my home in Parker. Years ago my wife had an accident and we used a shop we really liked called Global Collision, so we wanted to use them again, but when we called Caliber answered the phone (I guess they sold their business). They are actually in a different building in the same general area. Anyway, American Family said Caliber was a preferred shop and I could use them. My wife took over my car, a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium (only 5k miles on it at time of accident) for them to look at. They were great, and actually found more damage that I had not noticed. The rim on my front tire was badly scratched, the paint on my fender was scraped and had green sign paint on it, and the glass on my passenger window had a scratch in it. We dropped off the car and they had everything fixed like new in 3 days. They completely replaced all damaged parts with new pieces, including replacing the side window where they also re-tinted it to exactly match my other windows. I had a clear bra on the mirror which they replaced, and they even went above and beyond by also replacing the clear bra on my drivers side mirror which the Ford Dealer had put on for me for free, but had done a bad job because it had started to peel up at the edges. I also got a brand new rim. It seriously is like nothing ever happed to my car - which is a big deal to me since the car is only 6 months old. What really wowed me though was that they completely cleaned not just the outside, but also the inside of my car too. I have weather tech floor liners which were way over due for a cleaning - full of that melted snow dirt and rocks that builds up in your car in our Colorado winters. The mats were sparking clean, as was everything else in the car. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job that was finished when they said it would be. I highly recommend them. read more

This place is awesome! My car had gotten broken into and was not drivable about a month ago. I decided to have my car fixed here after all the great reviews they had and I'm glad I did! Everyone was super helpful, but Chase especially was! My car took about a month to fix (insurance's fault) and the entire time Chase made sure I stay updated on a day to day basis on the progress of my car. Chase even went on vacation for a few gays and made sure someone else was keeping me updated while he was gone! All the mechanics as well as Chase also made sure my car was done before I had to return my rental car which meant a lot to me! Finally have my car back, everything looks great and is running great. The customers best interests are seriously these guys #1 priority and goal. I will be taking my car here in the future if ever needed! read more

Best customer service and repair! They keep you up to date during the repair process to let you know how things are going and how long til completion. They give an accurate estimate of when work will be complete. They give you your car back in the best shape! They also clean the outside of the car. Will go here again in the future and recommend to everyone. They also took my insurance. read more

They do estimates and repair for USAA insurance as a preferred repair shop but you don't get an estimate and repair at the same time as they're too busy. USAA insurance adjuster set up a rental car for same day as first appointment, a friday, with the caveat that if they were not going to start repairs that day wait until after the weekend to get the rental. Caliber then informs that work won't start for another month. So military families don't trust that your family will be taken care of and be safe with this company, they would rather take care of cosmetic damages (recent hail damages in Denver/Parker area) where the $$$$$$ are. My daughter in tears told the receptionist well maybe I better cancel cause can't wait for a month with no front turn signal and water could get into electrical system, then called back a few minutes later to say OK i'll go ahead to which they informed her that now it would be 2 or 3 months until estimate and repairs start. What's that some kind of punishment? USAA insurance adjuster then called another shop (not a Caliber) and got her an estimate and repair to start in 2 weeks. read more

A lack of customer service! I actually talked to several layers of management before I wrote this review, hoping to have a great customer service experience, however in the end didn't happen. This is the first time I've used Caliber collision. I normally use Abra. Each time we have gone to Abra for our cars, they are fixed to perfection and we are treated like gold. I would have gone back but they're 6 months out on repair because they are such a popular repair shop. So I took a chance and tried caliber. My most important area of concern was the quality of their work as well as their ability to work with our insurance These areas being met, the only thing left that gives the customer a great feeling is the way you area treated. Over three months, I had three service conversations. Each time it was with a new employee (front desk)who had just started. needless to say, they were overwhelmed and unorganized. My hail damage repair was not complicated, yet each visit I waited between the 35-45 minutes to get the right person to help me. Each person seemed too busy and tired. No smiles and lots of "sorry for the wait" Even though I called ahead and had an appointment. In the end, when I finally picked up my car, the car was not cleaned and had a layer of dust where they supposedly "popped out" the hall damage. I pointed this out and he said they cleaned it. It was ridiculous. I called the regional manager to let him know that the staff needs to focus more on the customers experience, i. e. clean the car before delivering. He was basically defended the staff. saying they were "burned-out and exhausted" from the large amount of work they were getting. I said "that's when your staff just needs to dig down deep and find a way to make the customer feel important." Otherwise, companies like Abra well become "Great" and caliber will just become a memory. read more

We had damage to our roof rack that was going to cost about $1000 to fix. The rep said "let me try something." A little while later he was back. He fixed it for no cost read more

I brought my car here after it was rear-ended. Very professional, very courteous and great results. They had my car done early and when I picked it up it was repaired and looking like new, waxed and clean. Believe me, not all body shops do this. I'll definitely bring my car here again if it needs work. read more

This place is awesome. They fixed my car and it looks like new! They kept me informed via texts and phone calls, so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. The staff is very friendly. Justin D was my service rep,he was great! He made sure I was happy with my car when I got it back! They worked hard to get my car back very quickly. I hope I never have to go back but if I ever need repairs or body work, I will be back to Caliber Collision in Parker, CO. read more

Jonathan was my service advisor and he was great. He thoroughly explained the process to me and the time. He was able to fit me in as I was transferring out of the area shortly and did not have much time left to schedule. This was a a great experience in repair of my car. read more
