I called AutoStream at a friends recommendation and I am so glad I did! They got me in for a free quote same day and said they would be able to schedule me as soon as I was ready. I needed a full hood replacement (and more...) on my 2009 Jeep due to an accident and with the age and color of vehicle the paint match was a challenge. They were so sweet and much more thorough evaluating the damage than their competitors in the area. Rick and Alex are some of the nicest gentlemen I've ever worked with in my car owning life. As a young female it's very hard to find people in the industry that are transparent and treat me with respect. Alex organized the financially responsible party and took care of everything. He was in contact with me regarding my vehicle readiness and schedule as often as I needed. He even ran my engine light code (which of course turned on on my way over) and recommended a mechanic they partner with. My mistake was asking the dealer I bought my black Tundra from to buff it before I arrived to drive it home. I was less than pleased. They left swirl marks and buffing compound all over it, and it just didn't look good. Luckily, Rick and his guys at Autostream 360 were here to help! After talking to them, i agreed to have them buff the truck again, do a paint correction, and ceramic coat it. They started the repair, and called me to let me know that there were several dents that needed some PDR work. I agreed to have them do that as well. I couldn't be happier with the finished product! Your team did a great job repairing the hail damage on my Expedition, but most of all, you were honest and transparent throughout the entire, bureaucratic process of dealing with my insurance company and repairing my vehicle. You also made yourself available whenever we needed to contact you. Customer service like this is almost extinct these days....perhaps you should teach a class or give a seminar on customer service through the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. Was looking for PDR in the area nearby and found Autostream so figured id give them a call to see if they could pop out a small ding in my roof on my BMW M5. Rick answered and told me to bring it on by right away so i did. When i got to his shop he was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Very different experience from most other businesses. He showed me how he gradually works each dent and fixed a few incorrections on my roof. Fixed the dent perfectly! Very friendly guy and was cool to just chat with in general. Found Autostream 360 on Yelp and after reading the great reviews and decided to give them a call. After a quick on site review of the work and estimate with a thorough explanation of the work and challenges that may come up it was obvious the experience Rick and his team had. While they cautioned me that my dent was creased and potentially in a difficult spot to reach they indicated they could get my car back to 95%. Their 95% is perfect. The repair was flawless and you would never know a dent ever existed. And their quote was exactly what I paid. My '16 4Runner needed repairs following a collision to the passenger side front/rear doors and rear quarter panel. I got hail damage on my 2019 Ram 1500 that had less then 300 miles on it :( Rick did a great job on getting the truck back to looking new again. They had to drop the headliner which made me very nervous since those things are never the same once they are taken apart. But they did a great job and It all looks good as new.
