Absolutely don't go here!!!! Managed by someone who clearly does not care about the customer. I came by earlier in the day to get a tire looked at and they said they could fix it so went and got a ride and dropped it off to get it fixed and then they said they could not fix the tire. Although Discount owns Tire Rack, they are completely disjointed when it comes to online orders, populating the customer account, and installing the tires. Huge disconnect as the systems don't integrate together and it took nearly 35 minutes to physically track down the tires in the shop, to then populate the tires into our profile and the. Get work started. Once that all finally got resolved the tires weee installed in u set an hour which is acceptable. This place is managed and operated by a total bro-crew. We got a flat on a Saturday. Dropped off the car and were told it could be fixed. Got a call later saying it couldn't be fixed but they put on the spare and we're ordering a replacement tire. They said it should arrive on Monday and they would call us when it arrived. Tuesday afternoon arrives. Still no call. We call to check in and are put on hold for 15 minutes then are told that they are researching the order and will call us back. Surprise, we never get a call back. I have to call three times Wednesday (being told every time I'll get a call back in 5 minutes and never get a return call) before someone tells me the tire will arrive Thursday morning and I will get a call when it is delivered. We end up getting a text Wednesday night around 5:30 saying that our car is in line to be fixed. We call to make sure it's not a mistake and the agent is surprised that they do not have the key or the car at the location because we were told the tire wasn't arriving till Thursday. Horrible communication. No management in place at all. There is a Big O two exits down that know how to work with people. Don't waste your time here. read more

Ordered tires and set the appointment for 11/7 (today) on 10/30. Then had to go into the store for a repair due to picking up a nail. They checked my appointment and finalized the order for the tires. Set for 8:45 am today. Received multiple reminders of my appointment. Took the morning off work for this. Showed up a hair before 8a. They didn't have the tires. They didn't have any close access to the tires. Then they tried to put me into some different tires which I VERY much did not want. Edit 2: Well after having gone back to try and get things canceled, I was convinced by one of the associates to work with them for a discount on one of the tires. Stupid for not checking the price online. It's on sale for an additional $200 off the price they gave me. On top of that once I got my truck back at home I come to realize they took all of my tire caps and the wheel hub for the front right driver because it's a TRD. I have to go back here for the fourth time in two weeks after they told me it would be a one-day process. Don't be waiting in their line. It is absolutely insane how I can spend as much money as I did and still receive no single degree of communication from this company unless I drive all the way to the store. At present, I am driving to the store to cancel with them because it is taken two weeks to receive the tires for the second time because they gave my tires away the first time, instead of calling me back. I made a 4:45pm appointment on Thursday for a tire check because my back tire had air leaking due to metal from a construction site. Colin welcomed me in and checked me into my appointment right away. He was very attentive to helping me resolve my car tire, but at the same time very friendly in making small talk. He told me about 40 minutes and my car would be ready. I got a notification that my car was done earlier and ready to be picked up. Colin informed me that they needed to replace my tire, but my warranty helped cover most of the cost and I was all set! For someone that has been a customer and spending thousands of $ for over 2 decades there is no reward for loyalty from Discount Tire. I had a nail in the tire, of course too close to the edge to plug, they ordered the new tire, I paid for it and they called me later in the day to let me know the tire was ready for replacement. I show up, they put me into a line queue and then finally get called after standing in line for 20 mins. and then tech asks if we can 'take a look' at the same tire the morning tech determined needed replacing. he goes through the ritual of measuring the tire tread... on a tire that was to be thrown away! I've already paid for the new tire that was delivered to the store. Come on guys, this is ridiculous! At the time of writing this I've been waiting for 2 1/2 hours and my vehicle hasn't even entered the bay. I could have done this all myself 2 hours ago. He considered it a teaching and mentoring moment for his team to prevent others from having the same experience I had. These guys are the best at customer service and go above and beyond! I came in with a nail in my tire and low pressure. Turns out the wheel lock for my tires was at home, so they couldn't do anything until I got it. They had someone drive me to get the wheel lock so I didn't have to drive on my bad tire, and got everything all set up for me. After having a very bad blowout last year, I was a bit terrified at the thought of having another one so this meant a lot to me. I think the manager's name is Bill and the employee who drove me was Ivan, and I can't thank you and everyone else there enough! I'll be back soon as I need new tires! read more

I am no longer recommending or using discount tire. If you own a Subaru I would suggest avoiding the Monument and Castle Rock locations. both locations have sheared off lugs while working on my vehicle. Monument 2x CR once. They claim Subaru lugs are easy to break. So instead of taking extra care, like hand threading and using a torque wrench to tighten them, they really don't care about the customers time and they use an impact wrench which easily cross threads the lug and breaks it off. This has happened the last 3 times I have been there. They don't seem to think it's an issue. They just give you a pre printed form to go to brakes plus to get it fixed. Each time at brakes plus I've waited 1:45-2:15 minutes for the repair, resulting in about 5-1/2 hours total. Their total disregard for my time is ridiculous and they really don't think it's a big deal. The store manager at the Monument store made a claim with corporate. They sent me an email but never followed up even after I followed up with them three times. I was a 30 year customer. So if you value your time and drive a Subaru, I would find a better company that cares about taking care of their customers. read more
