Before I knew it, the A/C had been topped off and it still wasn't the top of the hour. All I can say is fantastic service from this shop. $70 for a synthetic oil change for the Subie, plus the additional cost for A/C service. I recently changed oil in our vehicle after the…read morelast change done by Jiffy Lube -- my wife who knows nothing about cars decided to take it here instead of just letting me take care of it like I normally do. Jiffy Lube left the washer off the oil drain plug, then over-torqued it to make it not leak since the washer was missing! They also didn't bother opening the oil canister drain and replacing that O-ring like they were supposed to (WTH, the small o-ring COMES with the new filter -- guess they just threw it away?). Then adding insult to injury, they didn't bother resetting the maintenance interval. I ended up changing the oil with only 2000 miles because the oil change maintenance message came on. After I had changed the oil I pulled the sticker Jiffy Lube puts on the window and happened to look at it. Come on, resetting oil maintenance on vehicles with a maintenance computer is a STANDARD PART of an oil change! It's even called out in the maintenance manual. But hey, if they can't put on a drain plug washer -- and somehow think torquing down way beyond specs is OK...how could I expect them to do something simple like resetting computer? Go somewhere else.
