Thanks to Charles at Service Street for identifying the issue with a physical inspection and test drive: a faulty lower pan gasket that had been replaced just a few months prior by my former auto repair shop and the rattle on acceleration from the exhaust manifold that was not torqued correctly. Charles also suggested that the repair should still be under warranty. And he was correct on all accounts: the former repair shop replaced the pan gasket and properly torqued the exhaust manifold at no cost. No more leaks. No more rattle. Why this was an issue for me is CBA is not open on the weekends, so not knowing if u would have a car less than 1 hour before closing on Friday (6PM) was concerning. - The parking lot is TIGHT and it was hard to turn around to find an available spot due to how the lot is configured. Would I return? - 100% yes. Now I know how CBA works, I can better set my personal expectations that I will not have a car for the entire day after drop off (I dropped off at 9AM). Not a huge concern - just understanding the playbook. I do recommend CBA for car repairs. Were they pricey? I say yes, but no more than other places I've been to in Castle Rock. Plus, I love that they provided upfront costs in their message and that I was easily able to approve or deny.

Service details: I paid $180 for initial diagnostics, during which I was told there was an 80% probability that the problem was my battery cables. I then paid $235.19 for new battery cables, but it did not resolve the issue. A subsequent diagnosis costing $359.98 identified a bad ground wire, which was then repaired by tapping in a new wire. Additional observations from my service experience: When I collected my vehicle, I noticed what appeared to be a black, grease-like substance on the exterior door handle that was not present when I dropped it off.
