Terrible! Woodman Way in Parker location for USAA appt. Showed up for my confirmed appt and after a 30 minute wait they told me no estimate on when they would be out of a meeting to see me and to reschedule. No one had the decency to even speak to me but the receptionist. Not with other customers or busy but in a meeting!! Bad referral for USAA. Terrible. read more

Nicklas Lopez at the 8420 S Colorado Blvd location reviewed my front bumper, lightly damaged from a parking lot "bump" from another car. He was patient, pleasant and professional while confirming only cosmetic damage. The 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe is a daily driver with plenty of wear and tear. Nicklas confirmed no structural damage and mentioned that repairing one portion of the bumper to "like new" condition or appearance would require treating the whole bumper for consistency. That would cost over $1,000, for which I felt unnecessary to ask the offending driver to pay given the overall condition of the car. On hearing this, Nicklas generously offered to get some tools and buff out the light superficial scratches from the bumper and headlight, including the opposite headlight so as to have them match now that the "damaged" one looked better than the other! My experience was that Nicklas professionally and personably represented a fair, honest business which I recommend without hesitation. read more

Caliber recently repaired my vehicle after I was hit, I was devastated because it was a brand new vehicle. I was worried it wouldn't look the same as it did brand new. They did a fantastic job. My car looks great and I was kept in the loop about everything. I'm so grateful that it came out so good. Brenda called me every few days with updates and made sure I knew what was going on and when to expect it to be finished. It was finished faster than promised as well but with no compromise to quality of work. I definitely would recommend for vehicle repairs. I now fully understand all the five-star reviews for Caliber Collision. They were recommended by USAA for repairs on my vehicle after a break-in attempt to steal my car. This shop quickly sourced all the necessary parts, and Brenda kept me informed throughout the entire process. When they realized that they couldn't complete the detailing to their standards, they transferred my car to a facility that could fully detail it and remove the glass and debris from the interior. My vehicle was returned to me better than new and you can't tell it all that anything ever happened to it. I highly recommend this place, and I believe you'll be pleased if you choose to give them a try. read more

Definitely avoid caliber on Woodman Way in Parker. I took my Jeep in for pretty minor body repair work in February 2024, which took a couple of weeks. They were ok at communicating during this time, but I found Brenda to be a bit unprofessional even during this time. At the end of this period, there was a part that was unavailable and would need to be ordered. The way it was left is that I would pick up my jeep, they would order the part and call me in a few weeks when it came in. Fast forward to mid June, I have heard nothing. I call and am told I will get a call back... nothing. I give them a week and call again. I am given the "I tried calling but your phone wasn't working" - apparently they had the wrong number, even though they had my file and had always called/texted the correct number in the past. I am told that the part is available in the area for ordering if I wanted to go ahead with it, and they quote me a price. I ask about this, because I remember that it was supposed to be ordered and then I was going to be called when it came in. Brenda tells me, we did order it but you got mad at us and said you were taking it some place else... to be fair, I did say this because again, their professionalism the first time wasn't awesome. BUT the way things were left was that they would order the part and call me when it came in. Save yourself the trouble and the drama and avoid this place! read more

Avoid this collision center if possible. Someone's kid opened their door into my driver door causing a significant dent. The door panel needed to be replaced and since I didn't see how bad the damage was until after we had left the people who caused the damage, I didn't have their insurance information. Therefore, we had to pay the $500 deductible from our insurance claim. Our insurance paid their portion prior to pick up and we owed a remaining amount of $500 to Caliber which we paid upon pick-up on Chase credit card. We received our receipt of payment and took the car home. 2 months later, I received certified mail from Caliber stating that I still owed $100 of the $500. I checked my credit card, it still showed the $500 payment to Caliber so I called them and spoke with the manager, Delilah. Delilah informed me that "my bank had pulled back $100 of the $500 balance and that I needed to pay it to avoid being sent to collections". I called my credit card company and they confirmed that they had not done that. When I asked for Delilah from Caliber to send me proof of the retracted payment, Delilah said she needed to submit a ticket to corporate. I waited 3 weeks and never heard anything. I called back and asked what the update was and she said corporate stated that I didn't owe anything anymore. This was absolutely a scam. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, and untrustworthy. Do not do business here unless you want to be ripped off. Additionally, my vehicle was dirty after the repair and there was rough brush marks/scratches where the front side fender meets the door. Damage likely caused from the installation of new door panel, I would assume. read more

I brought my car in for a repair about 9-10 months ago. The entire process was a huge pain. It took about 4 months to complete the repair because they got the wrong part. Then no one called me back when the part came in months later. It just so happened to show up right before I finally called. Then when everything was finally finished 3 months later I get charged from enterprise, comes to find out it's because they disputed my rental car charges that were billed through insurance. I started this claim in early January and her in October I'm back dealing with it. I'm never dealing with this caliber again. The one across the street actually has their stuff together. Jessie was my contact for the repair, brad apparently denied the rental(even though it was paid through insurance) Delilah helped with the rental refund. read more

I personally had a really good experience with the Abra (now Caliber) location. The front desk folks are friendly and willing to help. Dealing with the insurance company is a whole other story. If you are going to use insurance you must schedule an estimate which can be 2-3 weeks out. Then it's another 2-4 weeks before you'll typically get scheduled. The time of year and hail storms will dictate the waiting period for both estimates and getting the work done. Once I got my truck in for repairs the whole thing went very smooth much to the help of Scot who had my best interests in mind through the entire process. He was great at keeping me up on the status of the repairs. In total I think that they had my truck for two weeks which I thought was reasonable. The truck came back in great shape. The repair included installing a new tonneau cover and a fifth wheel hitch in the bed of the truck. They did a great job getting it all put back together and I'm very happy with the work! read more

Had an estimate done on July 30 for hail damage and now that insurance has processed the claim I try to schedule the repair and Caliber is not accepting and hail repairs. WTF? If you do the estimate you should agree to do the repair! Grrrr. Won't be back. read more

My car was torn apart by another caliber collision center after I initially filed for repairs under my own insurance awaiting for "who was at fault" determination. I knew it wouldn't be me but I wanted my car fixed ASAP. I called the other shop to find out the status and they were sitting on my car for 3 weeks and 3 days and they didn't bother to call me and let me know my insurance company was refusing to pay for repairs. If caliber collision had called me immediately I would have called my insurance company and rectified the problem which was merely to give a statement about what had happened. Now the at fault party's insurance steps in. The at fault driver's insurance is Progressive. The shop the car was at didn't take Progressive and so Progressive called this shop to okay repairs and had my car towed here. Mind you the original shop torn my car apart, left it in pieces and treated it like garbage and further damaged it. Less than 12 hours later I get a call from Progressive that this shop refuses to work on my car because the "other" facility is pissed at me because I chewed their asses for not letting me know what was going on. Stay away from caliber collision. Even though they bought up a bunch of independent body shops they are a horrible parent company and they think they can push you around. Well word of mouth advertising goes a lot further than you realize caliber collision. I will let anyone and everyone know your dirty tactics and how disrespectful you are. Also they damaged my car further so looking into legal recourse now. read more
