Incredible humans working here. From the customer support team to the window install team. We had an emergency window replacement...while on a cross country road trip...with a puppy...with no place to stay... they made magic and made it work and the price was incredible. Fan for life, they were great! read more

This place is definitely something different. This is the first time I have run into a shop that doesn't give you an appointment time to get your windshield replaced. However, there were some people that were coming in who said that they had appointments so it was kind of strange. I would also make sure that you pull off all of your stickers, especially ones at the apartment complexes. Want back because what you might get back is just shreds of the sticker. Also, they don't do that good of a job cleaning up the debris that are left after windshield replacement all over your dashboard. read more

Great customer service. They asked questions to make sure I got the correct windshield for my specific vehicle. It only took about an hour to replace my windshield. When they were done, I was given clear instructions for after care. Plus I have a lifetime, nationwide warranty that covers several issues that could arise with my windshield. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any glass replacement in their vehicle. read more

I stopped in at 3pm after getting a rock ding on the windshield on the highway. I wasn't sure if they could help me before closing, especially as they had several cars in the bays and in the parking lot, but they got me right in; don't think I waited more than 10 minutes. The ladies in the office were delightful and - when I got back in my car - I had a spotlessly cleaned windshield; inside and out! I will be back. read more

Easy appointment. Polite folks on the phone. Even though it's first-come first-served they don't seem to overwhelm the "appointments." I was running late and they called me to make sure I was coming. Work was done quickly and seemed to be the appropriate amount of time. Not having paid for a windshield out of pocket before the price seemed reasonable. My insurance company recommended them so it wasn't much of a gamble I'd go again when needed. read more

I got a chip repair three months ago. after the first real cold snap the windshield cracked. They don't guarantee the work and wouldn't work a deal for the replacement. The manager was kinda rude. I think they hire half way house guys out of prison that don't care about the work they preformed. Stay away from this shop. There are plenty of alternatives. read more

I had a windshield installed at your location in Lakewood, Co on June 14 2024. At the time I picked up the car, the manager told me that I would have to take it to the dealership to get it calibrated since he was unable to do so. On the following Monday, I took the car to Subaru for recalibration. At that time, Subaru informed me that there were water spots on the camera, and it could not be recalibrated. It had to be replaced. I contacted the manager and told him the situation. He offered to install a new windshield to see if he could calibrate the system. He installed the new windshield on June 18 but was unable to recalibrate the system. I've sent multiple emails and have tried phoning him with no response whatsoever. I need resolution to this problem. My car is not functioning correctly as it. It is now August and the company has ghosted me. Do not spend your money here. read more

Plan to spend your day here. Returning customer because they have good prices and the first time I came in it took just over 2 hours. But this last time I was here it took almost 4 hours to complete. People were coming in after me and getting out quicker, which goes against their "first come first serve" motto. Some of their employees will tell you an appointment time over the phone, but they don't abide by this. They only make appointments for the day, not time. Get here right at opening (8 am) to try to get out quicker, but in cases like mine, that still will not help. A simple windshield repair should not take 4 hours to complete. The only reason they received the extra star is because of the rates. About half the price of what other places were quoting. But don't listen to them when they tell you the typical wait is 1-2 hours. And honestly it is probably worth spending the little extra money to not waste your day away. If you do decide to use their business because of the price, bring something to do or drop off your car and they'll call you when they're done (I was not told about this option until they were done with my car). Headphones are highly recommended unless you want to listen to free cable tv shows from the 80s and guys snoring next to you for hours. Also you get what you pay for. You'll find glass shards and other trash from the technicians left in your car. Plus you'll notice scratches around the molding of your windshield on your paint and any plastic or other molding on your car will be loose or missing. My last windshield from them is still holding up besides me having to put my rear view mirror back up after it fell off (this current one looks like it's about to do the same already), so I'm leaving the 2 star review. But honestly by the end of this review, just go elsewhere and spend a little more. It'll be worth it. Y no entienden y no hablan español read more

Auto Glass NEVER! Absolutely, 100% the worst experience ever. They sent out the installer with the wrong glass and never called back to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, they never showed up for the reschedule. Called again, rescheduled again, and when he did not show again, I had to call the installer direct who said he though someone else was covering it. He finally came out, installed the glass, and put the wipers back in wrong. When I called to have them fix that issue, they said there was no way to put them on wrong. Awesome. No communication between any of their staff, insanely long hold times and completely jacked up the whole process. read more

Took my Land-cruiser in for new glass windshield. The place damaged my top of car along with denting my molding and breaking clips. That's probably why they used a hammer to force the molding down. They knew they damaged my car and said NOTHING!!! Then when I discovered it and called, they started throwing "legal terms" at me and got snotty as though it was my problem. Lynn was a complete ass on the phone. So now I am charged up because it is going to be $500 plus dollars for parts and labor from Toyota and they will either pay or I drag them in to see the judge. Don't bring your car here!! They are nit trust worthy or honest. They knew they damaged my Car and said nothing!!! Then they expect me to have them handle the repairs!! No way!!! read more

Horrible experience And horrific quality. Glue found on my car, big globs around the edge of the winshield and on the surrounding molding. There were scratches on the dashboard. The receiver for my remote starter was left unattached and dangling from the winshield. The glass was not completely sealed on the bottom edge. I guess you get what you pay for. I'll pay more for quality work in the future. Lastly, besides being late, the driver left immediately when he felt he could not perform this service at the location where it was parked without first speaking to me about other options. I was right there and could have moved it within a 1/2 a block to 2 other locations. read more

I've been using them for almost a decade. They have provided me with affordable windshield replacement!

After calling around to a lot of places to get pricing on a new windshield, this place was by far the best and cheapest option. There is one important tip and that is to be one of the FIRST people there. They open at 8am and we arrived by 7:30am and we were the first people in the door. I would also suggest calling ahead so that they can order your glass to ensure it is in stock and ready for your install. Even though we were the first ones in the door when they opened at 8am - it still took about an hour and a half which was about half an hour longer than I would have hoped, but I understand that each vehicle has a different time to complete. The front desk assistants were very nice and checked us in and out by explaining all of the necessary information. The location is definitely not in the easiest area to spot so be prepared as you are approaching to turn as it comes up fast on the road. read more

Terrible. Stood me up completely on the day of my appointment, then tried to tell me the service would be over $100 more than the original quote if I wanted to reschedule. An absolute scam of a place. Don't be tempted by their low prices, all they will do is waste your time and then try to charge you more. read more

I brought in my car to replace the windshield and fix a non-functional left rear window, but ended up with all my side windows unusable. The technician said that to "fix" all the windows it would cost ~$442 but the problem is that the failure of 1 window to operate does not affect the functionality of other windows -- friends and family corroborated that this should not be the case. I feel like this is an attempt to extort money from me by deliberately ruining the functionality of things that were working. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! read more

Made an appointment for 10am and was told it would take a hour and a half over the phone. When I arrived, was told it was going to be two hours. Ok, no big deal. Did not leave until after 2pm. Place is also a first class dump. Waiting room smells like cigarettes and air freshener and has hard plastic chairs, the bathroom is a bio-hazard, and the worst thing of all... the TV was playing re-runs of Night Court. Night Court for Christ sakes!!! I could not, not hear Harry Anderson's cheesy 1980's jokes. I would rather listen to Bill O'Reily debate Keith Oberman on virtues of deficit reduction economics. read more

The two ladies at the front desk BROUGHT THE WOW. They were able to get my car in the shop on the same day I called in (my window had been smashed in and other shops were saying it would take a week to get fixed). The whole process took less than an hour. read more

My rear window was smashed and I had a big crack on the front windshield. Auto Glass Now quote was HALF of Safelite and they were able to do the work that day while I waited. Unlike Safelite that told me 2 to 3 weeks. The technician completely cleaned out the glass, including behind car seats. My back seat hasn't been that clean in a long time! Thank you so much for the great attitude, great service, and great product. I've left my recommendation with our high-rise building manager for any auto glass needs. read more

I got quotes that ranged from 249-500 so I went with the $249 for mobile service (Auto Glass Now). Paid $20 extra for mobile service b/c I read too many nightmares about how long it takes in their shop. He called at 8 and said he'd be here from 10-12 but he didn't arrive til 11. There was a $9 SU fee for disposal. I said I would dispose of it myself and they said they couldn't change the price on the invoice (that's BS but whatever). They were the cheapest I could find and were able to schedule on Monday with a Thursday call. I would recommend -- with mobile service. Appointments and service don't matter!! Told them I would be there and was there at 1pm. The place was busy but I expected I was in the queue having made a 1pm appointment and wasn't told otherwise when I left my vehicle. Got a call at 3:30 about broken side trim for the windscreen (I gave tech the benefit of the doubt when told the parts were already like that) and they'd be done soon. I got back to Auto Glass Now at 4pm to find the trim pieces off but they hadn't even started on replacing the glass and told me it would be "at least another 3-5 hours". I was in the service area for about 10 minutes and no one from the office came out to see how they could improve the situation or offer to expedite service. I elected to take back my vehicle and the tech went into the office, got the keys and returned the vehicle to me. Office called me shortly after leaving, not to find out what happened or make anything right, but because their tech thought he left tools in the vehicle. Checked when I got home and no tools found. Wasn't until I got home that I realized the tech had gotten thick, sticky, black adhesive all over the drivers seat (and now my jeans), passenger side door and both pillars/trim. Would rather pay Safelite the higher price as they've always done a great job. Thought I'd save a few hundred bucks but instead wasted 5 hours of my day, still have a broken windshield and I've gotta figure out how to get that adhesive cleaned up. Bottom line: Poor communication + poor service + no concern for customers' property = STAY AWAY!!! read more

Auto glass now was great! Amazing communication. Best price in Denver hands down. Made an appointment. Dropped the car off and they had it done in just about an hour! Great work! Super friendly staff! Definitely the place to come if you need to have car windows replaced read more

I'm giving two stars because they do a good job as far as replacing your windshield however the location is is filthy, dirty and the bathrooms are a disaster. if you're the owner or the manager you should know that's terrible to wait for an hour and a half for your windshield to be replaced in a dirty filthy place. disgusting. read more

Did a great job on our 2017 Jeep Patriot. We were in and out in a flash.

I called them for a quote and was surprised with a $150 quote. when I called to confirm I was told that mobile service would be $189. I scheduled work for 4-24 from 9:00 to 11:00am. was told installer would confirm Friday AM before arrival. No call received all morning, PLUS line was busy entire morning; I even called all three of their suspicious alternate numbers which we relayed back to their busy main number. I received finally a call from their installer who said he would arrive by 2:30pm. I then cancelled order and then received an angry call from their CSR who trield to angrily dispute my issues. I then ordered new windshield from A to Z glass, a trusted installation company. Price is not always the best policy. read more

Been here a few times and you get what you pay for. Cheapest auto glass place in town by a mile. I drive about 300 miles per week and my windshields don't hold up out here in Colorful Colorado, so this place works great for a cheap and easy fix. Techs are generally pretty careless in your car, so do not leave anything in the front seat or dashboard. Do NOT sit and wait in waiting area if you are a woman by yourself. read more

Of course my windshield can't be replaced with just any windshield, I was being quoted $1200 by other placed but these guys quoted me substantially lower for a factory windshield straight from the dealer and they calibrated it. I dropped it off and picked it up later so I can't comment on the waiting time or the waiting area but who cares what it looks like? They made everything super easy with my insurance, almost too easy, I kept wondering when the bait and switch would come into play but it never did. I would gladly recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs a new windshield. read more

I was really looking forward to getting my windshield replaced here. They provided the cheapest quote and was able to get me in for an appointment rather quickly. I have a pretty large crack in my windshield and needed a replacement fast. I arrived at my 12 pm appointment on a Saturday. The receptionist confirmed my details, but to my disappointment they had the year of my vehicle wrong. I double checked the information I had sent online, thinking "Oh no, did I mess up?" No. It was all correct. Unfortunately, the glassware they had ordered would not fit my vehicle. Since it was already 12 pm on a Saturday, which is when the warehouses close, they were unable to get the proper glass for the rest of the day. Meaning I would have to wait till Monday to get it replaced. I am going on a road trip for work and must leave Monday morning before any of the shops open, hence the urgency of my appointment. I do not understand how some of the most important information was not confirmed, especially when it determines the products they order. I did not reschedule my appointment. Why would I want to have glassware installed by them if they overlook important details? read more

Called their competitor who stated that they could not complete the windshield repair as they did not supply the glass. Could not ask for better service or more professional people. read more

These guys were great. I'm definitely keeping them in my list of places to go given all the lovely rocks in Colorado complements of construction vehicles. Just like other reviews, this business has a huge problem with time management. My appointment was at 12:30 and after 70 minutes, my car wasn't even taken into the shop yet. It was still parked out front. I was told the actual installation would take 2 hours which seems excessive based on my calls to other companies. Eventually I just had to leave. If you're prepared to spend 3 or 3.5 hours, you might consider going somewhere else. I hate leaving reviews like this but I'm hoping this will drive the business to do better. read more

I needed to replace my windshield and received a very competitive quote from auto glass now. When I asked about timing to schedule my appointment, I selected an 8:00 AM timeframe. When I went to the store for my appointment on Saturday, there were probably seven or eight other people that showed up at the exact same time as me. It took about 1.5 hours of waiting before my car finally went into the shop. Once they worked on my car the process went very quickly. My only complaint is the ability to schedule a time that doesn't conflict with a bunch of other people and not knowing how long it's going to take for my car to get done. Maybe the old adage you get what you pay for comes in to play a little bit here. read more

They were supposed to come to the house today and replace the windshield. Not only did they NOT arrive but sent no text, no email and no phone call. They simply messed the appointment up, forgot about it, who knows what happened? So I called local Denver office and it goes to a call center....wonderful. The person at call center connects me with Denver office; a woman picks up and says to hold on please. Which I do, hold on, for 15 min. Then another woman comes on and says something like 'Oh I'm on a conference call but I'm the manager and will call you right back'. Thirty or forty minutes later she calls back. At this point I told her how nobody showed up and I waited about 15 min. on hold. I also mentioned that I would be finding another service to replace the windshield (which I did promptly find another service.) It's a goodly amount of money, about $600. for that service and they missed out because of incredibly crummy customer service. I'm pleased to spend my $600. at their competitor. read more

Never coming here again. You get what you pay for is true. This place was the cheapest in pricing for a reason. New name I'm giving them "auto glass WOW". Came in Friday for a new windshield and by Saturday the heating strip on the inside of the vehicle started peeling off and on the driver side directly in vision view. Monday is here and it's fallen all the way to the middle where the rear view mirror is located. Contacted the store and they said bring it in again. Most people have a job M-F 8-5, that leaves me rushing through traffic hour and finding alternative pick up from daycare because one of their technicians can't make it out to the vehicle during one of their installations. Technicians rush job shouldn't be an extra inconvenience for the customer. It's a wonder they only had 3 stars. That should have been a warning for me to pay more and go else where. Buyers be warned. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more for better quality and service. read more
