The team was friendly and responded quickly to my messages on Yelp. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a rather spartan waiting room and it is in a rather maze-like garage complex. My job took two hours which I passed by walking to the Costco at 52nd & Wadsworth. There is also a microbrewery (Someplace Else) nearby to pass the time. Pricing for glass replacement was competitive, but it was the ready availability of the replacement glass and the quick scheduling that secured the deal.

Locally owned, Quality Auto Glass , was a dream experience. The kind that often only happened when…read moreFull Service Gas Stations existed. This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. You too can be treated like a Rock Star, even if you only exist as one, on the road with the stereo cranked! This isn't their Grandma posting and sadly, I wasn't even paid for this review. I got the car back, the windshield whistles, the dashboard has cuts in it. I took the car through the car wash, and what do you know, the water sprayed in. They sealed the bottom again and I waited 4 days, went to another car wash, it still came in from the windshield. I have phots of the sliced drain line from my sunroof. At the end there was a slight issue with my car but basically it turned out to be nothing to do with the service he had provided. Didn't even matter because he spent time with me troubleshooting, which he absolutely didn't need to do, and even offered to give me a ride the following morning if the issue was still there, which, again, wasn't his fault but he didn't care instead wanting to make sure I was taken care of regardless. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. I was nothing but impressed and elated at the work he did and his willingness to assist me even though he didn't have to do so. Thanks again my guy, and folks don't waste your time elsewhere.
