Had a windshield replaced. Price was the best of multiple local companies. Sarah was very helpful with the quote, Jeremy was very communicative onsite. He worked quickly and efficiently. Great company! read more

Just had Kevin from Precision Auto swing by for a front windshield replacement for my Toyota 4Runner. He called to give a heads up of exactly when he would be here, was ontime, and did fast and high quality work. VIN # window lines up perfectly - awesome new piece of glass in less than an hour and in my drive way. Highly recommend this outfit and Kevin as well. read more

As my luck has had it I've had to use Precision 2x in the last year, but both times they've been great. My first time I got 6-7 quotes for auto glass in boulder area, and precision was just about dead center in price, but I've never had a single leak or issue w any sensors on the windshield. They've also been super quick (~30 min per replacement) and done just about all the work with my insurance, making it easy for me. read more

Very professional service, done in about 30 minutes. They were able to fix some molding issues a larger company left last time I had my window replace. Will use again! read more

The windshield seemed great, until I went to register my car in California. The installer covered up the last two digits of the VIN under the windshield with the glue used to seal it to the body. No, the DMV can't read it off the door, they have to go by the VIN under the windshield. Oh my god, this has turned into a nightmare. I now have to go through a lengthy process to verify my car through California Highway Patrol. Live and learn. Just a quick update: I now have to pay to *remove the windshield* so that the identity of my car can be verified. Precision Auto Glass suggested that I buy a fake VIN sticker off of Amazon so solve the issue. They appear to be clueless, inept, and have now cost me even more money. read more

Great service from Kevin! On-time, fast and professional. Price was very competitive with other quotes.

I first contacted Safelite. They gave me $50 off and wanted to charge me $900. I'd have to go there and leave my car for a few hours and pick it up again. Precision Auto Glass came to my house and replaced the windshield, charging me $500. There is no comparison between these two companies. Precision is by far the superior one. read more

Felt like I had to write a review, these guys don't get enough love on yelp! Called a couple places for quotes to replace the windshield on my 2005 Legacy GT. Everyone was fairly comparable, but Precision was able to price it just slightly under everyone else. They told me it would be from 10-2pm for a mobile windshield install, so I just had them come to my work. Showed up around 11am, took about an hour to install and they were done! No improperly installed parts/trim, no rattles and a nice clean no crack windshield. Good guys with good service! read more

Great service! I called to get a quote and the receptionist was so nice and helpful! She saved my name and quote and I called around a few other places. Next day I called to book and the same receptionist was quick and efficient! Got me booked for the following week. Day of service the technician was sooo quick! Other places I had called said it would take a couple hours to replace the windshield but he did it in less than 30 minutes. Not to mention they had the best rates. Great service from start to finish! read more

I am so pleased with Precision Auto Glass. I had a huge rock chip in my windshield. I requested multiple quotes from different auto glass companies, and Precision replied to my email inquiry literally within five minutes! Precision came to my office to do the repair, and was finished in less than 15 minutes. After the repair, the chip is barely visible. At first, I couldn't even find where the chip had been until the tech pointed it out to me. My previous experience with a different auto glass company was absolutely dismal, so I am very happy with the quality of work from Precision, and will be exclusively using Precision services for all future auto glass issues. Highly recommended. read more

These guys do great work. On-time; professional and no mess. Highly recommended.

My experience getting a windshield replaced was great! When I called, my appointment was made smoothly with no confusion about the process. Also, the installer was professional, courteous, had the windshield quickly replaced and was thorough in cleaning up the flakes of glass. The price for the glass and services was also on point for what I've experienced from a previous windshield replacement. It also helps that they go to your vehicle where it is parked. I'd definitely recommend Precision Auto Glass when a windshield needs fixed/replaced. I seldom remember to give reviews, but I felt compelled by their great sevice. read more

My windshield replacement mobile service was scheduled a couple days in advance for Thursday between 8AM and 12PM. I got a phone call from Andrew at 8:15AM to tell me he was on his way and to expect him soon. As soon as he arrived at my workplace, he explained what he would be doing and got right to work, finishing everything in about 20 min. He then told me not to drive for however long, no car wash the first 24 hours, etc. to make sure the installation is not tempered with in the first day, which I really appreciated because I didn't know what I could NOT do after an installation. The service was phenomenal and it is wonderful to have a shiny new windshield in such quick time. Having the warranty on the windshield if anything should happen is also a nice perk! I definitely recommend Precision Auto Glass to anyone who needs repair or replacement. read more

2000 miles from home, I needed a new windshield. Got a quote on the phone in less than 5 minutes. It was lower than the next best competitor. They had my specialty part in stock. They gave me an appointment time. They came to a place of my choosing. They installed the windshield in less than 45 minutes. They guarantee their work. read more

Precision was able to beat the quote I sent them from a competitor by more than $100. They were super responsive - I did nearly all my communication with them by email. They were able to work with my schedule. They installed both my back glass and my windshield in less than 45 minutes and I was able to drive home that afternoon with no issues. I've already recommended them to several coworkers and friends. Love how these guys do business! read more

The other auto windshield repair shop told me there was a 6-month wait list for my particular vehicle. Precision said they could come in 2 days. Decision made. They came to my office, were prompt, quick, and polite. The whole process took 45 minutes and now I have a new windshield. I would highly recommend Precision. read more

Very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait half the day for them to show up. They we're there on time and got the job done. He even cleaned all the windows in my truck. But what really sold me is that they stand behind their glass and their work, and they will not use cheap, poorly manufactured, glass. read more

Quick, reliable, fair, honest, and whatever other positive adjectives you can think of. Do not consider any other auto-glass vendors.

I have been super happy with Precision both times I've used them. Their reps are always very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I left my car in the driveway while the technician fixed my windshield and he was here only a couple of hours after I contacted them. I'm hoping to avoid any further rock hits on my windshield, but if not, they will be the first ones I call! Thanks Precision!! read more
