They got me in the same week I requested and did an INSANE job on my car. I have a corgi who basically re-creates himself out of fur once a week and half that fur has built up in my back seats (amongst other places) until I had given up all hope of a normal-looking vehicle. Well, I'm not sure what voodoo magic Josh used, but my car looks spotless and if it wasn't mine, I would have thought it came straight from the factory floor. Really grateful for the experience to meet Eddie, and to have my Porsche worked on. I recently bought a Porsche Carrera 2003, cranberry color. (Orient Red) ... , unfortunately, right after buying it, I went around the corner, and the truck next to me, splashed cement water! Combined with what looked like paint! I was horrified, and called the dealership, and without looking at it, they said "repaint"... Which I really didn't appreciate.// I took it to Eddie's, and not only was, he gracious and kind, he got the splash marks out, (!!!), and spent extra time on my rims! I've been looking to get a detail before Covid and over 2 years later I finally did. My 2016 looks brand new. I did a lot of price comparisons/checked out reviews and Eddie's came out on top! Eddie is super friendly, has you look over the vehicle before you pay, the location is easy to access from i70 and building is very clean. I did have a little tiny bit of caked on bug guts on the clear bra which I scrubbed off with some bug cleaner but otherwise the car was spotless. Everything under the hood is very clean as well. I started this review process with three stars. As I found more places Eddie missed, I have had to keep coming back and lowering the star count. Honestly, if I could go lower than one star I would. The only place that got really cleaned was me out of $325. I have found many many very obvious places that should have at least gotten wiped off. I received a detailing at Eddy's as a gift. I was a little doubtful as my 4Runner is twelve years old and shows it. Eddy did an amazing job that just blew me away. The exterior is sparkling and under the hood looks like the day it left the factory. The really impressive part is how he cleaned the interior. Plus, food was regularly consumed in the car and the inside simply hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. So we gave her a detailing at Eddie's for her birthday. When we picked up the car from Eddie's, I was astonished. Truly. I have no idea how they did it. The inside of the car looked like it had when she bought it, and the outside was clean and shiny. I had my car "detailed" here, though it's a stretch to even call the service I received a detail. It's really just an extremely overpriced car cleaning. I purchased the "complete detail service". The exterior of my car appeared to have been power washed, rather then hand washed as there was still tree sap and residue on it when I picked it up. The door jams looked like they had been hastily wiped with a wet rag, and it appears he didn't even make an effort to clean the section of the door jam up by the windows. There was also still dirt/debris in my cup holders and on my dash. Eddie also decided to charge me for dog hair removal despite the fact that I never requested it and there was little to no dog hair in my car to begin with. I know this to be certain as I haven't had a dog in my car for 5+ years. All in all I spent $370 on a service that I could have done my self in an hour or two and for less then $100 if I purchased the cleaning supplies and materials to do it. read more

I just recently had a Complete Detail completed on my small SUV. When I first drove up and saw my car in the garage, I couldn't believe how great it looked - truly, it looked like a new car from the outside! But after bringing it home and inspecting the inside, I was very disappointed. While the windows and carpets were clean, I noticed several spots that looked like they hadn't been touched. The hard plastic near the center console on both the driver and passenger side still had mud on it, the headliner looks like it was never touched, and the mats weren't even rinsed off. I checked the detail description and while it doesn't call out mat cleaning, it seems silly that for $295 and a description that essentially covers every element of the car, mats wouldn't be treated - especially when those mats would be placed on freshly shampooed carpet. Smaller compartments - like the handles on the doors - were still dirty, not all compartments (as advertised) were cleaned, and after the vents were cleaned, they didn't wipe things down so dust was scattered throughout. I ended up taking about an hour and a half of my Sunday to clean out the remaining compartments, wiping dirt off of hard plastic inside, and treating my mats. Ultimately, the lack of attention to detail was unacceptable for a $295 detail. read more
