My car desperately needed a wash after several days of rain and snow, and it turns out early morning is a great time to go! The attendant at this Cobblestone location was friendly and helpful. I wanted a few more spots cleaned off with the $15 wash but nothing I couldn't take care of with the towel stations. There was hardly anyone using that (including the vacuums) at that hour, so I could take my sweet time. Good note to self for the future! read more

The car wash itself is a bit on the pricier side and I never seem to get a fully clean car when I leave there but the vacuum and towels kind of make up for it. I signed up for a 30-day trial for $24 at this location. The attendant told me I would not be auto-billed for a recurring subscription after this trial, and I would have to opt in for the subscription. I am now seeing a $39 charge for a monthly subscription on my account. They say to cancel on their website, but there's no ability to do that even while following the instructions they've provided. Additionally, no one answered their phone when I called about this issue. I will be looking for a new car wash if they feel it's ok to lie to customers. read more

Be honest when a customer looses something there. I lost an earbud in the vacuum area and returned 15 minutes later and they said within 15 minutes they threw it in the trash and emptied all trash in big dumpster and it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. It was active and it was not in the trash can. The manager basically said to bad! We don't have it! Loser company when I was a member since they started! read more

After being a member for over a year, and over 50 washes, General Manger Adam and District Manager Tony decided all the sudden they could not wash my truck because of the roof top tent. The tent that has been through tunnel car washes hundreds of times. Car washes don't rip rooftop equipment off for no reason. Negligent employees who do not retract the top brush and wraps do. But Adam and Tony have such little faith in their staff the consumer is meant to suffer. Took my money to Take 5. They have a better detailing center and won't deny your service because you have a tent/roof box/ski/bike rack, etc. read more

The attendant in the lot was kind and offered me an air freshener and some wipes for my dashboard free of charge. My car was pretty filthy inside and the same employee made sure I was doing okay since I was there using the vacuums for quite a while, but he didn't rush me, since the vacuum is included in the price of the wash I could have stayed there all day if I wanted to. read more

I thought this car wash was great. It did the job I needed it to when my car was disgustingly gross and dirty after driving from KC to Denver. My credit card was being finicky in their machine & a worker came out to help since it wouldn't go in the machine, but I just paid in cash instead- no problem. One thing I really appreciated was that as I drove through the wash the attendant held up a little sign telling me what to do, like if I needed to adjust where my tires were or take my foot off the brake and put my car in neutral. This is a standard thing that you have to do at all drive-thru car washes, but most of the attendants just yell and it's already so loud in there with all of the wash machine parts going that it was nice to have a slightly quieter and more relaxing ride through since the attendant used signs instead of his voice to tell me what to do. read more

I would rarely leave a review like this if there's a problem, if I saw four or five stars in reviews, but seeing as how this business has less than 2.5 stars, it's not like the ownership or management is not aware of a problem. This is no reflection whatsoever for the attendants today as they were fantastic and tried everything to help and remedy my complaint, and could basically just apologize in the end. I'm attaching photos of the bugs and stuff that did not come off of my car after running it through two of the platinum most expensive car washes, I use another car wash in the area and one time is almost always sufficient. I would not recommend this car wash unless you just wanted a basic rinse down but if you want a quality wash that really removes bugs and etc, sand dries well, look elsewhere, very unhappy with this car wash, again, not an issue whatsoever with the attendants. The service from the employees was good but BEWARE!!! ask for a copy of the terms and conditions when you sign up at the facility for their monthly membership. I had signed up at the payment booth with the help of one of their employees and didn't receive notice of their terms or conditions. I had gone online to cancel my membership on 1.3.24, on 1/29.24 a charge of $27 was charged against my bank account. I had inquired and submitted another cancellation and explained that I originally submitted the cancellation of my account/membership on 1.3 but was told they didn't have a record of my 1.3.24 cancellation nor will they refund the $27. I did get a copy of their terms and conditions. My suggestion is don't sign up for their membership until you receive and read their terms and conditions. read more

The manager at this business is horrible I've walked in the office with it smelling horrible like she hasn't showered in weeks. Her eyes have been glossy red and low and smelled weed on her when I went in a second time to get help. I've always tried to be nice getting her help with the damage one my car but she avoids me and never answer my calls or never gets back to me, or she is really rude which is really unprofessional. I'd honestly give 0 stars if I could. I have noticed for a while I had been getting little scratches here and there on my new car, but couldn't pinpoint from what. I have now figured it out, after going to the car wash yesterday and getting the SAME scratch marks on a different part of my car. They're small, almost lines/squiggles and it's happened on my rear down and now my bumper. ITS BAD, and I would highlllllly recommend not taking your car here. Additionally, the car wash SUCKS. I was my car once a week, exclusively here...and it never leaves clean. This is what it looked like 2 hours after I left. I pay for this?! This is ridiculous. This car wash is convenient to my home and does a descent job cleaning the car. Staff is friendly enough. BUT, driving through the parking lot to get to this business is like driving through a war zone, there are so many large and very deep potholes. It is bad enough that I may quit going there. Getting my car washed is not worth risking front end damage to my car. read more

I have washed 2 separate types of vehicles a total of 4 times at this wash, all with the same result.....a horrible wash! Left the sides and front of both vehicles with visible dirt. I have been going to this car wash for the last couple of years and it continues to get worse and worse. I don't appreciate the pushy sales tactics by the staff to sell memberships. In addition, they stack cars on top of each other while going through the car wash. Because of this, I almost got into an accident when the car in front of me decided to hit the brakes mid wash. The staff did not seem to care about my experience, and recommended that I "talk to corporate". Save yourself from a miserable experience. Go somewhere else. read more

Colorado native and Arvada local. I have been going to this carwash over the past few decades. Since management changed over to Cobblestone, I have had a great experience. My car was in the shop for repair and they swapped the license plate of my membership easily. When I go through it doesn't always come out 100% clean, but really what car was does. They have clean blue towels to wipe down the exterior or interior of your car. That is a huge selling point. Vacuums are also strong, which is a plus for me as a mom of two toddlers. And the staff give great customer service. I have worked with the manager, Shane, on a couple different instances and he always has a smile and can do attitude. Thank you. read more

SCAM ALERT! CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD! These guys have been overcharging me different amounts for several months! And of course I have called their head office repeatedly and get absolutely no answer from them. I also went to the carwash itself to speak to the manager there...first time the place was closed when it should have been open. Came again the next day and found out the whole place has been shut down for several days due to maintenance. I asked what they were doing for the customers, any refund for this down time, and was told that we can drive the 30 minutes to the other locations if we really need our car washed. There was no manager onsite; however, one of the workers called him (no answer) and sent him a message to call me ASAP. Of course, 2 days have gone by now and still no call to handle this situation. I have had another issue with this company being deceptive previously, which was handled by the branch manager by canceling the recurring charge (never tried to issue any refund for lying to me). Their Corporate office did not call me back for 3 months after the incident. Had the local manager not handled it, I would have been charged for 3 more months based on their deception. I ended up stuck with them again because they bought up another carwash business that I was a member of. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEBVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. This by far the worst expired ive had with any business in my life. I went through the 66th and Wadsworth location on 6/28/22 after paying and beginning to go through the car wash I begin to hear a loud clang and my truck came to a sudden stop. Immediately after a fan fell from the ceiling missing my windshield by about 8in. Right after that the attendant comes over and starts yelling at me to go forward with the fan still dangling there in the way. The attendant says he'll hold it for me but he's shorter than my truck so I reached out the window to hold it as well and he began to fight me for it. In the process it fell on my cab and left a two inch gash down to the metal. I pulled around and tried to get ahold of the attendant. I ask him if there's a manager I can get ahold of for insurance info. Turns out the attendant is the manager "Troy" and that, "you can't have any info because you touched the fan." I told him that was absurd. He then immediately called the cops on me. He then began to climb on my tuck to take pictures of it. I went around and got pictures of the dangling fan and he began to scream at me that I need to leave before the cops arrive. The arvada pd arrived soon and mediated so I can fill out the carwash's incident report form but I have not heard from anyone and I'm beginning to believe I won't after reading other reviews on here. read more

Paid for the Platinum Wash ($20) and tipped the guy at the start. Had to go through two times. First time the car was barely rinsed and came out filthy. Second time the guy at the start half rinsed my car before it went through the automated portion. Still was not clean. Spoke with the "Manager" and he could not have cared less. I was just here at the car wash and one of their employees short Hispanic guy with facial hair drives a Nissan Maxima with temporary tags decides to peel out in the parking lot. There's children here and it's a slick environment due to the car wash. So this place is gone from an OK place to a ghetto place. Can they get some better customer service skills? also have repeatedly told them about some of the vacuums with no suction to them whatsoever. The closest car wash is this one for me.
