Bought a brand new Cadillac Lyriq from John Elway Cadillac, and purchased the front window tint. The first time they tinted the windows the edges looked like they were cut by a kindergartner with dull scissors. There was no way to unsee the bad install job. I took it back to the dealer to have it redone. The second time, they did a pretty good job at the tint, but put a sticker advertising their business on my brand new car. Was told to come here after buying my first brand new car from Heuberger Motors in CO Springs, since I live in Fort Collins they sent me to this location as it's a bit closer. They took care of the clear bra very quickly - under 20min - which I at first thought was great. They originally estimated 2 hours so it seemed a bit odd but I was on my way after they finished. Unfortunately when I took a closer look at my car the quick job meant poor work. There were bubbles on all areas they had put the clear bra mask on, the mask was not properly folded under the hood, and my car had not been washed or even properly cleaned off before they applied the clear bra. As you can see in the pictures there are swirl marks under the mask and bubbles in multiple places. The mask is peeling off of both mirrors. There was no explanation of why it was done so badly but I ended up having to drive to their main location in the springs to get it redone. Hoping their work will be better, but the inconvenience of this mistake made the whole experience a mess and I've now spent over 8 hours driving back and forth among their locations just trying to get a quality job done. The issue has been taken care of, I am hoping, but take this as a warning if you're looking into this location. I do not recommend their Littleton location at all, and if you plan to wait in their shop in the waiting room be prepared to feel uncomfortable as the receptionist yells at the techs constantly. I didn't mind that they were playing music and swearing in the back, that's to be expected, but her constant yelling and reminding them I was waiting made it really awkward. If you're going to spend hundreds of dollars to protect your car, go to a company that can do it right the first time. read more

I took my 2017 Corvette Stingray I owned less than a week to this shop to have the windows tinted. After being patient for 2 weeks, I took it back to have it retinted as there was something wrong with EVERY window. Bubbles, debris under the tint, it was peeling off. Although the tint looked good after retinting, I discovered the weather strip trim below the driver's window was melted!! And not just a little. The damage was most definitely done at the shop. It was significant enough they had to know when I picked the car up, but didn't bother to mention it. I am so sorry I let them retint as now the door will probably have to be disassembled to repair. And once it comes apart, it will likely never be the same. Rattling or squeaking on a 3 week old, expensive car. If you want a minimally decent tint job with no damage to your vehicle, this is NOT the place to take it. I contacted the parent company in Colorado Springs and it's been crickets. I tell everyone about my terrible experience with them. If I could give negative stars, they deserve it. read more

These guys do a good job of tinting, even though they might occasionally cut part of the window molding while tracing the the film on the outside of the window. Also remember not to bring your car to them on days that its snowing. They tend to let the melting snow slide into your trunk, leaving everything wet and a puddle in your spare tire tub without even knowing it. DO NOT COME HERE! This place was recommended because they carry the Stratos brand of window tint. I paid three times as much as any of my prior tint jobs and it is the worse, by far. I took it back and the guy told me I needed to make an appointment because it would take a while to take the tint off the back window and redo it. I showed up this morning for my appointment and got a call about 40 minutes later saying they could redo it, but I'd have the same wrinkles in it because the window is so big (Tesla Model 3). Please don't waste your money on this product. I had my Jeep wrapped 2 months ago. I already have two dozen nicks on the front bumper from normal road wear as well as a hole in the driver's side door where someone door dinged me. Although the door ding wasn't strong enough to even cause a dent, it ripped a hole in my wrap, leaving the bright white of the original paint color exposed through the charcoal colored wrap. Before I purchased this service, I was assured that this product is backed by a 7 year warranty and that if I had any problems, they would be taken care of. When I called to inquire about repairing the problems, I was told that these problems are not covered under the warranty. This was a complete waste of my money and time. This product does not withstand normal use and the company does not stand behind their product. read more
