Lost 2 packages that I have had a subscription to and have had no problems getting them before. I have to call multiple times to get it in my mailbox or on my front porch. When I ask them why my packages say they are delivered on the website they don't tell me a thing they just say we will let your Carrier know. I have to wait a week to get my packages after they website says they are delivered. When I call the Person on the phone talks to other employees around them like I'm not there calling me stupid and that the packages should be there because the website says there delivered. read more

Best time I've ever had at the post office and it's Christmastime! In and out so easily with the nicest workers!

I have over 50 pieces of mail missing in the last few months and they will not do any thing about it. I file a claim, nothing, I call nothing and mail at my complex continues to be missed delivered. I had 2 packages delivered by USPS today and one says consignee and the other left with person, however they NEVER mad it to my door or mailbox or pack mailbox, I have no idea who they gave it to or who signed for the other!!!!!!! Dear Postal Service, I would personally like to thank you for delivering my package to the wrong house. A neighbor who apparently is awful and has decided to kept said package. It was for my wedding!!!! This would not have happened had your drivers ACTUALLY PAID ATTENTION to the address they are delivering to. WORST possible post office EVER. Shipped a package via Priority with a signature required. It took 8 DAYS for them to deliver it! Made several calls and nobody could ever even FIND it! Scott at this post office, who said he would return our call, FAILED TO DO SO. TWICE! This location is so incompetent, we will not be surprised at all when it finally gets closed. Any time you are left with no choice but to go in there, the employees are working at a snail's pace and 1 of the 2 at the counter, inevitably, puts his sign up, closing his window, and leaves the 1 surviving employee to deal with the mile-long line of customers. Wish a "zero stars" rating was possible. Complete idiots who couldn't care less whether they help you this week or not. And why would they? Went here today for the first time. Stopped in between 12:30 and 1pm and expected a wait since it was lunch hour and I thought it might be busy with people running errands. Especially since I had just encountered a ridiculous line in Castle Rock's P.O. Not the case here. Only one person in front of me. I was notified that a package was delivered but I did not receive it. I called the PO, during lunch today, and spoke with a young lady about it. She was most courteous and helpful. She notified the carrier and has asked him to fix the problem. I don't know if he can yet or if someone else got the package and kept it; but I was very pleased with the friendliness and service. read more

Please tell your delivery people to leave packages in a hidden place on the front porch. Every time I receive a delivery it's easily seen from the street. With all the porch piracy going on they need to do a better job of placing packages. Also, why does it take so long for mail to be delivered when you drop it off at the post office? I've dropped bills in their drive thru lane box and it take over a week for the bills to reach their destination. If I want something delivered in 2-3 day, I have to drive over to the Highlands Ranch post office. This defeats the purpose of having a local post office. read more

On top of it, Jeff was downright RUDE, while Cindy, apparently his Supervisor, who didn't have a clue herself, just looked on. I really struggle with this post office. The few times I have been in, there is always a long line during the day on a weekday and there never seem to be enough people working to handle the volume of business. The people working have always been nice to interact with, but when I've had issues it doesn't really feel like anyone truly cares enough to take it to the next level to get resolution. We've had many mail delivery issues coming out of his post office that I have reported. They leave packages in the parcel boxes unlocked and don't put the key in your box. I've checked parcel boxes on several occasions and found my package just sitting in there, unlocked as well as neighbors packages in them. I've also found mail on the ground...stacks of mail...for various different people. Not sure if they got dropped or chucked, but were laying in the field behind the mail boxes. Today I noticed a piece of mail laying in the street in front of the boxes and picked it up and it happened to be addressed to me and was torn open. It was "super checks" the ones that your bank mails periodically when they want you to use them like a credit card or loan. These are the types of checks that thieves steal out of unlocked mail boxes and then use them. So yeah, not happy about that. The only response I've received from the post office when reporting issues, is that they had a fill in mail carrier. read more

It used to be going to the Parker, Colorado Post Office meant long, slow lines. That is until the Stonegate Post Office opened several years ago. It is not the closest Post Office from my home but it's worth it for me to drive the extra miles. I have always received excellent service, the owner even offered to make custom boxes for a rather large set of bull longhorns I was shipping out of state, and he didn't charge me for the extra work! The owner employs several young people in the community who are friendly, well trained, and have excellent customer service skills. The store also has gifts, locally grown honey, books, passport service, and lottery tickets. Currently located next to DMV, and in March 2011 relocating to larger space across the parking lot next to Guiry's Paint store. read more

I was very happy with how I was treated I think that Ski went far beyond what I was expecting and wish that there was some way to convey that to his supervisor that he is the type of employee that we need. read more

Cindy, the "manager" at this office hangs up on people who's packages they have routinely lost. They have lost 7 packages, on average once a month and have not held any of their employees accountable. I'm sick of calling them, getting hung up on, getting the run around and ultimately nothing coming from it. I am reminded once again why I don't pay many visits to the Post Office. I had to go to do a certified letter. I show up and there were 6 folks in line. There is only one associate behind the counter. The line grew to 10-12 and still only one person serving the public. He was a nice guy, very competent, but he did nothing to ask for more help. The USPS continues to be stuck in the 1990's. The rest of electronic commerce has passed them by just like the rest of the US Government. Go figure. read more

We live outside of Parker. Our carrier has now lied about trying to deliver packages. It was bad enough before when we received numerous times other people's mail, but now lying about attempting to deliver has gone too far. Who knows what mail we don't get. Contacted Amazon, the shipper, and requested no more deliveries via USPS. Have contacted the post office in Parker before regarding these issues. We were told not to take the mail to our neighbors as the carrier would not know they made mistakes. Not sure what our phone all to them was about then. Wish there was an alternative. Apparently the whole "neither rain, sleet, snow" saying is a bunch of hooey. Here it is, Saturday at 5:30 pm and no mail delivery. How do I know? I put a letter in my mailbox to be mailed early this morning (flipped up the red flag) AND I have a package I paid extra to have delivered today. The tracking says it's on the truck for delivery today and yet, zip, zero, nada... I guess since the weather was so nice today, they decided to go fishing instead. This is probably the worst Post Office in the nation! There are 2 gentlemen who work there who should have been replaced (fired) years ago. They are the slowest, rudest people I have ever encountered at a Post Office in my entire life. The parking lot is always overflowing, the lines are always very very long and the service is subpar. I went inside the lobby of the Post Office and dropped a card in the outgoing mail slot to be mailed to Virginia: 9 working days later, it finally arrived. The line is sometimes a little long, but it moves pretty quickly. The people who work here and have always been polite and professional. Even when people they are helping get frustrated by a response they don't like (no, you can't ship prescription meds) the people who work here retain their professionalism. I'd give less than one star if possible. The FedEx tracking system for my package was consistently wrong. They attempted a delivery on March 8 to my home that required a signature despite the fact that their tracking showed my package to be in New Mexico as of 4 p.m. that day. At FedEx's suggestion I asked that my package be left at the FedEx facility in Parker. I received three e-mail notifications on different days that my package would be at that store the next day. On March 15--one week after the package arrived in the area--I took all my messages (including the last one saying my package would be there Friday) and tracking info to the store in Parker. They basically said they couldn't tell me where my package was or when I could expect it. I was told they "don't have anything to do with deliveries." Funny, I thought they worked for FedEx--a delivery service. As of COB March 16, my package is still missing in action. Ridiculous. read more

Absolutely the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Placed change of address 21/2 weeks earlier and received 2 confirmations of address change, but no mail. I was informed that I needed to fill out a new form that only this post office seems to know about and not on the website. So instead, some fine thinking employee made a decision to either send the mail back or to someplace in LIMBO LAND, a far more likely possibility. No one could tell me where 2 + weeks of mail went. Instead, there was a very strong effort on their part to try and make this my fault and had a very hard time wondering why I could be upset. Just wish this would result in firing or discipline of day supervisor and staff, but is as we all know, way too much to expect. read more

I run a small online business from my home and use ups for shipping and never had a problem til now. I usually use the post office on Smokey Hill, but this time used the Parker one as I was in the area. I dropped off a package last Friday in the drive-thru lane. I use first class with tracking. I always check the tracking to know that my packages have been delivered. Apparently, my package sat in the post office for a week before finally being scanned today! I pride myself on my good service and quick shipping and this reflects poorly on my business. I will NEVER use this Parker post office again. read more

This post office misplaced my package. I waited and called them after few days. Day-1 : First guy picked up the phone and said that there is a problem with the tracking number and due to system issue they gave me a duplicate tracking number. so they need to now track the package. Will call you tomorrow. Day 2: waited for the call. No response call back from post office Day 3 :I called back to post office. They talked to me as if i am calling them for first time. They again took the tracking number and said "Immm weired status". i asked what?. he said they will be able to track the package and will call me next day. Day 4: No call back from the post office as usual. So i called back and they started the conversation again as i am calling about this for the first time. Same stuff again. Now this guy told we are asking carrier to check for the package. Day 5: No call from them. i got pissed. Called them again. Now another guy picked up the phone. Put in me in hold for 15 min. Came back and told me that some one stole my package. When i asked "but other customer reps told me, it was delivered some where else, he told me. No we delivered it right'. So after 6 days and several phone call later, i was told the package is stolen from my porch. Horrible service. They really don;t care for customers. Not even a single sorry or apology for my inconvenience. I talked to my neighbours and they are also very much un-happy with the mail delivery. Hope some one will take some action and make them accountable for their mistakes and atleast teach them how to talk to customers. read more

My daughter is staying at a friend's home in Parker, CO. I mailed her some important papers for her job that needed to be there asap. My daughter gave me the wrong house number for the address. It was actually a number that doesn't exist. When this was discovered, I called the post office early in the morning it was supposed to be delivered. The person at the post office was very helpful. I had tracking on the envelope. He found the envelope and corrected the information It was delivered to the correct address in perfect condition.....and on time. Thank you Parker, CO staff! read more
