Crappy lock system just pops off...they know better
    Doug S.

2 years and the boxes look the same. Hoa says we are not responsible and the post office says they are not responsible. So, I am going to unbolt the box and recycle it.... If you're not going to claim it... hoa isn't going to claim it, means it's trash... right!? So when I remove the box that no one wants to claim... will the post office have to go house to house? Did I say I was going to remove it? What I meant was... if someone takes it down and removes it... no laws are broken, because the post office says not responsible and the hoa the same. so, aliens a few years back put it here. I would never move this, but if someone does... it's kinda like a tree in the forest.

Its here when you need it. I dont know what it is but there is always line on every post office you visit. this location has plenty of parking, lots of PO Boxes to rent, got two automated postal machines. all of the employees seems to be friendly but the lines are so slow. always have customers who has never mailed anythign in there whole life and suddenly wanted to know everything about mailing. plus, the employees are trained to ask 1000s of questions. they should just have all the questions on the wall and expected of us to fully understand before steping upto the counter. "Anything fragile, flammable, etc plus do you need any stamps?" My expectation of this location or any location is to spend less than 2 minutes waiting in line.

PEOPLE!!! Use the self checkout machines! Sure it takes a bit of electronics/touchscreen smarts but it's not rocket science!

USPO's are definitively not flashy nor sexy. Some are awful. Some are not so much. They are all pretty equally dark and old world because there is literally no reason for them to be fancy. They are functional government buildings. What makes these buildings 1 star or 5 star worthy are the PEOPLE! The employees here at this USPO have consistently been helpful, friendly, and genuinely downright great people to do business with. They do it with a smile. They are kind when people like me have no idea what they're really wanting to do or how to go about it with all of the different colored slips and services you can get or do. One employee has even gone to the extent of advising me that my passport renewal application was going to be rejected because I used blue ink instead of black ink and to fix it before I wasted my time and money. He knew this from working at the passport agency in the past. He could've been silent. He could've just done his job, shipped my papers, and generated more business when I came back weeks later to do it again. No, this man went out of his way to help me as a person. This, these good people, these are what make or break a business or service of any kind. These people here at this post office, they are kind. 5 stars, hands down.

No such luck! Turns out there was only 1 person working behind the counter and apparently a high maintenance customer with her. After about 15 minutes a man came out, asked if anyone was picking up mail and helped one of the people who said yes. Then he disappeared into the back again without helping the other person who was picking up. After about 15 minutes more another man came out and managed to help 2 people while the lady was still helping the 3 people crowded around her window. Then it was my turn and the man who helped me was very apologetic about the wait. His name was Ayman and he labeled my package and sold me stamps in under 5 minutes. I think its funny that after every transaction they have a rating system where you pick one of 3 options about your experience. I rated him the best because it really wasn't his fault. As I was leaving I noticed two other men had come out to help the long line of customers (consistently 8-10 people). I guess they all take lunch at the same time - early. This location has PO boxes, a self serve kiosk, and greeting cards and mailing supplies for sale. They're at the end of the strip mall but parking really isn't an issue. Just make sure you have plenty of time if you visit this location.

She was going to charge me $8.75 instead of $1.90 per envelope. I had close to 85 envelopes to send. On the other hand, the USPS station on West Arapahoe gave me the correct rate, including the correct postage for Canada. The agent at the Dayton location was going to charge me $30 for Canada and maybe $15-$20 to send something to Hawaii. It's crazy how some people think they know what they don't know, and don't know what they don't know.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This location provided excellent service in the past. However,…read moresince the marketing and ownership changed, both the service and quality have declined drastically. The younger staff members seem indifferent to your packaging and shipping needs. I went around 10 a.m. on a January Monday, 2025. When I got in the store, I saw the worker's facial/body language, and all it said was, "Argh, one of those annoying shipments," as it was clear that it was unpacked and big. Here's a detailed account of the interaction. First, I asked if UPS could do the packaging, and she said yes. Then, I asked that I would like to stick around when they did the packaging so I could ensure corners, sides, etc, were protected with enough bubble wrap. She answered that she didn't know what time the item was going to be packed, so I said I could hang out for 30 min and wait; then she gave a vast excuse that it could be for a while, 2 hrs, or more, blah, blah... not to mention that the other 2 girls on the back were standing, chatting and doing absolutely nothing. So then I asked, would you mind calling me when you guys are about to do the packaging, as I don't live far away? (I wanted to be present to ensure the equipment was correctly packed because it is over $2000 dlls). Again, excuses, excuses, as pretty much she didn't want to go out of her way and was just pure laziness. Facial expressions don't lie. I also asked her that I would like to add stickers around the box that said handle with care, fragile, and keep this side up. Answer: we don't have them. UPS doesn't provide Fragile, etc stickers? I want to ensure it arrives safe, I said. She goes... UPS doesn't guarantee it will arrive safely without damage because it is up to the UPS drivers. Once it leaves the store, we don't have control over it or know if it is being handled properly. Yeah, that is why the sticker will help, I said. Well, I can write it down with a marker. Her tone and face were like saying, " I couldn't care less." At this point, I started being sarcastic about her failure and the company's failure to deliver excellent service. So, I grabbed my equipment and said, "Thanks so much for your help. I am going to pass and try FeEx," she replied, "You will also run with the same issue... lol!" Well, I will find out myself, and guess what? The service, packaging, and delivery were outstanding! They exceeded my expectations. I also was able to watch them pack my ex-amplifiers, and I was even able to make suggestions on key point areas where more bubble wrap needed to be placed. The packaging was $25 bucks, and the shipping cost was better than UPS (Unwieldy Purge Shop). FedEx packaging cost was $25 bucks. So, from now on, I will be done with UPS! Never again! The staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and lazy, acting like they own the store. Customer Service completely sucks since they change their marketing and culture. I will find out this girl's name and update this review in case you guys end up in that location to avoid this useless employee. I dislike giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest and matter-of-fact in my reviews. It is never my intention to harm the business, but I don't think they will be losing a few bucks for a review. This is a multimillion-dollar company. Please see the photo of the customer being satisfied with the packaging. FedEx! Bravo!!

When I got to my meeting, two of the PowerPoint copies were missing slides!!! - the most important slides. I will not use this service for printing anything ever again. I would not suggest using this store for any service going forward for important print items. Stick to the pros at FedEx.
