When I walked into this store on a thursday afternoon there were packages EVERYWHERE! it was a mess! I dropped off 2 amazon rtns that day which were both on the same receipt. One was returned & refunded within a few days. The other one kept showing as on its way back. I called amazon & they said the item didnt even leave that UPS store until at least 4 days after the first item. 10 days later i'm still waiting to find out the status of this return.

This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a FedEx. Been doing business with them for a…read morelong time. I emailed the labels for my packages to their locations email address. The person, Lanie was either too new or wasn't properly trained. She kept making demands at me on how I needed to email the labels to her. I've been doing this a long time and I follow the same procedure. She told me I sent her a link. So I sent her the exact copy with a clickable FedEx link that said print labels. She couldn't find it and I had to show her. After clicking it, she then tried to print the labels first from the label printer. The first one came out normal and the second was in landscape. So she tried again and printed the next one portrait and it was far too big for the page to fit in a sleeve. She then acted like those were the only 2 and kept arguing with me there weren't 4 to print. There were 3 other employees there, 2 guys and 1 woman. She was back there gossiping while Lanie was struggling. I called to one of the male employees and asked for help. Lanie then barked at me she didn't need help she knew how to print a label. But she did need help and no one was offering it. The kid walked away probably because he didn't want any backlash from her. Finally the manager came up and helped her. She didn't have a word about Lanies behavior nor did she apologize to me for my awful experience. Now I don't know if it's because this employees age or just bad management? But Lanie didn't seem happy period. After the manager walked away another customer came in and one of the other white guys walked up and told me to move the sleeves so he could help that person. I'm looking around like why are these people telling me to do their job?! Lanie then tells him nothing needs to be moved. She then gives me the sleeves telling me to put them on my packages which clearly needed to be taped up. She then asks the other person if she can help her before taping and labeling my packages. Lanie also asked me if I needed a receipt which I did but also tries to help new customers the same time. I'm fed up and I tell the manager I have a plane to catch and I need someone to finish labeling my packages. Then finally emergence set in and they got to it. I'm really hoping I get my packages and they arrive undamaged. This was a nightmare. Next time I will travel farther to another FedEx.

Some are awful. Some are not so much. They are all pretty equally dark and old world because there is literally no reason for them to be fancy. They are functional government buildings. What makes these buildings 1 star or 5 star worthy are the PEOPLE! The employees here at this USPO have consistently been helpful, friendly, and genuinely downright great people to do business with. They do it with a smile. They are kind when people like me have no idea what they're really wanting to do or how to go about it with all of the different colored slips and services you can get or do. One employee has even gone to the extent of advising me that my passport renewal application was going to be rejected because I used blue ink instead of black ink and to fix it before I wasted my time and money. He knew this from working at the passport agency in the past. He could've been silent. He could've just done his job, shipped my papers, and generated more business when I came back weeks later to do it again. No, this man went out of his way to help me as a person. This, these good people, these are what make or break a business or service of any kind. These people here at this post office, they are kind. 5 stars, hands down.

They sell all the shipping supplies you could possibly need as well as greeting cards and gift bags, etc. They have PO Boxes you can rent and are accesible to you 24 hours a day! They take UPS, FedEx, and USPS packages so it's one stop shopping. It's never too crowded and I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. They will check all three shipping options and let you know which one is cheapest!! Truly sweet mid-westerners. I honestly never go to the post office anymore. Keep it up you guys!!
