after paying over $100 for overnight I showed up to store at 5:50 with science posted on the door saying they close at I tried the door and it was then talked with the lady through the window saying I needed to get this package out today and she said that they were closed because it was 6 then held my phone up to the window showing that it was only 550. Harassed by an employee. I walked in last Friday to pick up pkgs, stood in line as there were people ahead of me. After standing there with one of the desk ppl just standing there talking w/ others, she finally said, "I can help you." She was African American. The girl immediately looked at me leerily- just the same treatment I've gotten from other ppl of Black descent of late, when I've done nothing to provoke...or Anything! She said, "Can I see your ID?" I replied, I've been a customer here for almost 6 mos, I have Mailbox # *** and she couldn't find the pkgs. She stated "I'm new," but that doesn't make up for feeling harassed by the situation going on of late around US, shelves products in stores being knocked down, glaring, hateful looks as if to start a fight, gangs of such people hitting, bullying, harming & assaulting. Given her leery, suspicious, glaring, & negative behavior, I just turned around & walked out, stating I'd come back later. I've never felt so harassed! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. THEY HIRE PPL who seem to want to start fights, cause a problem where there's none. All I did was try to get my pkgs. Now I'm hesitant to even go back in that store. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Mistreatment: The Leery look toward me when I acted civilly, merely asking for my pkgs; the demand for my license (that had already been done 5 mos ago!). I won't be mistreated by people trying to start a fight for any reason. Not a healthy store. DON'T GO THERE. A very sweet, young man also works there, who is precious! By the way, he's of African American descent--Very helpful, good will. As to some OTHER of their employees, they're promoting destructive, unsafe behavior, making it difficult to retrieve a package without being harassed. This place suxs they don't know how to use the printer messed up my pages because she didn't know what size to print them first she was saying that she doesn't have control of the printer, but then the other lady comes and prints one a small one to fit it in one page she made a mistake and printed more pages and I didn't want and still charge me $30 just to throw them in the shredder. I fucking hate this place. I kind of deserve a refund for that. read more

I was in on Thursday March 13,2025 12:30-12:40 pm to pick up a package I had delivered from Amazon. The two clerks that were there, were about the the difference print and copy. I told one that I was there to pickup a package. He took my ID and looked in his computer. The two clerks continued to argue over the print vs copy. One of them called someone on the phone to ask the difference. The one if my ID, started to walk away without helping me. I then said, " I don't care who helps me but will one of you help me I got to get to work." They continue to argue. About 5 minutes later they gave me my package and my ID. I started to walk away as they were still arguing. The one guy goes oh you have to sign. I signed and walked out. They were still arguing over it. read more

0 stars if I could. Hard no from me. I spent the extra money and got a few extra items from the online store to get free shipping. I was notified on Thursday and Friday my 3 packages were at this store. (Old navy split my order into 3 packages). This morning (Saturday) I went to pick them up. Not only were 2 of the 3 not at this store, they told me it would be $5 per package to pick up. I paid the $5 for one package but apparently it will be another $10 to get the other 2. One of the packages contains a singular item, a $2 shirt that I will need to pay an extra $5 for. So ridiculous. They're also SOOO slow. I waited so long just to find out my stuff wasn't there despite the notifications otherwise and then had surprise charges. I would never have gotten my items delivered here if I had known. I came to ship a pre-labeled package and when I attempted to open the door, it was locked. The sign on the door stated that they were closing at 3p on NYE, but it was only 2:40p. After another customer knocked on the window after seeing an employee, the employee opened the door and stated that she was closed. When we told her it was only 245p, she stated that since she has a lot of work and was the only employee on duty, she closed early so she could leave on time. When I asked if I could hand her my pre-labeled package, she told me she couldn't scan it as the computers were off and it may get lost. read more

Not Happy with this UPS store. We've had our box for over a year and had boxes with tracking numbers not make it in my box. I had other people packages like cell phone left in my box. When it happens, no one seems to care or help me try to find out where my packages went. Horrible Service! Pick a different location. Update to the story.... A person I know happens to have a box at the same location. And guess what, my package ended up in her box. Imagine that. I was told that package and tracking number never came in. I went to return three Amazon purchases. They refused to accept them. Don't git here to return Amazon. Go to Kohls or another store.

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. I shipped a package to my brother from this store. When I've used other stores, the package has always arrived the next day. But this store never scanned the package. The website shows that a label was created, but claims they are waiting for the package. But I have a receipt which includes a weight and an email saying it would be delivered the next day. Corporate said to call the store. The store says the package went out and to wait to see when it'll arrive. Three days later, it still says it has never been scanned. It was perishable, so I'm pretty sure it's headed for the landfill. I didn't hand it over to them with my money so they could pocket the money and toss the package. I won't ever be shipping from this store again. read more

Came here to ship to expensive guitars to Ireland. The girl at the desk had no idea how to ship international and made every excuse not to do it. First she said the address was wrong. (It wasnt) Then she said "well its going to be very expensive, you wont want to do it. I told her price was no problem, I needed them shipped and didn't care how much it was. Then she reverted back to the address being wrong, when in all reality she had no idea how to do it. I showed her the address directly from the guitar website and she still wouldn't do it. Took the two guitars down to fedex and they shipped them out for me for $1200. Please train your employees on international shipments. read more

However "char" or whatever her name is extremely rude and disrespectful, very quick to insult and personalize any business transaction. Deal with this rude person in as short doses as possible and don't react to her garbage because it only feeds her nasty attitude. read more

OK, so maybe reviewing a mailbox place isn't important, but these guys are pretty good. They know me by name, and they take care of my stuff. By and large, everything just works like clockwork. I love getting the email that a package has arrived, too. I know to stop by on the way home. Two things that are a little annoying: 1) Their "holiday help" around Christmas doesn't always pay close attention to the box numbers. I get other people's mail, sometimes, and sometimes a letter is quite late, which I write off to other customer's getting it and not noticing it for a few days. 2) They only ship UPS. I've twice had a critical piece of equipment I was shipping to a customer left on the truck after it was picked up, here. I hate having to use Kinko's / FedEx separately just to make sure that it gets shipped. However, that's a problem with the UPS driver, not with this store. read more

This store is excellent. The manager, Char, is one of the most helpful people I have ever met. She works efficiently and professionally. Friendly must be her middle name. I have multiple copies done there a few times a month and no matter the time involved, she never makes me feel rushed or that my task is any less important than others.
