I needed two documents printed but completely forgot to do it. I was able to get a PDF file for the docs and emailed the files to myself. The young man was extremely helpful although it was less than 30 minutes to closing, he was patient and offered great customer service. I have to say, we are two time zones away from home, in the 1st month of a 4 month trip, not familiar with the area and don't travel with a printer. I needed to return some "not as described" items I'd purchased from Amazon. You know what a hassle that is. I don't even live here but I found a UPS store close to where I was staying. What a great experience. Parking is plentiful and easy to find right in from the store. The store itself is really clean and well laid out. Some people have their personal mail sent there. Plenty of boxes...just like the post office. I was greeted and helped by the friendly and efficient Candace. She was great and had my four returns processed in just a couple of minutes. This is a great place to ship your packages or return your Amazon orders. They also offer notary services, mailbox services, and printing services. They follow social distancing and wear protective masks. I really appreciated that. read more

Stay away form this location. Been shipping for a long time and this is the first time walking into this location. The store manager (Briana Boyd) forces you to buy their shipping boxes. Told me they could not ship in the factory sealed box. Need to purchase another box from them. As I was talking with another rep, she kept chiming, that she was the manager... Told her to "shut up, not talking to you" and that's when the fireworks and the F--k BOMBS started flying. So if you want to be cheated and verbally abused go see Briana the wonderful manager at this location. Took the same package to another UPS location with no issues. Printing needs: I arrived in the area after a delayed flight which caused me to run late for an in person passport appointment. I called in route to the store from the airport and without hesitate the staff agreed to receive and print documents I emailed. I arrived and everything was prepared as agreed. read more

I ship and receive a fair number of packages, almost exclusively use UPS, and use this location because of the professionalism of the staff (shout out to KP and Miss Q.), cleanliness of the store, reliability and excellent service. read more

My advice to anyone taking a package into this store that is not weighed, measured and ready to ship to be very aware that the store charges extremely excessive fees for their handling. Extremely excessive. Facts: 1. 30x24x6 package weighing 3 pounds calculates to a ground residential fee of $34 when UPS website is used (Based on 80014 to destination zipcode.) 2. My friend shipping this box to me asked for insurance and bought a box and packaging materials which, on the receipt, added up to approx. $30. 3. Final fee was $142,83!!!! (Ground residential shipping alone on the receipt was $110!) 4. Called UPS billing department and gave them my tracking number. They said all they saw was $48 associated with this shipment. 5. Called store. The fees they read to me were not at all what was reflected on the receipt. They said that's the way their system is set up. 6. Manager of store told me that a "higher up" would contact me and explain why these fees didn't match up. No call yet. 7. I called my local store and described the shipment to them. They told me that they would charge around $90 for that shipment. I was surprised at that, but at least it wasn't $143!!!! UPS has lost a good customer. I don't care if these stores are "retail outlets". They still represent UPS and this is tantamount to robbery in my book. read more

Specifically rating this store, not UPS experience as a whole. After missing a package delivery at home that required an adult signature I had my package redirected to this ups store. My package then went missing. Rico was super helpful and patient in helping me to find it. He even went above and beyond and took my number so he could call me as soon as it came in, which he followed through with. Thank you Rico! read more

My wife and I were helping my brother moved back to California. We stopped at this location to get an estimate to ship a large package back to our state. The U.S. Postal Service could not ship a package of this size. We talk to the owner Ms.Q and she said she could help us ship the package. We were quoted one price, we asked if she has senior discounts as a joke. But it turns out she lowered the price for us. We were greeted with a warm smile and were given a discount on top of that. Ms.Q was very personable and nice. Her customer services skill was great. And our package made it to our location without any damage and at a reasonable transport time. Efficient service with a friendly smile even when he was solo running the show with a line of 5 people, some less than friendly (not me, just saying). I was dropping off my Quest box, switching carriers and the guy knew exactly what to do and made my stop in in pleasant and fast. If I need UPS again this will be a good stop. read more

I needed to get something notarized so i scheduled an appointment for their services. I had a stressful morning from all the errands i had to run, but by the time i left- my mood was completely turned around with laughter and smiles. The 2 ladies working there were such a delight. They saw me in a terrible mood and cheered me up by offering donuts and singing christmas carols. It definitely was the highlight of my day. Concierge quality service at an unbeatable price. Candace, Kayla, and Brittany are diligent, hard-working, and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Could not ask for more. As one example: I once had someone unexpectedly send me perishable food items while I was out of town. With an email, Candace happily opened the package and stored the items in a refrigerator for a week until I got back. Despite the fact that half the items were in the later stages of decay by the time I could get in to pick them up, they kept everything there for me in the best condition possible. I had an extremely valuable piece of ART that I had to ship from Aurora to New York. I could not afford to crate it. Mandy the manager, took extra care in wrapping and double boxing this piece. I was very impressed with her communication with me, making sure I had the correct amount of insurance and what was necessary to back it up if the integrity of the ART was altered--though she was sure it would be fine. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had a claim filed with this location since October 2014. I have called every couple of weeks trying to get a resolution and am always promised a call back -which I have never once received. I just tried again today, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was disconnected. Subsequent phone calls have gone to voicemail. Calling UPS does no good as they refer me back to the store. Calling the store does no good since they don't respond. I am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. This is beyond ridiculous. read more
